They also send out text deals that they will not accept. I get it--Different franchise owners don't accept certain deals, but why is it a puzzle which deals they will accept or not. You are a business owner who signed up as a franchise because you can't come up with your own restaurant idea...Honor deals from corporate. Yeah, you saved $3 denying a deal, but I will never return. Ordered two Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches and curly fries and two shakes. Order comes up and crinkle fries not curly fries. Chaulk it up as a mistake and leave. Get home and the sandwiches tastes terrible the lettuce is brown, and the first bite was extremely sour. Well again a little disappointed in Arbys, wife and I stopped in a different Arbys we had never been to before. Wife ordered the special $5 meal roast beef curly fries and a drink I had the country rib sandwich curly fries and strawberry lemonade and 3 of our favorite cookies salted chocolate chip caramel. I was told the cookies didn't come with salt was that ok I said sure we paid for our food and went to a table. Wife's food was good the sandwich I had was just ok only had 4 slices of meat with bbq and fried onions, the cookies were the very most disappointing. They use to taste so fresh and homemade chewy and soft now they come prepackaged no salt taste like fake caramel they cookie falls apart and crumbles like it's been in the package for a long time. I pretty much eat everything. Do not eat tge bbq briquettes. It looked nasty. I tasted it. I was nasty. Gooey, with syrup bbq sauce, melted gouda and bacon strips and processed meat. Why didn't I throw away that nearly $9 sandwich? I wish I had! I have only eaten something worse twice. The food is good when they make it correctly. This location can be hit or miss. One minute everything is on point, and the next everything is dry like its been sitting around. I can't say that over ever had any issues with food that was missing or incorrect. The customer service gets the job done. I never really see huge lines at this location. Which is one reason it's more of a last resort for me. I'm torn between a 2-star and a 3-star on this visit. My last review was in 2015 when I mentioned a clean store and friendly employees. Here in 2017 the employees are still friendly but the store cleanliness is failing the grade. A shout out to Heather as it appeared she was working four stations all at same time. She ran back and forth between the cash register and other stations to serve customers. She greeted everyone warmly, smiled, and thanked us for coming as she handed out orders. I'm here at 3:15ish in the afternoon. All three trash receptacles are overflowing, there are straw wrappers and other things covering the soda area, half the tables have trash left in them and of the other half I found all of them in need of wiping down. I would not eat at any table I looked at. At the counter, everywhere I stepped my dress boots stuck to the floor. Even in the seating area my shoes stuck everywhere but not as bad. Back at the counter area ... the floor tiles look filthy, small black pockets of black stuff everywhere. I'm sure this place gets mopped but when was the last time the floor was scrubbed and buffed? - The tiles in the seating area are cleaner and you can tell the difference in the dirt buildup. Wish there was a NO STARS - did not eat here because, we and the couple in front of us, were ACCOSTED by the employee, who we found out was the manager even BEFORE we were able to order. We arrived on Saturday, March 30 approx. 4pm and while my friend and I were deciding what to eat, a lovely older couple came in and shared the coupons they had from the newspaper flyer The woman behind the counter (manager) immediately told the couple, who we let go in front of us, they could not share the coupons As she continued to adamantly scold the older couple for sharing when we interrupted and asked why we could not use coupons from a newspaper flyer. The response: "they are not transferrable"....WHAT - they are out of the newspaper - you don't have to be special to receive these? There are a total 6 people in the restaurant - one couple eating, one couple you are fussing at, and me & my friend. And, NO ONE in your drive thru line ...they are all wrapped around Chick-Fil-A (2 doors down), Burger King (next door) and Raising Cane's down the road. - and we know this because we passed them enroute to Arby's and commented on the long lines. One would think that your store manager would not only welcome the business but also treat the few customers you have with respect and kindness. When we asked her to explain, all she could do was continually point to the fine print, but could not explain what that meant - I doubt she knew. It makes no sense and is not the legal meaning on a coupon nor was it put on a the coupon in the spirit of having people not share coupons. Was she planting her stake in the ground on this because we were black? I have to wonder. So instead of providing good customer service, your business lost 4 of the 6 customers in/at the store on this day. Checked website before going to drive in. Website says closes at 11 pm. We arrived at 10:15 pm. The drive through ight was out. We sat there for a few minutes because the OPEN sign was lit in the restaurant. No one ever came to drive through. We drove to window and several people were standing around. No one cme to drive through window although several people looked at us. It was around 10:30 pm when we finally drove off. Maybe customer service has diminished because of Covid. Stopped by with the family on the way home from the airport, I was starving. I don't eat meat so I ordered a fish sandwich with cheddar cheese, and extra tarter along with a chocolate shake. I was immediately worried that it wouldn't be any good after picking it up to eat it. The sandwich wasn't even a little warm. The power of persuasion-All I could hear was that darn commercial talking about the new deep fried turkey sandwich, which lead me in the rain to the Arbys Drive-thru. I ordered just the Deep Fried Turkey Club sandwich without cheese, which came to $6.04. It took 8 minutes to get through the drive thru, which is unacceptable for a fast food establishment. But I was so "pressed" for this sandwich that I didn't care. I just turned up my radio and waited for the two cars in front of me to pull up. When I got my sandwich and made it home, I tore into it. It was delicious! The turkey was seasoned and tender. The bacon was crisp and flavorful, and it had the right amount of mayo. Arby's curly fries are a guilty pleasure. Why are they so darn good? I usually order a turkey wrap and ask for no cheese or mayo - they always get my picky order right. Service is quick and friendly. We went to Arbys in upper Marlboro on Saturday my husband got the Texas brisket sandwich. I didn't want anything because I don't eat Arby's, but when we go home and he open his sandwich it look really delicious. I took one bit and off i sent him back out to get me one. Made a late-evening snack run for my hubby ('cause I love him so much). I ordered two sandwiches and an order of potato cakes. The staff working there that evening was extremely pleasant. As I drove around the building after getting my order, I checked the bag and noticed that one of the sandwiches was missing. I then noticed the manager run out of the building to flag me down. I was surprised to see the low ratings on this Arby's...I've only been there a few times, but everything has always been great! I went just last week and though the prep was a little slow, the roast beef was sliced and sandwich was made while I waited. The fries were hot and the jamocha shake was perfect (and quite lovely!). As far as the facility, the landscaping is nice, the dining area was clean, but the speakers were playing a radio station which was staticky. That was annoying, but not enough to take a star away.
