I bought a Chevy Traverse from Bennett in June 2014. We have loved this vehicle (was sad to see our Chevy Astro go :-( but the engine died and time to get something new). Drew ward was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We bought it the following day. The buying process was about what he told us it would be... BIG bonus in my book as I don't like to waste time... EVER! When we decided to get a roof rack installed, they told us it would take about an hour. I brought it in at scheduled time and it took 2 hours. I told them about my displeasure and related it to a restaurant wait (if you tell me 45 min. and you take me in 30, I'm ecstatic... if you take me after an hour, I'm upset). They understood and profusely apologized. When I had my oil changed and wheels rotated, they did everything to make sure I was out in the time that they quoted. Following up with Bennett Chevrolet at their request is there way of doing a piss poor job of trying to save face on the internet. I called the number they provided and that only took me to the dealership which in turn I was put in touch with the same manager that could of cared less about the damage being done to my truck while in his service shop. They boasted about how good their camera system was in the work area and they would be able to see when the damage took place. I was never provided with a chance to see any video while the vehicle was there. The service manager says I'm looking for demon where there are none yet they didn't provide anything to clear themselves I'm just supposed to accept that he feels like none of the damage could of happened while it was there. If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. Be aware you always hear about scummy dealerships this is one of them. read more

I've been disappointed with the service department before at Bennett, but this was before I dealt with Tina. I brought my truck in and they weren't really sure what was wrong with my rear backup camera. She took the time out to make sure that I was taken care of even on very little notice, because of the ongoing issue. She made sure I had rides home and even provided me with a temporary Silverado to use while my truck was being fixed. Any doubts that I had beforehand have certainly been rectified, and although I hope I don't have to bring my truck in for service again, I know that if I do, I can rely on Tina to be courteous and professional until the job is done. Writing this is the least I can do for her. Thank you so much for everything! Hopefully next time I am in the market for a truck we can do business. read more

When I made the appointment it was for an oil change and a recall. My wife arrived and was told it would be a least 3 hours because of the recall. She would have made arrangements to be picked up if we were made aware of this at the time of the appointment. She had also reported to the service desk that a rubber piece had fallen off the underside of the car and that it was in the front seat of the car. She saw the service clerk write this information down and told her it would be taken care of. After waiting there for the service to be completed, she was not paying attention and then left the service area. When she got down the road she realized the rubber piece that was supposed to be reinstalled was still on the front seat. I've used Bennett service before and never had such a bad experience. read more

Well worth the hour plus ride to Bennett Chevrolet!!! I started my search online and spoke to Nicole Garrett. She is absolutely the best. She provided me the information I needed and made all the arrangements seemless so when my wife and I arrived for our appointment, all we had to do was sign the papers. Absolutely no pressure. I haven't gotten my car yet just waiting on the dealership to call and tell me what day I can pick it up, but my experience so far has been the best I've ever had car shopping. Nicole and Barry were AMAZING. Nicole worked even on her days off to get me the best deal possible and Barry was great explaining things to me. I had my little guys and pop pop with me and they were great keeping them entertained while I got my paperwork signed. If a negative star is possible that's what I would have done. My father went there to purchase a new vehicle after hours of pressure my Father gave in. They told him to go across the street to the bank and get a cashiers check for over 13k. Needless to say I called my dad and told him to ask for his check back because they were ripping him off. The manager hung up on me. Long story short we went to Pelligrino Chevrolet (they are amazing) and my dad got the same car for 7k less. Really ? Talk about taking advantage of the elderly. Went in for a service and walked out with a smile. They treated me well and brought me back to my car to show me the problems. They insisted that I see it and be educated on how it will affect my trip if it was to breakdown. I was amazed on the time and concern they had for me. The rear drivers side brake light was not working and Bennett Chevrolet ordered the light bulb to fix it. I didn't have to go through any work on my own to get it fixed because the repair was under warranty. The brake light was repaired and I was able to drive my car safely with both break lights operating within a couple of days. read more
