We are so fortunate to live an area that has so many delicious pizza restaurants. This is one of those restaurants. You don't have to drive to New Haven to get an authentic New Haven style pizza. This is a family owned and run restaurant, with the owner making pies. I been tasting straight mozzarella and red sauce pies in the area and this place is equal to the best pies that I have eaten. First of all the crust is very thin and cooked with a nice brown bottom. I like mine with a blackened bottom, but that is a matter of taste. It's cooked enough, that you could fold it and eat it with one hand. The sauce and cheese is spread to almost the edge of the pie, so there is a lot of flavor to the edge. The sauce was delicious along with the mozzarella. The pie was light enough for be to eat 3/4 of a large pie. Staff is friendly and well organized. We have since the first order been hooked!!!! Great pizza!!!! We didn't think they could get any better until we ordered the stuffed breads, it is not on the menu but they make it if you ask ( they need to advertise this!!!) we have never had better stuffed bread anywhere! I haven't had pizza in quite some time there's one place I normally order from but they don't deliver Plus they don't have a lot of the things this pizza place has. also this pizza place actually delivers themself & you don't have to use those apps where if you order an item it costs more on the app plus a ridiculous delivery fee. I happen to be out one day I live in a condo / townhouse complex near Brushy Plain. A few weeks ago one of my neighbors partners come home & I just happened to ask where she had gotten pizza from she told me where & she told me that they delivered & I couldn't believe they delivered up here I never heard of them I had to look them up I'm not sure if it was free or if there was a small fee for delivery I didn't care since the menu looked great, great reviews plus the girl was so sweet & the delivery guy that came said to me when I asked him if he found my place ok. He said so many people in here order from us I knew exactly where you are which made me feel good. Since I get menus from some places in the mail but that say they deliver that are North Branford / East Haven but I'm not sure on some places are really expensive & I don't mind spending the money on food if it's good. They told me 45 mins it was here under that time frame. I will definitely be ordering from here again. I honestly don't even get take out that often anymore. I can't even tell you the last time I had pizza and this Bianca is seriously like one of my favorite types of pizza It's like an open face calzone w/ less breading & You can practically add any topping you like if you want on top. Solid pizza and reasonably priced. Staff is super-friendly and I've never had to wait once I've come to pick up my pie. I've heard that there are good/bad times to order,but I've never had a problem. Pick-up times are very accurate if you order over the phone. Good value and the options are really good. Only bad pizza I had was all veggie. We live in the area, and Indian Neck was our go-to delivery place for a long time. The pizza is really good, and the sandwiches are solid too. The pricing is really good for what you get. A group of us that work together, order out a lot, so we decided to try Indian Neck Pizza. I started taking everyone's order and looked on the menu online, called and placed order, we had ordered five soups,and the online menu stated they were 4.95 each , when i called, Dave said 5.95 each,that the on line menus has not been updated, ok I was a little aggravated,especially since there were no prices on the menu, for all the other items, but went ahead and ordered them anyway, among st other items. So despite the price problem, the soup and everything that we ordered was great, they gave us Italian bread, which was excellent, & extra garlic sticks, also excellent, so that made up for the price mishap. Good neighborhood place. The pizzas are consistently good, my favorite being the Firehouse with hot peppers, sausage, pepperoni, and olives. Yum! Haven't tried the other Italian goodies like the grinders, etc., but friends tell they're tasty too. There are a few tables inside, but it's really too small in which to eat comfortably, especially when you keep getting blasted by the cold/hot air whenever the door is opened. Great pizza and sides! I would highly recommend their breadsticks and any of the specialty pizzas as I have tried a great deal of them. I was so glad Indian Neck Pizza opened near my parents house years ago. Their food is delicious and the prices are decent. Servings of dinner items are large. I've had lots of different stuff from their menu including subs, pasta dinners and of course, pizza. The speciality pizzas are awesome. I love the BBQ chicken and the chicken Parmesan pizza. The restaurant itself is super tiny so if you want to dine it, you may have some trouble finding a table. We've used their delivery service in the past. It was always fast.
