We ordered the full cut and wash where they cut their nails, cut their hair, wash them, etc. They ask what length you want their fur to be and what cut style you want. Besides it's professional grooming service, they boast a store with pet accessories etc, I hear they also have a self service washing area if you need a place to give wash your pup yourself. I left my dog, and the next day he woke up with diarrhea. By Sunday, he had an infection, gagging as if he wanted to vomit. He spent all of Sunday and part of Monday like that until we took him to the vet, who confirmed the infection. He'd never had it before; it's called kennel cough. When an animal has a dry, intense, and harsh cough, it's one of the first symptoms of kennel cough in dogs. However, this can lead to gagging and vomiting due to the intensity of the cough. Other symptoms that can be observed are hoarseness and nasal discharge. If our dog coughs, and the cough is dry and intense, it's probably the first sign that he's been infected. This cough will be accompanied by occasional vomiting caused by retching and the expulsion of white foam from the mouth.This is exactly what happened to him...should just be more careful during admissions or disinfect the area more often. Besides, In addition, his uneven hair at the back and in his beard looked very bad. And don't worry, I might not return to your business. read more

I took my dog to this groomer today because the owner is usually really nice and they have affordable prices but today I received such poor customer service. My brother dropped him off and he quoted him a much higher price for the same service I normally get(a wash and basic cut). When I went to pick him up I explain to him that he usually charges me 85 for the same wash and basic cut . He went off saying "if your boyfriend would've asked me to do it for 85 I would've told him to get out". I was surprised at how rude he was being, so I just said okay, paid, and left. That's the last time I go there. I showed him the second two picture below as an example of how I wanted my dogs cut, and the first is how he came out. For that cut and the poor service I received. I do not think he should have charged me 110. My dog did not have any matting and I had just brought him a month ago! There are so many other better groomers with appropriate prices out there like wash my dog and tender touch. I just always go here because it's right around the corner from my house, but I will no longer be coming here. read more

I paid 50$ to get my French bulldog washed, nails clipped and deshedded because she has been shedding so much and when I picked her up she does not look deshedded at all and is shedding hair everywhere I guess the price is right if they would've did they're job! They cost more than I had every paid before, but styling vs grooming, ya know? His coat is special, so his stylist needs to know how to work with his 2nd coat. This place did a horrible job, they nicked both of my dogs. They said one was really matted, yes she was but only matted along her collar neck area. She is a Maltese mix and has very fine hair. They also nicked my boy dog who was not matted at all!! They have more cuts around their skin but keep moving while I'm trying to take photos. They took almost 5 hours. This is such poor care!
