We came here to celebrate our friends birthday, my wife and I frequent downtown disney and the parks. As such, we have had some exemplary services as you would expect at a Disney property. This is a regular place we go to annually and get a super nice dinner after a day at Disneyland & California Adventures. It's kind of rare you find a place that never disappoints, yet this has been our go-to place for many years, and I still stand by my words. When you have a decent size party of people, then receive super great service plus really good food and drinks, then I'm sure you would agree it is a fantastic place to return to. This last time we were lucky to get a really fun server as well. An array of fun drinks and appetizers were ordered and received it all fairly quickly. Only one person didn't like their drink much, but that is subjective and it actually still looked cool. The appetizers, salad, pizza, and pasta were all so good... The evening went off without a hitch, including fun & laughter. We walked away with full tummies and food left over. Try the family special if you want great food at a fair price. Menu says it feeds four but maybe five or six. Through the years we've tried many options, and seem to go back to the pizza most often. My opinion is you should just go to Naples, make a night out if it in Downtown Disney whether it's a cozy couple or a big group. The staff is pleasant and as mentioned, our waiter this time was expectational. There are many options there, yet I trust almost everyone would enjoy Naples. Tell them Frankie sent you! (Ha! Made reservations & was asked if special occasion. I added "birthday celebration ". We arrive .. get seated . Our server was attentive, but at one point the glass of water my daughter picked up literally exploded all over her. The bottom of the glass broke & shattered . Most likely from the heat . We had to get attention to clean up the glass & the water . I think for the price you are paying for food and drinks , special attention should have been given for the broken glass. But nothing. & if you add birthday celebration. Maybe give options for dessert? But nothing. I am glad the birthday guest enjoyed his food. But for the rest? Sigh disappointed. read more

Loved the pizza here! That's the star for sure. I do have a comment about something that bummed me out. Their social media portrays their Amaretto Passione one way and when I received it in the restaurant it is a completely different size/cup and I felt jipped (pictures attached). The service was good. The ambiance was nice not too loud but I will say there was a very strong smell of calamari inside and it improved a little upstairs but it feels as if there's no ventilation inside. We had an awesome lunch here! We did not have a reservation, but there was plenty of room, so we got a table immediately. We chose to sit inside because it was so hot out. The inside was not much cooler than the outside, unfortunately, but at least we were out of the sun. Our server, Israel, was very attentive and helpful. We were looking for a couple vegan items on the menu that were on the Disneyland app, and he left us know the app wasn't updated to their current menu. But there were still vegan options. We got the Venice Beach Vegan pizza, individual size (10"), and the vegan bolognese and penne. Both were really delicious. I would definitely order them again. I wish the pizza had a plant-based protein on it, but it was good with just vegetables. This was a great meal and will be a repeat for us on future trips! read more

This was my first time visiting this restaurant located in downtown Disney. We were a large group so we had a reservation and a prefix menu selected. We got there on time for a reservation and were promptly assisted. The space that we had was upstairs in an outdoor terrace area that had a really nice view. I will point out that the sun was intense because it was before sunset. The staff was very helpful and had set everything up before we got there. We had different bites that were passing by. The bread was okay the shrimp skewer was fine. I heard the pizza was good, but I don't eat pepperoni. The salads were fresh and really good. The cold cuts that were served when we got there were really good in a wide variety. The pasta dish was just okay. For the dessert, I really enjoyed the chocolate cake. Overall, I was not impressed with the food and not sure if I would come back having so many other options in downtown Disney. read more

