    Rooftop view

This hotel is located on the start of ocean drive which is a littler quieter and less busy than one block down, you get the best of both worlds, right in the middle of the action but still quiet. The views from the rooftop are amazing! Also on the rooftop is a huge chess game, jenga, pool/spa and lots of lounge chairs. The rooms are nice sized and come with microwave, toaster, all the utensils you need, and a little table with chairs. I love that they bring extra beach towels everyday! The staff is very friendly and helpful!! The only downfall was that each night when we came in there would be a homeless person sleeping right out front.

We had the most amazing time at the Bentley! The rooftop view is amazing!!! William gave us a warm welcome & everything was perfect from there. Cesar goes above & beyond, gave recommendations & even VIP guest cards Not to mention champagne hour EVERYDAY!! Go visit! Rooftop view is to die for. Can't wait to come back after the renovations! Thanks, Bentley! Love, Krystal & Jon

Can you say NIGHTMARE? I booked a stay here thinking I would have a relaxing time in South Beach. I had paid extra for a balcony room but once I got into my room it was the biggest disappointment and nothing close to relaxing or comforting. The balcony was facing the alley way where my view was of trash cans, piss stains and another buildings roof. I then noticed several hairs on the bedding including eyelash hairs and a long curly hair but other random objects on the towels and cups. This is when I decided I could not stay in this room! It was not clean and did not adhere to CDC guidelines. When I told the front desk I did not feel comfortable staying in such a dirty room, they did not accommodate my needs and instead charged me $200 for the night when I did not stay the night. I was in the room for a total of 15 minutes and in the hotel trying to get a refund for another 30 minutes. Please look at the photos and decide for yourself.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was in Oceanfront room and I can see very well the ocean from all windows of the room. This hotel is awesome, it's now one of my top favorites! It's clean, has comfy bed and spacious room with amenities. The roof-top pool has heater and the view from there was magnificent! It has cozy chairs up there that offers privacy and serenity for suntanning and relaxing. Everyone was nice And was willing to help. Miguel, the concierge was all around helpful in daytime as well as all the front desk employees! Marlon, the night shift security and Steve were always willing and happy to help. The cleaning ladies were on point and friendly. Best of all, the close proximity of the hotel to all happenings and good food restaurants makes this hotel 10/10

Don't be fooled by this sketchy hotel. Very disappointed. Advertised as 'upscale' with "newly renovated rooms". What we received was anything but. We found awful stains all over the couch, paint falling off the walls, a shower that did not properly work. (photos attached.) We barely got any sleep because our "suite" was next door to the lobby, and there were people literally screaming all night in the hallways - sounding as though they were in the unit with us. When we left the following morning, I had just opened the door to the lobby when the employee at the front desk asked if we were checking out. When I replied yes, all I got in response was "room number?" and "ok thanks" after I told him the number of the room he could see me walking out of. There was no "how was your stay?" or any sense of customer service whatsoever. We honestly felt cheated after the dismissive check out process since we had already paid. Lastly, I was going to leave a review, but decided to email the manager instead. The manager emailed back, apologized, and offered a discounted stay on our next visit or a complimentary lunch at the Versace mansion. I returned to Miami a month later, so I emailed the manager to take advantage of these offers - and they never replied to me.

A few of us stayed a few nights in this hotel and have mixed reviews. We stayed in two different rooms 302 and 400. What's good in both rooms: The price was low and affordable. We really liked the look. The decor is simple, classy. The place is really clean. The rooms come with robes, tiny coffee makers, kitchens. The hotel staff are great. Friendly, helpful, prompt. Great location, right across the street from the beach, near shops, food. The bedrooms are small, and the beds are small. The living areas are spacious and very comfortable though. Valet: 30 for every 24 hours In Room 400, There's a nice view, with a larger balcony, and you can partially see the ocean. It has a nice sized kitchen, separate dining area. The bed was comfortable and the shower has two shower heads . Everything worked perfectly. In Room 302, nicely decorated. What' needs improvement: The jacuzzi isn't heated, and as is the pool, Luke temperature. There are no lounge chairs by the pool. In Room302: Microwave broke, toilet wouldn't flush, bedroom balcony door wouldn't open. The worst: The bed in 302. horrible mattress. Uncomfortable.. not soft enough and not hard enough, Sinks in the middle. We WOULD stay at this hotel again.

