Their limited hours make it difficult, but finally, my dad who is retired agreed to make the tortilla run as my mom planned to make fish tacos on a Friday night. Hilarious this is on Yelp as the owner hates yelp and made me untag them on an IG post that yelp had posted. The tortillas are good but the owner was too hit and miss on a personality level about weird things to continue being a customer. We love Benny Blanco Tortillas for many reasons, including for the fact that they make the best tortillas. I've been a customer for many years (why am I just now getting around to writing a review?!) and have had a variety of tortillas over that period of time. They offer the classic flavors every week, such as the OG, Juan (made with olive oil), and corn tortilla. But there are also fun flavors each week; a lot of my favorites have been the milder jalapeño hot (or really, not-so-hot) ones plus the sweeter ones, like chocolate strawberry, fig, etc. Definitely a lot of creativity! You can find the tortillas at the Gilbert Famers Market and many other stores around the valley. They also have a store front in Apache Junction so you can stop by to pick up the freshest packs. The ingredients are clean and a lot of them come from other local vendors! I've only been purchasing these god given blessed tortillas for about 2 years I think. Once you try these tortillas i promise you that your life will be forever changed maybe even ruined dare i say. Why ruined you may wonder? Because from now on you will be spoiled and not want to eat any other tortillas ever again or you will be a giant sour puss like me throwing a fit about how terrible some other tortillas are compared to any from Chris. And to top it off it's better than Crumbl because you can sometimes get spicy tortillas and not even require salsas to enhance your burrito/taco experience. I'm a sucker for all spicy things that taste good. There's a difference great tasting spice and terrible just battery acid spice(like da bomb hot sauce just repulsive)for no good reason. Chris spiced tortillas are always 200% amazing. Not one tortilla has ever given me grief torn apart, tasted bad, etc. So if you have not tried these tortillas yet I dare you. read more

Went to the Saturday Market in Gilbert, Az yesterday & purchased a couple different flavors of his tortillas. I got a package of "Down the tallow Hatch" tortillas which is a cheese blend with Hatch chiles... best & most flavorful tortillas we've ever had. We also got the Blue corn tortillas they were amazing as well. I will definitely be telling my coworkers & will be back to try more flavors. I will never buy tortillas at the grocery store ever again after eating these. read more