Although there was a hefty line in front of Naples, we actually were seated pretty quickly. We got a table inside next to the pizza ovens. Vibe was ok. Our server was nice. The food was kinda bland though. My best friend that night was the salt shaker on the table. The best thing we had was the arancini. Everything else, such as the pizza and pasta, was underseasoned. I feel like this spot really upscaled over the years, I would only come for the pizza back in the day and remember the animated looking character Italian chef on their sign but wow it likes so fancy now haha. My dad made a reservation here and thank God he did because it was packed. We walked over right after we were done in California Adventure. We sat outside on their wonderful patio and I got recommended by one of my friends to order their caesar salad and it was straight gas. Such a good recommendation and I highly encourage you to get this for your table. We ordered two of them for 8 people. Then went with the Pacific Snapper Milanese which was crispy and cooked well. My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch while we were at Disneyland, and it was the perfect place to relax before heading back to the parks. We sat at the bar, and the bartenders were so attentive and made sure our drinks were always taken care of. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the margarita was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The cosmopolitan was strong (in the best way) and so tasty, and my boyfriend loved his cocktail too. The outdoor ambiance was beautiful and made for such a relaxing break from the crowds. If you're looking for a more elevated lunch or just a place to unwind with great food and drinks while you're at Disney, I highly recommend Naples. The host staff are clueless and they couldn't be bothered to seat us. I asked if we could sit at a particular table and one of the hosts said, go ahead. They did not take us to the table, they did not bring us menus, and no server came over to assist. After about 10 minutes of disregard, I went back to the host and asker her if anyone was assigned to our table. She said she 'wasn't sure' but she would look to see who was on the floor. After another 10 minutes of waiting, we saw a few seats opened up at the bar, so we grabbed them. Fortunately for us, our bartender, Bobby tried to make up for the lost time and failed experience so far. He made some Ice-cold martinis, and some good food recommendations. We ordered the Carnivoro Pizza (Fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, pepperoni, capicola, Genoa salami, spicy sausage). This was a solid pizza, and we left a little less dissatisfied. I live for Pizza. (So much so that I'm not going to correct the capitalization of the word "Pizza" in that sentence...it's that important.) My wife, teenage son, and I were spending a full day at the parks and wanted a good dinner...Reservations weren't available anywhere. (Hot tip - if you're visiting Disney, reserve dining as far in advance as possible so you won't be worried.) But we managed to get right in as they opened a dining area on the second floor to accommodate walk-ins. Hurrah! (At first they wanted to seat us on the balcony, but there was no shade from the sun there...they managed to reseat us right away inside...again, hurrah!) The menu is straight out of Italy...including a "Spritz Menu" - I initially ordered an Apérol Spritz so I could fully remember what it was like wandering the cities of Italy in the late afternoon during the pre-dinner Aperitif hour...but then I noticed they also had a flight of "cellos" on the menu - Our server managed to switch my drink order to that and pretty soon my wife and I were sipping orange cello, limoncello (of course) and pistachio-cello! Again, again, hurrah! Were we actually somehow back in Italy? For food, we shared the Side Della Casa Salad, which was beautiful and enough for the three of us to have some before the star of the show arrived. For us, the star of the show was the pizza - We got a large, half New York and half Genovese. (They can do half and half on pizzas as long as the sauce on both halves is the same.) This pizza was truly delicious, very Naples-authentic (though we could eat it with our hands, unlike in Naples, where it's a fork and knife situation) As a lover of pizza, in general, and as someone who truly appreciates authentic and good pizza, a million miles over the chain pizza restaurants, I was in pizza heaven eating slices from this pie. If you're in Downtown Disney and have a hankering for excellent and authentic food from Italy, try your luck getting a table here. We're glad we did. read more

Hey there Party People Hanging out in Disneyland it was late so we thought we would give Naples a shot. I have had mixed reviews here because of the staff. This time we were seated in 10 minutes without a reservation which was awesome. Since it was a Friday night and the place was hopping. Our Server Jose was all over it making sure we always had full drinks without asking. Which in my opinion is the sign of a great Server. Hubby and I got the Sonoma Salad and a Hot Honey Soppressata Pizza to share. The Salad was excellent with an amazing variety of fresh ingredients including and not limited to grapes, candies walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese, Chicken and the most amazing Italian dressing. The only little thing to pick on was the chicken was a tiny bit dry. The Hot Soppressata Pizzia was a perfect thin crust with just the right amount of sauce. The flavor was spot on the surprise here was the capers. I have to say they added just the right amount of salty goodness to bring out the heat in the honey. While at Downtown Disney with my family we decided to eat lunch at Naples. I have been here once nine years ago and remembered it as being good. I sure have good memory. There were six of us and we all loved the food here. The Caesar salad served family style was amazing so was the panzerotti. We ordered two pizzas, one pepperoni and one Bianca. Both were cooked to perfection. The dough was light and airy and thin with the right amount of toppings. We enjoyed every slice. The price was pretty reasonable for a touristy location. Customer service was welcoming and friendly and attentive. Loved the ambiance here. Will be back again for sure. Hopefully sooner this time. They validate for parking :) read more