The Bentley Hotel South Beach on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach is a great place to stay at the beach that is located in the middle of everything. It is a relatively good value for everything that you get here. The staff here is very friendly and willing to help you with what you need if you ask.

We stayed in a Luxury king bedroom the first night which was nice. Our friends staying in the room next to us said the refrigerator was so loud they had to unplug it because they couldn't sleep. You can tell we had the recently upgraded room which was nice. The bathroom is a bit small with poor lighting but it was fine for the night. Then we upgraded to the one bedroom penthouse with ocean view which we were a bit disappointed with. It has a queen bed which had springs popping in our back the first night. They came and helped us flip the mattress which was a tiny bit better. The next day they replaced the mattress which was nice, but not before getting in an argument with the front desk guy. He said my party was loud on the roof and if I help him he'll help me with the situation. I've never been treated like this at a hotel before or any other place that trains their staff on good customer service. I was a bit shocked especially after getting 2 hrs of sleep because the mattress they had in our room. However, they fixed the mattress which was slightly better. I would not recommend the one bedroom penthouse to anyone who wants to get a good nights sleep. It's loud inside the suite when people walk around and you can hear people walking on the roof at night since the rooftop is open 24hrs. It is in a great location and has a pool with chairs on the roof. Nice but nothing special. The chairs all need to be replaced. The balcony on the penthouse has a great view and very spacious but I'd rather have more space in the room to comfortably fit a luxury king bed. The most expensive room should have the most expensive bed and bedding. This place had the opposite. This hotel has a lot of potential and looks like from the renovation it's on its way, but as of now I wouldn't recommend it for a stay longer than 2 days. I was so tired after staying there for 4 nights.

I stayed at The Bentley for my Bday weekend .I was nervous because it had mixed reviews but I went with them because of the price. Location was right on Ocean drive easy to find we parked a block away which was $100 for 3 days with In and out access which was not to bad . Arrival at hotel the host Miguel was nice and friendly and reminded us that mask are required at all times throughout the hotel and we seen him cleaning daily . We stayed in the Luxury studio with balcony suite which was very nice and clean .Front desk staff were nice and professional as well. I will stay again.

Well I am not sure where to start. We arrived here after midnight on 11/22/2022 for 8 days and 7 nights during Thanksgiving to relax. We saw the Bentley hotel online and the pictures and marketing are beautiful too bad it's not 100% accurate. When we arrived we had to leave our vehicle outside with the keys in it for them to park. Sally the lady that checked us in was very nice. When we arrived to the room the sliding door did not lock, the window handle was broken and did not lock. So I had to use an ironing board to lock the sliding door for the night. The next morning. I went down and spoke with William the Assistant manager who again was very nice. He said to me that the windows do not open so he sent maintenance up and they jammed the window and turned the handle it locks now, and they installed a new lock on the sliding door. The maintenance staff were outstanding. We went to the pool and hot tub the 2 reason along with the pictures why we booked this place. The hot tub is broken! The manager advised me it was a part that was ordered. Well they filled the tub back up with water but there is not bubble and it is still 50 degrees. (side note I work for my Uncle's Pool company and the hot tub is not working) despite what Sally the front desk lady told me today Friday. To go back the room was clean, and the house keepers are wonderful. So then Wednesday my daughter who is 12 and autistic locked the safe with our money and medication in the safe. I tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room it does not call them so I called from my cell and the lady told me I would have to wait till 8am the next day to get my medicine. Well by this time I have completely had it. I googled how to open a mesa hotel safe and guess what there is a you tube channel out there that tells you exactly how to open it if the hotel never changed the super code. I said what the hell they don't lock doors or windows they most likely did not change the code I was right. I will attach a video of me opening the safe after I was able to get in. Then last night which really put me over the edge I went for Ice and the machine is broken (shocker I know) I went to the front desk and she advised me that I could walk to Walgreens for Ice. I did book through Expedia and they have been waiting since Wednesday for a call back and as of 11AM on Friday no call back nor has anyone reached out to me. There is also construction going on next door that starts at 7am and seems to go all day and night. I have pictures and videos to back all of this up. I feel like we are being held hostage because they have been paid in full, and I just want a refund of my unused days and leave to another hotel. Also in my research speaking with other guests they are experiencing most of the same issues. I used the valet because the lady at the desk said it was $40.00 a day you can come in and out as may times as you want. I asked if there was another place to park she told me yes it's $25.00 but you have to pay each time you go in and out. NOT TRUE! I spoke with the gentleman and it is $25.00 a day in and out as much as you want, and if that she lies was not the kicker it is the same place they valet your car. Needless to say run Run Run! It's now 12/2 and Expedia and I are still waiting for a call back. Nothing. They hide and are fraudulent look at the pictures looks great get there and the homeless wouldn't stay there.

