Sometimes mobile catering/food trucks can struggle to keep up with a high volume of customers, but CRUST kept the food coming fast and hot for hours. As a guest, I can't comment on how they are to work with from a logistical perspective, but they definitely deliver when it comes to making delicious pizza.
