I'm sorry, but if I wanted a veggie sandwich, I would've ordered one.. if you're gonna sell your sandwiches with meat in it, put some damn meat in it and less of the veggies. I received a poppy seed bagel toasted with cream cheese. As for the flavor of the food, I would describe it as an average bagel. A couple of us in our group said they had slightly upset stomachs after eating the bagels and cream cheese, I didn't have that issue as much. This parking lot used to be pretty dead, but now it seems a little more busier. I am so happy that this donut shop made it through the pandemic, and I love their moist yet outside crispy croissants!!! Wow this place must have new management bc they have the best service I've seen in the local area as per bagel sandwiches. They serve fresh donuts and bagel sandwiches and they even gave me a free donut to go! Check this place out. They also have Coffees and Bobas! Stopped by after shopping since we were craving some sweet treats. This donut shop is in the same plaza as the Grocery Outlet. Ended up getting some glazed donut holes. Since we came later in the day, they'd already been sitting out a bit, which I don't mind. Service was easy and quick. There weren't any other people inside at the time. Shop interior is simple with the baked goods counter center stage. The donut holes were okay. More oily tasting than I expected. I probably won't get them again. read more

First time here. Ordered 3 bacon,sausage, egg and cheese bagels The eggs are microwaved, the sausage microwaved, the bagels were at least run through a toaster. After paying, was given the option to tip, I decided not for whatever reason. After getting into eating, noticed no bacon although they charged me for it. I don't feel so bad for not tipping. We came here on a Sunday after 11am as Regal Bagel had a super long line. It was our first time here and at this time pickings were slim after the early am rush crowd. No long lines, but there was a steady flow. I do like the fact they offer a wide variety of items, not only bagels, but doughnuts, savory bagel and croissant sandwiches, and various coffees and boba drinks. We ordered the sausage, egg, bacon, and cheese and the egg, bacon , tomato, avocado Both were good- bagels are smaller and not as dense. Easy to eat, and still a little hungry afterwards. I have been coming to the bagel shop for the last 5 years. The first 4 years I would say this place was 5 stars. Before coming to yelp I did call the owner about quality issues, and I am very disappointed that the quality of my morning bagel has significantly decreased over the last year. They often burn my bagel and don't put cream cheese on the bagel all the way around. Please see attached picture. This has been happening every single time I've been going there for the past year. The place is usually packed. Donuts are good. If you want a better experience go down by lucky to the other bagel spot. Today is my second day in a row coming to this donut/bagel shop. I ordered a bagel yesterday that had the thinest layer of cream cheese I've ever seen on a bagel as you could see the entire bagel through the cream cheese. They did a very light skim coat yesterday so today wanting more cream cheese I asked for the same bagel with extra cream cheese. COVID19 UPDATE: I came by early Sunday morning and was disappointed when a woman walked in with no mask and a man was standing inside with no mask. There was at least 4 signs on the window to wear a mask, social distance, and only 4 people in the store at a time. I wanted to turn around but I decided to order what I came for. My order consisted of two plain bagels with cream cheese, 2 hot chocolates, 1 coffee, and a variety of donuts (including sugar my favorite). I decided to wait outside while my order was being made. Both of the staff were wearing masks. Bagel, donuts, and hot chocolate are still delicious. They pour the coffee and cream and give you packets of sugar. Unfortunately, since they aren't enforcing their own mask requirement I will not be returning in the near future. My observation of the entire shopping center is a ton of people walking around with no masks. Certain restaurants in that area have dine out options with clusters of people with no masks on. I'll be avoiding the entire area until further notice. read more

All Chocolate covered donuts at this shop taste like cleaning chemicals ever since the new owners took over. They will make you sick. They taste like ammonia. The first time this happened, we were shocked and didn't go back for months. But we returned against better judgment, and sure enough, the chocolate is still tainted with the ammonia taste. When I brought this to their attention, strangley enough, she acknowledged it by saying, "Oh, it's just the ingredients, we bought this shop, and that's the ingredients we got." As if that makes selling ammonia tasting donuts ok. Oh, and their muffins are literally just Costco muffins. Yes, they just resell Costco muffins individually and display them as if they made them. They always have a shorter line than the more popular Regal Bagel shop down the street, but I think they are just as good or even better.
