They scheduled a technician to arrive in May between 8am and 12pm. I stayed home the entire morning, but no one showed up. When I called Srvcor at 12:30, they told me the window had been changed to 12 to 4pm and that a different technician would come. No one notified me of this change, so I had to stay home and delay my errands. The technician finally arrived around 4:30pm. He did call around 3pm to say he was running late, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he looked at the machine, took pictures and tried it out for a couple of minutes. While talking, he mentioned that he was actually an appliance technician. The fitness technician who was supposed to come in the morning was servicing the Tahoe area instead. After only a few minutes of testing, he said that was the annual maintenance. Overall, the lack of communication, missed appointment window and sending an appliance technician for fitness equipment maintenance made this a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Next door is the specialty wine business. I was warmly greeted by the friendly staffer, who explained some of the bikes they had for sale. It's a little spartan inside, so don't expect a lavish interior. Nevertheless they have a good assortment of inexpensive ebikes for sale. Almost all of them are the motor in the hub design. Taye answered all my questions I had around e-bikes and specifically about the Aventon brand. He suggested that once I knew what I wanted I should purchase it online and that I could have it professionally installed at EBC. He was very knowledgeable and had great communication skills sharing it with us. For me the number of partnered sales/repair centers and quality components sets this brand above others for the price range ($2k) I'm looking to spend for my first e-bike. I ordered an Aventon Adventure 3 on August 8 and it was delivered to EBC today. Yes! I'm looking forward to taking this bike off road in Novato and also taking the Smart Train to the Larkspur ferry to do some concrete riding in the city. The games were durable and held up for the event. Even though we were stalled on booking our games (due to the Venue needed to help with the layout), Luiza was still openly optimistic about helping us and in the end we got all the games we wanted. We opted for Ring Toss, Giant Checkers and Clowning Around (Bean Bag Target type of game - see photo). Except for the Giant Checkers, the prices are fairly reasonable. Please note that someone else may think that the price was reasonable...it's all subjective. Here's What I Think.... They have a ton of games from which to choose. If you're in the market for arcade/carnival type games, please give them a try.
