I had HEART ATTACK in 2020 Bentley Continental. Now I've got your attention, let me tell you a brief story. I was invited to test drive new 2020 Bentley Continental last year from Rusnak and "Clint" was assigned to show it to me. Now, since I ever saw the YouTube video about it, I was in love (not with Clint, the car.) So imagine how much I was excited to go for that test drive. But at the time, I was under lots of stress with my company's lawsuit and my heart was giving me warnings which I kindly ignored. As Clint was showing me interiors, I got a heart attack and it start beating 200 beats per minute. I guess I was too excited. Doctors call me X-Man for being still alive through that heart attack. Clint promptly took action and called 911 right away. So in a nutshell, a car dealer saved client's life. How often does that happen? Couple of days later, he was even kind enough to text me how I was doing and telling me "car is just a car, the important things is that you get better." It tells what kind of character he has. This guy used work helping autistic children, so imagine how nice person he is. At that time, I couldn't afford the Bentley but I promised myself that when I can afford it, I'll come back and buy it from Clint (my savior Jesus). After almost one year and much better health wise, I finally bought brand new 2020 Bentley Continental last Saturday from Clint. Man... how can I tell you... This is more of a piece of art than a car. Craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. Attention to detail is amazing! Handling is so good, it feels as if yourself and car become one. There are so many safety and convenience features that I feel the car cares about me more than I care about myself. Interface is so intuitive I learned how to operate the whole system in just one hour without a manual. And most of all, I've got a extremely good deal from the most kind car salesman I've met in my life. So trust me and just see him first before contacting other dealers. On top of getting good deal, you'll have most pleasant purchasing experience ever. Feels like you're buying a car from your buddy. Rusnak has most Bentley inventory anyways. So trust me and look for Clint (AKA Jesus, he'll baptize me this Christmas.) If he doesn't give you a good deal, contact me and we'll put him on a cross. Don't worry, he'll resurrect in 3 days and probably eating sushi somewhere. And if Clint does sales pitch that "someone got heart attack because this car is so good," this Yelp review is the proof. This review has nothing to do with Covid -19 and the difficulties businesses face nowadays. Just to be clear , many of us in the business community understand how difficult the new economy is because we have businesses of our own . This is primarily the result of rude and careless employees who work at Rusnak Bentley in Pasadena. First of all, right if the bat, this dealership sucks in terms of amenities in the waiting area. More importantly , you look at what Lexus dealerships do to keep you happy : hot coffee with cream, massage chairs, free fruits and snacks and drinks. Rusnak Bentley has literally none of these things. It's just a cold , empty lot with a few salespeople who knows little to nothing about these vehicles. We saw a similar vehicle to our Bentley suv that was $40,000 more and the reason for this was ....... the color ? We were promised a quick and seamless pick up experience and still waited over 3 hours the day we picked up our lease vehicle . And even after the sale, this week, I ordered an extra key because I dropped and broke the original key. Yet every time I call they act like we're bothering them or something . No hello. No nice to see you . No " my pleasure ". These employees are truly rude and stupid . The owner should know here we have purchased high end vehicles . These aren't pintos. Who the hell do you guys think you are? Ridiculous . Needless to say I won't be leasing or buying from Rusnak again. The Bentley brand deserves better than these amateurs who should probably be working at McDonalds and being cheap with the bbq sauce like they are cheap with their help and service. That's good because like I said we didn't lease a cheap vehicle here. Next time treat customers well and not act like we're bothering you when we come for service . This review is more about the level of service I have experienced with a sales associate Clinton. Clint is different from any vehicle salesperson I have encountered. I have bought numerous cars over the years and always been on guard with the salespersons. Clint has a personality that immediately puts you at ease. He is relatable and not at all pretentious, even in a luxury car dealership. Clint's anecdotes and vehicle knowledge relaxed me and I realized this is someone I could trust. Discussing the vehicle I was looking for and getting my questions answered, was like speaking with an old friend. He seems to genuinely care about your needs and asked unique question