Pastor burrito. Pastor Taco (bottom) Tripe Taco, extra crispy (top)
    William V.

One of the few spots open late so decided to stop by following a movie. Really easy to park and walk up and order. Their orange sauce is good but beware it may be really spicy for those not used to it. Tripas taco (5/5): So good. The texture is a bit sandy but the taste makes up for it. Tip: ask them to put it on the griddle to make it more crispier/crunchier. So delicious. Pastor taco (4/5): good flavour. The meat is really tender, but a bit dry - likely from continuous roasting. Pastor burrito 4/5: Good but nothing to write home about. Solid burrito for whats available in Fremont though.

Big fan. Great, speedy, friendly service. A sleeper spot that I only give to my closest friends who enjoy a good authentic taco

Probably one of the Best taco spots in Fremont, Hidden gem for sure! Located in a huge empty parking lot. Definitely coming back for more!

The chicken tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, and even the drinks are literally all delicious. My brother loves the lengua and cabeza meat options. They also have salsas, limes, and all the extra sides. At times when they are busy, it can obviously take some time to get your food, but it's definitely worth it. They are set up by a brewery so the vibes and ambience are super chill. You get to sit outside on the chairs. I believe sometimes they also have those little outside fire tower things as it does get super cold at night. I will say I love going there when it's cold because having fresh and hot tacos in the cold is just a different experience.

The moment you walk up, you can smell the meats cooking, and it immediately gets your appetite going. I ordered the asada burrito, and it was fantastic. The toppings were mixed evenly throughout the burrito, so every bite had the perfect combination of meat, toppings, and flavor. We also ordered tacos with chorizo, al pastor, and lengua. Each one was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The queso tacos are a must-try, the melted cheese grilled directly into the tortilla adds an incredible texture and richness that takes them to another level. We also had birria tacos, which unfortunately weren't photographed, but they were excellent. The meat was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the consommé. Pro tip: save the leftover consommé and dip your other tacos or even your burrito into it for an extra burst of flavor. The sauces, sides, and limes are self-serve, allowing you to customize everything exactly how you like it. Despite having a constant flow of customers, the service was quick, efficient, and organized. One thing to note: they are cash only. Overall, if you're looking for authentic, flavorful Mexican food in the Bay Area, this spot is absolutely worth a visit.

By FAR, THE BEST was Larry's Smokin' BBQ. The ribs were amazing and then the tri-tip, chicken, beans and Amazing Mac N Cheese. Larry was referred to me by a friend and I'm so happy I called him. Larry was genuinely excited to do my event, got back to me very quickly when after I called and was extremely easy to work with. He was proactive in asking what kind of paperwork needed to be completed for the city and took it upon himself to make sure there weren't any other licenses required. On the day of the event, he arrived on time to set up, was ready to go when the event started and was completely self sufficient. As someone planning an event with many other things to think about and do, this was fantastic. While using someone who is easy to work with is important, it really comes down to the food. Let me tell you, the food was incredible! I can't tell you how many people at my event told me how good the food was and how happy they were to have Larry's Smokin BBQ as an option. Food has been a challenge at my event in the past so this year was easily the best. I had the tri-tip sandwich and it was truly one of the best I've ever had. Also tasted the chicken and it was incredible. If you're planning a party or event, you can't go wrong with Larry's Smokin BBQ. Easy to work with and top notch food. What more can you ask for!

My husband and I got the veggie chow mein, veggie momos (dumplings), and split a mango lassi. I found the flavors of the momos to be a bit subtle (unfortunately common for veggie dumplings here in the Bay Area), but the veggie chow mein was decently flavorful. My husband liked both things we got equally, as far as I could tell. The food tasted fresh, and it was nice to be able to pick up a light lunch before continuing to trawl the farmer's market. The mango lassi is exactly what you expect (can you ever go wrong with a mango lassi?), and was nice and refreshing. It's a food truck, so the seating available is probably going to vary a lot based on where you encounter them. At the Fremont farmer's market there were a couple of tables shared between this and another truck, and since we were having a late-ish lunch towards the end of the market, we had no problem getting a table (but there was no chairs). The person at the window was friendly and answered my questions about the food when we were ordering without issue (I am allergic to eggs, so I often have to ask more questions than most people). Overall, not bad and I really appreciate that they have vegetarian options, but what I had is not enough to seek them out specifically.

The lamb took a bit long compared to the others, but service was sufficient and wait times reasonable for a special event. It's a weird system, they just call out what they have ready in terms of meats once it comes off the grill (ie. beef, chicken, lamb) and anyone who ordered can go to the pickup window... so someone who ordered the same thing as you could easily take an earlier batch, leaving you waiting longer. The upside is you get freshly cooked meats, served hot, tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. The taste was phenomenal for both the chicken and the lamb, a tad spicy, with a somewhat smokey flavor. And the lamb skewers not gamey at all. This food vendor serves its delicious chinese bbq sticks at night markets and foodie events throughout the bay area, as well as in Socal. It's kinda pricey, as these aren't the meatiest skewers, but they were definitely unique in flavor and made with care, so if looking for reliable quality and taste, this is certainly a great option.

There were 3 people working; one to handle the orders, one cooking, and the last person, who was doing nothing really, just walking around between the register and the grill. 1. After ordering, we got our order ticket, but they weren't keeping track of which order belonged to which customer 2. They put meat on the grill that customers weren't even ordering, so they had an excess of one specific meat and not enough of the others 3. When any of the skewers were ready, the cook put them ALL in the same serving tray, and they all looked alike and therefore couldn't tell them apart. Some customers were worried about getting the wrong meat due to allergies 4. When they were fulfilling orders, they called the name of the meat, as opposed to the ticket number. Multiple people who ordered the same meat and therefore the staff didn't know who to give the meat to first. The customers had to prove it amongst themselves which number came first. At the same time, the staff was looking at the ticket numbers as the customers came up for their food. But there was no way the staff remembered what number they had left off at because nothing was documented! 5. When other skewers were done and placed in the serving tray, the cashier was on her phone, not hurrying to fulfill orders. I complained and said angrily "can you please fulfill that order" 6. I waited for my food for 30-40 min after asking if my meat (chicken) was placed on the grill (Another customer had taken my order the ONE other time chicken was placed on the grill). They insisted they did, but no chicken ever came out in 20 min. By the time one order finally did, the staff called out chicken, another gentleman moved up to claim he ordered chicken. I managed to catch that his ticket number was after mine, so I exclaimed this, and that gentleman politely let me have the order. After getting my skewers, I told the cashier, you guys better get your $h!t together because you have a ton of angry customers, and this is the worst service I ever had. How was the food? Luckily, it wasn't bad. It doesn't matter because I will never buy from them again. It was was though they started their first food business yesterday. Unbelievable!!!!
