Most of the reviews on yelp are written shortly after the purchase, but I think it's more helpful to hear from people a few months down the line. Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. But when our 2008 Honda Civic finally bites the dust, you'd can be certain our replacement vehicle will be from BBC Motorsports.

Our friends referred us to David Keilson. the night before and suggested we give him a call. We reached out the next morning, asked if he had a GX 550 available, and from there, everything moved seamlessly. When we arrived, David greeted us, had the vehicle ready, handed us the keys, and simply said, "Take it for a drive." We had visited two other dealerships prior to this, and not one of them offered that level of trust or ease with a test drive. After our drive, David took the time to ask about our experience and walked us through the benefits of purchasing from Sewell. Before leaving, David and Jan also walked us through the technology in the vehicle, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with all the features. Since our purchase, we've returned for car washes, and both David and Jan have made a point to say hello and check in to ensure we're still happy with everything. We've had the best experience and will absolutely be back to work with David and the team at Sewell again.

I originally came in specifically for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that was advertised online as CPO. After arriving at the dealership, I was informed the vehicle was actually not certified and only had around 500 miles remaining on the factory warranty. Despite that, the pricing remained consistent with what would typically be expected for a certified vehicle, and I was then encouraged to purchase an additional $3,000 extended warranty instead. As a buyer, that was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. On top of that, several promises made during the sales process were not properly followed through on, including the tint request. Communication throughout the process was poor, and expectations were not clearly managed. The vehicle also was not thoroughly detailed before delivery, as I am still finding personal belongings and food debris from the previous owner under the seats and floor mats. I want to be clear that my frustration is more with the dealership process than with any one individual employee. However, attention to detail, transparency, and follow-through are exactly why customers choose Sewell and pay Sewell-level prices. While I did end up getting the car I wanted I came in expecting exceptional service and a true Certified Pre-Owned buying experience, and unfortunately left with neither.

When I arrived for the appointment and met Ms. Sydney, she was very cheerful and enthusiastic. She showed me the car, let me test drive it, and explained everything very thoroughly. During my phone conversation with the salesperson, I made it very clear that my purpose for coming in was to see the car and take it for a test drive, and an appointment was set accordingly. When I arrived, I spent time answering numerous questions about what I was looking for in my purchase. My salesperson then told me he needed to speak with his manager, which I thought was odd, but ok. He then took me to the vehicle and reviewed all of its features and options. After investing that time, I asked if we could take the car for a test drive, only to be told that his manager would not allow it because I had mentioned I only had about 30 minutes available. Apparently, that violated their policy for test driving certain vehicles. Had this policy been disclosed during my initial phone call, I could have planned accordingly or chosen not to make the trip. Instead, I took time out of my workday, drove to the dealership for a scheduled appointment, and left without being able to do the one thing I specifically came to do. For a dealership that sells luxury vehicles, I expected a much higher level of customer service, communication, and professionalism. The entire experience left a very bad impression, and unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending this dealership to others.

When i finally spoke with technician he was fine but the work order didn't line up with our conversation and things were marked as discussed that were definitely not. They did not offer a loaner car, not sure if they have them but they do provide an uber to/from but then you still have to leave a tip for the driver which is annoying.

    Reviews are very important. There is a huge difference between their Google reviews and their Yelp…read morereviews. When I'm making plans for a major purchase, I use all that's at my fingertips. When looking at some of their vehicles online, I submitted a quote for a potential trade-in, just in case. It does state that someone will call you regarding your trade, which was fine. I used my Google number for that reason. My issue: They have called, and have sent multiple texts since filling out the form on Monday. From that time to the current (4 days), I have received 14 calls/texts. Who does that? They, do. Crazy thing is, the calls and texts came from four different people, FOUR. Do they not keep track of who is handling a potential client and allow only that person to follow up? Also, if you're calling and texting the same person, after contacting them 14 times, why are you still attempting to contact that person? I'm happy I used my Google number; I would have been very upset if they were doing this on my actual phone. This is unacceptable, and I will definitely not be using their services when I'm ready to make a purchase.

In addition to the B12 service, I noticed on the wall they advertised "minor" wheel repair for $150. Having just scraped a curb, I had some pretty deep, visible scratches that I assumed would mean body work or even a new wheel. I wasn't expecting perfection for $150, but that's what I ended up getting. I can no longer see or feel where the scratches were! I wish I would have taken a "before" photo along with the attached "after". As I was leaving, Khang saw some paint on my rear view mirror from where I hit my garage door gasket. He got some solvent and a cloth and removed that for me too.

This was my second time working with Adam Williams and he was just as professional and courteous this time around. I found a used Jetta in their inventory, and within 30 minutes of emailing him about it (including my goal out-the-door price), not only had Adam verified that my 4 preferred features were available on the car but he also had an out the door number to me. ALL BY EMAIL/TEXT which saved me time before coming in to sign paperwork. It is clear that Adam and the Goodson team value their customers time, and see them as more than just another dollar to be made. I cannot give them enough accolades! Thank you thank you a million times THANK YOU!!!