that reflect that. Clint takes pride in the dealership, the business, and the way he conducts himself. I have passed his name on to my friends in the market for Bentley's and recommend him for your car buying needs. Do Not come here. This was a terrible experience and we will NEVER come back to this location again. We were going to trade in our exsisting Bentley for a new one but now I am not so sure I want another one. We walked in a saw employees around but no one came over to talk to us at all. We were waiting for a while and I know this has nothing to do with Covid because there were plenty of employees. We started to look around at the cars because no one was helping so we decided to look at the car that we were thinking of buying. While looking an employee locks the car from a distance but doesn't say a word to us. I will say, I think it was because we are black. The employees are incredibly rude, unprofessional and possible racist in my opinion. DO NOT do business with this location especially if you are of darker skin tone. Take you business elsewhere. Rusnak Bentley employs thieves in their service department. I was hoping I wouldn't have to write that, but after repeated attempts contacting Rusnak, all complaints have fallen on deaf ears. It was time for my bosses first scheduled maintenance on his Bentley. We took it in and dropped it off and everything seemed fine. Well, after we got it back, 2 pairs of sunglasses were stolen. They left the cases but only took the glasses. Their service writer basically said, "Yeah, this sort of thing has happened before" and, "It's your fault for leaving them in there." Not quite the reaction we were hoping for. I contacted Rusnak management about the incident and Mr. Arizmendi said he'd have the service manager contact us. Mr. Arizmendi assured me that there has been no thefts what so ever since he took over Rusnak but his service writer stated otherwise, so one of them isn't telling the truth. It has been 2 weeks and Mr. Arizmendi has stopped responding to my emails. The cost of the glasses being stolen is irrelevant. As I told Mr. Arizmendi, it's a Bentley dealer, not a Jiffy Lube. He should be able to leave a suitcase full of money in his car and feel safe about it. The privacy and security of Rusnak customers should be a priority. To sum things up, do not take your vehicle to Rusnak service if you don't want someone rummaging through your belongings and taking what they want. It's despicable that this sort of thing can happen at a Bentley dealership. read more

I called and was greeted by Courtney who could not have been more professional. When I arrived, Melody addressed me by name and followed up as promised. Now, I am not new to the car shopping experience. I am a wealthy business owner who has better things to do than Yelp. However, I must detail my experience to ensure no other customer is treated how I was treated. I had the very displeasure to interact with Julia and Tony. These are the two managers at this dealership. I did a bit of research on Paul Rusnak, and his Rusnak standard he proudly displays at his many franchised dealerships. I want to be the first to say that Julia and Tony are nothing of what the Rusnak standard is or should be. These employees behaviors are that of the car industry in 1970. Ex: Rude, confrontational, the way they speak is like they're better than you, deceiving in the pricing offered, and no salespeople in the store. In addition, I honestly think Julia's British accent is fake, but I digress. The real issue is this obviously arrogant Manager is willing to give business to his competition and have his Manager talk to his customers rudely.. This is in lieu of actually upholding the Rusnak standard and taking care of clients. This is also why I probably see 4 salespeople total online. Horrible experience I mean the worst, I was in the market to buy a Bentayga I visited the dealership twice, first time the used car manager supposedly too busy to appraise the car I'm trading in that I bought from them 2 years ago Cash so I'm a repeat customer at least some appreciation!!! Then I had to come back to get my car appraised I drove almost 40 minute to get there, finally the car was appraised I asked for pricing, I was told AGAIN the sales manager is busy we will call you and give you numbers, 3 days later no call I had to contact them to ask for numbers they said ok the sales manager finally back from honeymoon he's gone do the numbers for you we will call you in couple hours, couple hours turns to couple days finally decided enough is enough with these people I called talked to a different person asking him to tell me what's the deal the guy told me The sales manager is not here yet comes at noon Once he's there will get you going ok nothing at all I don't think these people are here to sale cars no professionalism at all, if they have the car you want don't go there just call a broker better that was than waisting your time.
