I had my last Dentist for 20+ years, so I was looking for that same level of personal service and care. This is the practice offers that same level of personal service and care and because of that, I've been going to this office for the last three years. I typically get routine cleanings and maybe a few fillings every few years and for that they've been exceptional. The dental hygienists are both professional and kind and though I've had multiple hygienists over the last few years, every single one I've had has done a fantastic job. Dr. Schneider is a stand-up dentist, and he cares for his patients. He is conservative with his treatment plans and the office does a great job explaining and coaching on timeframe and financials along the way. They always have time for you and I have never felt rushed or "just another patient". Jessica, their Front Office Manager is on top of scheduling and is helpful walking clients through their billing. They are willing to set up payment plans and do what's best for the patient's treatment. The office is clean, organized, and they did a great job handling the COVID pandemic. They have up-to-date equipment and handle things efficiently. My husband experiences dental anxiety has had multiple sessions of work done on his teeth, to include cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more, and Dr. Schneider has been wonderful through all of it. After every session, Dr. Schneider has helped walk us to our car and checks in via text to ensure post-op goes well. Additionally, their office is great with emergencies. My husband had sudden excruciating pain and needed a root canal and crown. This was also during a holiday week! Dr. Matt was able to assist by referring us to another dentist for temporary support and saw him a few weeks later so finish the work. To be in a situation like that is stressful and they were able to get us the support we needed. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

She communicated with me the whole time and let me know exactly what she was doing. We chatted a bit and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I was in there for about an hour an 15 mins. I had a work meeting at 2:30 and let her know I had to run. She went and grabbed Dr. Schneider and he asked me a couple of questions, took a look at my teeth, told me no cavities, and I was out the door! Going to dentists has always been rough for me since I had a really bad experience a while back. Now I'm going to make my appointments in advance :) Highly recommend. They're offices are so nice as well! Loved the Christmas decor. This is for Joelle, I got on my call at 2:32! Thanks again!

What a great practice!…read more Having always had anxiety about going to the dentist, it was a challenge to see someone new. From the time I walked in the door until the time I checked out, I felt at ease and like they truly cared. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. B was an absolute gem, and Tiffany was absolutely the best. I have my smile back. Thank you! My "regular" dentist is across town and after almost 20 years of living in Dublin, it is time for a change. I plan to make Comfort Dental my dentist family dentist for many years.

My wife was in pain. There were couple teeth that had been bothering her. She has scheduled an appointment and told clinic representative about main reason why she came there. The communication has been lost somehow while she had to get multiple teeth images since she was a new patient. As soon as they were finished, they checked her teeth, determined which were good and which needed feelings and crowns and told her to come next time for treatment. Next time, instead of fixing one of the painful teeth, they did couple other teeth and prepped one tooth for crown installation. The filling felt rough and was not even polished! One of the front teeth had been damaged! The tooth she had most problems with, they did not even start working on it even though there is a visible damage with a hole in it. Crowns were their priority. Very disappointed!

I consider Legacy Family the best one I've been to and have been with them for several years and plan on remaining here. I totally forget the days I scheduled my appointments for, but I always get an email from Legacy Family reminding me of my appointment and to confirm if I'm still happy with the day and time. All of the staff here is pleasant and nice to talk to. Every time I go, I'm seen by a different Dental Hygienist, and they've all been great. My most recent Hygienist went over what she's doing and even asked if I knew what the numbers mean when she was checking out my mouth. I knew it had something to do with gums, but not exactly sure. Turns out they're measuring how deep the gum pockets are and that anything between 1 and 3 means your gums are healthy, and anything over is something to watch and prevent from getting worse. I was really glad she explained what that was, because I always wondered if the numbers they were recording were good or bad! I legit look forward to coming in and getting my teeth checked & cleaned. The office is really clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Equipment is up to date as far as I can tell. So no caveman technology here and everything is accurate.