We usually like to come here at least once for a meal when we are in Disney. The food here is solid, don't get me wrong. It's just also nothing super extravagant or extraordinary. They have some well made Italian classics that are decent. Just coming from an Italian family I have a higher expectation. Pizzas here are always very delicious, and portion sizes are generous. This is my go to spot when I go to Disneyland. It is reasonably priced for the area and has great food. The salads, pizzas, and pastas are great! The servers are professional and attentive. There is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. I would recommend getting a reservation far in advance if you are hoping to go here during lunch or dinner rush. My group and I were excited to try this restaurant, but, I left a little underwhelmed. It seems like if this place was running smoothly, it could be a very good place to stop for dinner, but maybe we got there on an off night. Having a reservation, the process to get to our table took about 20 minutes between checking in with hostesses being asked to wait and then eventually getting to our table. Once we were up there, it took 30 Ish minutes to actually get our order placed after ordering a round of drinks. I got the hot honey sopresatta pizza which seems like it could've been a little undercooked. Had it been cooked all the way through the pizza would've been delicious and the flavors were very nice. Right off the bat, service here is excellent! Every time I've visited friendly and patience hostess, waiters and etc. The spot is very nicely kept, almost always a nice cool breeze to escape the outside heat (if your here for summer). My last maybe 4 visits I've sat at the bar (bar needs no reservation or wait) and the bar is amazing. Bartenders are also extremely friendly. Highly recommend the White Sangria. So the downside, is a pizza joint and the quality of the pizza is acceptable at best. I know they are busy all the time but the times I've order pizza either for myself personally or a group the pizza always, ALWAYS has a party that isn't fully cooked and it bothers me personally. On our Disneyland days, sometimes we want something different than what is offered in the parks so we go to Naples. There is something for every one in our party, even with the pickiest of eaters. We wanted Italian Food. No reservations required. This restaurant accepted walkins. Was greeted and seated at the patio area. We sat down, not even 5 mins have passed our waiter came over to ask what we wanted to drink. Ordered a Michelob ultra and Chardonnay wine. Drinks were delivered quickly, within 10 minutes we were sipping on our drinks. We ordered our main entrees. Ordered spaghetti with meatballs and Margherita Pizza. Delivered quickly as well. I had a very nice meal here after a long Saturday at Mouseland. My party of 7 came in for dinner and there was (predictably) a wait to get in. We had no reservations so I was impressed that it was only 30 minutes and not 2 hours - if you know Downtown Disney, it's quite packed, so the waits can be extended. When we finally were seated, the food and drinks both came quite fast. The younger members of the party had spaghetti and meatballs, which were pretty standard. The adults had salad and pizza. The salads, two house salads to be precise, were huge. These salads are easily enough for 4, but we had 2 for 4 people. So at least we all got plenty of greens. The pizzas were definitely the star of the show. I wouldn't say they are the best pizzas I've ever had, but they are very solid. Much better than average with a nice chewy crust (a bit thick), generous toppings, and a great charred flavor. The pizzas were so good that the younger ones basically gave up on spaghetti and meatballs and just ate pizza. Many of the adults had cocktails and those were also well made and tasty. There are a lot of options in Downtown Disney, and since it's a captive audience of many tired parents who have been walking around in the heat being annoyed by kids all day I wasn't expecting much. But this place really surprised me with the quality of the pizzas and drinks and reasonable wait. I will say, it isn't cheap - this was several hundred dollars. But given the location and quality (and obviously alcohol contributed) it was worth it. read more

Was extremely thrilled to try out a Downtown Disney restaurant but sadly left a bit unsatisfied. We started off with the Caesar salad which was just okay... the dressing was too mild and it needed more cheese in our opinion. We also ordered the pull apart Garlic Bread and had to send it back because the center of the bread was mushy & soggy... almost seemed undercooked. A highlight was the Margarita pizza... it was delicious and one of the best I've had. I personally didn't try the Chicken Parmesan but my party raved about how delicious it was. The Hot Honey pizza had an interesting mix of flavors and seemed rather undercooked but was still enjoyable. The main issue was the Spicy Penne with shrimp, it said it would be served al dente but this was nowhere near al dente... it was closer to being raw pasta... extremely hard and chewy, to the point it got stuck in my teeth. Think of the texture of laffy taffy... me personally I wouldn't want my pasta like this. We sent it back once and asked it to be cooked more and they brought it back and it was exactly the same. We sent it back once more and it once again came back the same way. I didn't care for the pasta and honestly it was very frustrating, highly regret ever ordering it. Our waitress Maria was extremely kind and patient with us despite all the mishaps and having to send things back. I don't think I'd return honestly but I guess I'm glad we gave it a shot. read more