My gf and I stopped through here on our way out before boarding our flights later in the afternoon. If you're toting your luggage and not a hotel guest, you will have to find another hotel to store your luggage while enjoying this most decadent brunch experience. Luckily we arrived early enough to our reservations to sort that out. Reservations are a must if you don't want to wait. The restaurant is gorgeous with various spaces designed differently but keeps to the exotic Asian theme. Dining in the atrium near the water feature in the middle with stage for the musicians is where we had our experience. Olga was our server. She brought us our special beverages not available at the bar: Bloody Mary's and endless bubbly in our glasses The offerings here are more than I can name, but there is something to satisfy every craving. The favorite for me is the caviar bar. It comes with all the proper fixings on a blini with Crème fraîche. Do you need a vodka shot to go with? Yes, that's also available also at the caviar station. Fresh raw oysters, clams or shrimp cocktail is available in abundance with everything else here. The ceviche was great. I passed on all the various noodles but had to have some lamb curry and basmati rice- delicious! I had some Peking Duck and leg of lamb at the meat station. The filet mignon and lamb chops was ordered and brought to the table. The leg of lamb and filet were slightly dry but still good. The lamb chops with chimichurri sauce was amazing- nuances of vibrant flavors. Assorted fresh fruits were a colorful collection of enticements. I saw some papaya and enjoyed its fresh, sweet juiciness. I am not a dessert person but had to try the key like pie. Then of course, the matcha dessert is a sitting temptation next to the pie. So, my dessert spoils were more than intended. What the hell right? Lol That was the sweet ending to my Setai brunch. There was so much more such as bread, fried stuff, eggs, bagel station, toast etc. One can only eat so much. I stuck to enjoying my favorites. The experience is pricey but so worth it. It is truly the best brunch experience I've ever had. - better than Vegas and a cruise ship!! I always have to experience a Setai brunch whenever in Miami!

You are walking through the area with all the guests and their luggage in your super large robe that doesn't close very well. I did not enjoy this. Some disappointing things which was not their fault is the parking garage construction noise even on Sundays. The noise took away from my spa experience. They did nothing for the noise control. Also, the SPA requests you must arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. I got my parking validated BUT we stayed for brunch who also validated our parking but we went over the 4 hours so we got no discount for parking and we were charged the full $35 fee plus tip for the valet. The valet staff was quite nasty telling me we were there too long for the discount BUT each one of those alone qualified for a discounted valet. You can not do both in the 4 hour window.

However since we paid tripple that price I have to be way more critical. The staff makes it extra special. They were all friendly and had the "I can do it for you attitude." Kudos to the staff. Our "up-graded" room facing half ocean/city was tiny, a tad worn, had a very nice view, and non impressive toiletrees. The worst part of our room was the side of the hotel we were on. Our room was on the industrial exhaust fans side and it was extremely noisy. Had to keep our balcony door closed to drown out the noise. The location of the hotel, as others mentioned is ideal. Now here is the scary part...we got stuck on the elevator two times. It wasn't a long time but enough to scare me especially since I am very claustrophobic. I ended up taking the stairs to the 9th floor the rest of our stay. They did fix the elevator but this happened to quite a few guests and they didn't shut the elevator. Our complimentary breakfast (free with my Marriott status) was not the best. Breakfast is served in the attached Mexican restaurant which is not owned by Marriott. It is not a buffet. Small menu with the basics. Food was fair. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The pool restaurant has the best hotdogs! And we also enjoyed the quinoa salad.

Rooms were small. Tons of kids at the pool (which was closed 30 min into our one night stay due to code brown). We also paid extra for a balcony and this is what it looked like. Do your self a favor and stay somewhere else. Not worth the money.

