I hear my order call out and she hands me a burrito, I ask for my tacos and she says I didn't order your tacos because it would have taken longer. If she told me the first time and I said it's ok I'll wait, who is she to refuse me service because she doesn't feel like making two tacos. Not going back here again. Horrible service.

Everything is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The pupusas are perfectly cooked -- soft inside with a nice crisp outside -- and the fillings are generous and delicious. What really stands out is the service. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and you can feel the pride they have in their food. This truck is such a great addition to Fremont's food scene. Definitely worth stopping by -- I have already been there like four times AND I'll be coming back for sure.

There's so much filling, and her cortido and tomato sauce are excellent as well! I usually order the revuelta. I also like her Al pastor pork. I like how the slices are larger and has just the right amount of heat. I'm not sure what she uses to marinate it in, but I do like that I don't have to eat little pieces of pineapple. I feel that's just filler. Her food truck is small, but so colorful. There's one table to its right, but we usually order to go. Christina is friendly and accommodating, too. Once in a while her daughter helps her out, but please don't rush her, since she's usually by herself, but she hustles as fast as she can, too! Thank you Christina!

Initial communication was great, but it trailed off as we got closer to the date. Despite their "quick response" phone number, my calls and texts went completely ignored. To make matters worse, the voicemail changed from a personal greeting to a generic one 72 hours before my event, leaving me terrified that we had been scammed. We increased our headcount from 65 to 75 a week prior. After being told this was fine, I was sent an incorrect invoice that ignored the new guest count and asked for a second $300 deposit I had already paid. It took multiple follow-up emails just to get a confirmation on the final numbers. On the day of, the staff arrived promptly and set up on time. However, only 30 minutes into service--with only 30 of our 75 guests fed--they completely ran out of cilantro, onions, and grilled peppers. When I followed up the next day, they claimed they prepared for "70 guests." Even if that were true, it wasn't the 75 we paid for, and it certainly doesn't explain running out of basic toppings after 30 people. I'm incredibly glad we didn't use them for our wedding last year as originally planned. It's disappointing when the service doesn't match the reputation. 2 stars for due prompt service and the guests that got all the food really enjoyed the steak & shrimp.

You can tell that they are experts in the business. They are not greasy. The masa tastes fresh and it does not crumble. I like the portion of the tamal too. We aren't talking about a runt of a tamal, one gets me filled up. They have 2 other pop up locations but they are in San Jose. They are open really early in the morning and close by noon daily year round, not just during the holiday season. They have different types, 5 of them so there is bound to be one for all tastes. I personally like the chile verde pork and the rajas (cheese). It's good to have more options to eat but also to give business owners more opportunities to sell in Fremont, or any other place for that matter. Love it. Bring in the diversity.
