The moment I arrived at the shoes a young man asked f I needed help. I told him I needed time to look. After a while I had selected a couple I wanted to try on. I could see no one to help me. I finally found the young man hiding between shoe racks in the back room. He got the shoes I asked for then disappeared again. When I was ready to try another pair I scanned the store for help. A young woman staring at her phone carefully avoided my area. Another was busy putting up sale signs. I raised my voice to ask for help and the original young man appeared and came over. He got me another pair and disappeared again. I truly felt like I was interrupting their day.

I needed to purchase scope mounts to mount my full size rifle scope to a Gamo pellet gun. The mounting grooves that these pellet rifles have, make it difficult to find mounts that are secure. I needed to take both my scope and my pellet rifle to the store to try their mounts. Carrying a rifle (even a pellet gun) in full California public view, is a recipe for confusion, pre-conceived 2nd ammendment bias, ignorant Karens, and scurrying people in parking lots! Even though I "broke" the barrel (now folded in half) and hung it over my arm, clearly visible to be in a non-operatable position, too many people are wholly ignorant of the California gun laws. I stood in the entrance of the store and calmly explained what I needed and why I was bringing my pellet gun into their store in this fashion. I assured the sales ladies that not only was it unloaded, but that when the barrel was in the bent, or 'broken' position this pellet gun was not able to fire at all. I didn't receive any excuses or personal bias. The manager came to the front, accessed the situation, and ok'd me to enter the store. While others may view this with "whats wrong with taking his pellet gun in the store" all gun owners, even BB and Pellet guns, know exactly what I expected to happen. However.... The staff was very helpful, even though we weren't able to find the mounts that I needed. I do appreciate their professionalism and the Manager's knowledge of gun laws in this predominantly Blue state.

They have a serious internal communication problem. Purchased 5/5/26. Appt was set for 5/9 9am to pick it up. Arrived to find they were still waiting for parts. Set another appt for 5/18. On 5/17 we asked our salesman if it was ready but were told they wouldn't be able to check until service dept opened the same time we were scheduled to pick it up, but he believed it would be ready. He texted us as we arrived that it was not ready. Made another appt for 5/26. Salesman told us 5/25 he had personally verified it was ready to go. On walkthrough we came up with 10 items still not finished (from the windshield not being replaced to the rig not having enough diesel for us to verify the generator was working). We had paid for the extra detailing and the rig was still dirty. So we've driven 450 miles, spent 8 hours on the road, $170+ on gas, and 7+ hours at Camping World and still don't have the RV we paid for. Oh, and the warrantee & Good Sam membership is ticking down because all that starts on the day you make the purchase. If they manage to make this right I will update this review. UPDATE: We were able to pick up the RV on the 4th try. The new mattress (standard on all RVs purchased from CW) was the wrong one. Salesman told us we needed to jerry-rig it ourselves to make it fit. We pushed back and were directed to the service desk. They instantly saw the problem and ordered the correct mattress (still waiting on it). The general manager offered us $200 max in compensation for the issues picking up the RV. 45 min later he said upper management said to make that $700. That feels like a good amount for the money & time we wasted so we accepted. Last issue: The flat tow package we had agreed on (to be installed on our car) was switched to a tow dolly without talking to us. It's huge, doesn't store vertically, and doesn't fit in our garage. We were shell-shocked and stupidly left with the item, so I doubt there is any chance they'll ever fix it.

They 3D scan your feet and have you walk across a force plate and the computer spits out a 3D model of your feet so you can see how your arches look and how aligned your ankles are. They also show you where the forces are distributed on the plantar surfaces (bottoms) of your feet. Overall prices are not cheap, but you can't put a price on your health. When I approached to counter the guy said it was $20 dollars more the exchange, I asked where that policy was written on the receipt? When I pitched the shoe initially the guy told me that I could come and exchange for the same price. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady approached us with an attitude and said that the exchange policy was somewhere online and left. Like I said it was busy I paid and left, I'm not a huge fan of the brand and the people working for it are definitely not helpful at all.