We spent the afternoon by the pool, enjoying drinks and snacks, which were delicious and the perfect way to relax. Later, we headed to Happy Hour at Lido, and it was fantastic. The drinks were excellent, the food was great, and the waterfront setting made the experience even more special. The entire property has a laid-back luxury feel, with beautiful landscaping, comfortable seating areas, and amazing views. Whether you're visiting for a spa day, drinks by the pool, or Happy Hour at Lido, The Standard delivers a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend for a relaxing day in Miami Beach!

The rooms have been thoughtfully re-designed, but still have that cold Miami cinder block feel. In other words you won't do more than sleep in them. The pool area is fantastic with a bay view and plenty of chairs. Lido Grill, the main restaurant, is nicely done and people / pet friendly. Service was good, once you got their attention, which was on you, not them...we had the lobster, fairly priced at $39, but was like rubber and inedible. Sides were a throw away. Drinks were very good. Other points, nice mini bar in room, however NO coffee in room and coffee shop doesn't open until 7 AM. A regular room, facing back away from bay, dinner for 2, minor mini bar invasion (2 drinks) valet, was over $1100. Not worth the cost.

The kind of place where…read moreyou walk into the lobby and instantly feel like you've stepped into a glossy magazine spread. High ceilings, marble everywhere, and a buzz that tells you you're in the right place. What impressed me most? There's genuinely plenty to do for all ages, which is not something you can say about every Miami resort. Whether you're traveling with kids, teens, adults, or a multigenerational crew, everyone finds their lane here. The pool scene is the heartbeat of the property. Multiple pools, each with its own personality -- family-friendly areas with space to splash, quieter corners for lounging, and the high-energy spots where the music and cocktails flow. Service was dialed in across the board: fast, friendly, and always one step ahead. Rooms were spotless and stylish, with balconies that make you want to order room service just to soak in the view a little longer. Housekeeping kept everything crisp, and every request was met with that effortless "of course" attitude. Dining is another standout. From quick bites to full-on fine dining, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Even the grab-and-go spots felt elevated. And if nightlife is your thing, you don't need to leave the property -- the energy here after dark is pure Miami. But if you're traveling with kids or just want a low-key night, the resort still feels comfortable and accessible. Fontainebleau nails that rare balance of iconic luxury and all-ages fun. It's bold, glamorous, and buzzing in all the right ways, yet still manages to be welcoming and easy to enjoy no matter who you're traveling with. A true Miami classic that continues to deliver. Enjoy

This is a tourist trap extraordinaire. It made me feel like I was paying to be in a place trying to extract from me, not serve me. And yes, I did complain twice to the front staff about these issues - to stony faces and lame excuses that were canned and code for "we don't care." The resort fee is $60/day (which is not made clear on Orbitz, where I booked it), yet when I went in February the pool and all outdoor facilities - which is what the resort fee pays for - closed at 6pm. We were told it closes at "sundown," even though they clearly have outdoor lights for the whole outside facility. Want to swim in the evening or night? Nope. All those pictures with the pool lit up? Not for you. And if you dare to be in the pool at 6:01, there were six staff for every one guest to tell you to get out. Seriously, we got warnings to get out at 10min to 6, 5min to 6, and at 6:00. Why every five minutes? Because a group of staff members were hovering over us, watching and waiting for the moment to kick us out. Very relaxing. You have to wear an armband everywhere you go. Staff are at every door as you go in or out - hotel to pool or pool to beach - monitoring you to produce it. Very relaxing. There is no coffee in the room, forcing you to travel across the whole huge facility (3 towers connected by long walks) to their coffee shop to pay $10 for a cup of coffee each morning. You could walk all the way back to your room, or - like me - you can try to drink it by the pool. But NO! You can't sit by the pool. Those seats and lounges require you to pay a fee, even in February when there was NO ONE there. If you don't want to pay, you can find a free lounge on the outer fringes. And if you try to sit without paying, there are staff to tell you to move immediately. Hovering, as usual. To get a lounge on the beach - in February, low season - we had to get in line to sign up for a chair and then get in a second line of 20-30 people and wait in the hot sun for an available, assigned chair and a staff person to take us there. Grab a chair and relax? Nope. It's a monitored system. When we checked out, the staff told us there were too many rooms to provide a coffee maker in each one. I guess their policy is to assume their guests are stupid.
