It also was covered with a fairly tender layer of barbecued beef plus slices of fresh avocado. Big serving - big flavor. Also grabbed a half dozen "Colombian" style empanadas (2 of each type: chicken, beef, or cheese.) Well cooked, slightly thick cornmeal crust and amply filled.
