Warning to Luxury Car Owners: Deceptive Practices, Fraudulent Billing, and Incompatible Parts If you care about the safety, integrity, and resale value of your vehicle, steer completely clear of FX. I took my Audi RSQ8 here for insurance repairs, and what followed was a masterclass in deception, stonewalling, and outright fraud. Here is exactly what this shop did: - Billing for "New" Parts, Installing Refurbished Junk: My official insurance estimate explicitly specified a brand-new, OEM headlight assembly priced at over $5,400. Upon pickup, the headlight they installed was cloudy, visibly scratched, and clearly buffed. When confronted with the physical defects, the manager flat-out admitted it was a refurbished part--despite billing insurance for a factory-new component. - Incompatible Part Procurement: They ran my high-performance RSQ8 through their system as a base-model "Q8 Premium". Because of this gross incompetence (or deliberate cost-cutting), they ordered and attempted to fit base-model bumper covers and moldings that are physically incompatible with an RS vehicle's flared fenders and cooling architecture. - Ghost-Charging for Unperformed Work: They billed insurance nearly $20K but could only provide evidence for a small fraction of that amount. No receipts for parts they billed thousands of dollars for. They claim to have performed multiple wheel alignments. Yet, the moment I took the vehicle directly to an authorized Audi dealership afterward, their diagnostic machines confirmed that every single parameter of the alignment was completely out of spec. The car was handed back to me in an entirely unsafe mechanical condition. The manager Kirk verbally promised to reimburse me for the alignment Audi had to fix, but has since ghosted me. - Zero Transparency: When I demanded to see the invoices and parts receipts to verify what was actually purchased for my vehicle, the manager flatly refused to provide them. They are hiding the paperwork because the paperwork or lack thereof proves the fraud. He even lawyered up when I pressed for this info that I am entitled to. I ended up filing a complaint with my insurance companies Fraud Dept but they also got stonewalled. Kirk will happily look you in the eye, promise you premium OEM repairs, and then slap refurbished, incorrect parts on a six-figure vehicle while pocketing the premium insurance payout. Absolutely unethical. You have been warned. read more

This company does outstanding work from the mechanical repairs, window tinting, auto body work and everything in between. Truly a full service collision center. I had the misfortune of getting sideswiped by a parked car and was full responsible for my car repairs and the other. When I showed up at FX Collision I was greeted by a staff who treated me with respect. I told them my story and they were quick to make recommendations to make my vehicle better than new which was my request. After seeing some of the exotic cars in their shop I knew I had selected the right place. I told Kirk, the manager, that I wanted my Honda Pilot to be unique and to "pop" like it never did. While doing an inspection of the mechanical parts he and his staff showed me some defective parts that would have been a problem for me had I not addressed them immediately. All parts were replaced with genuine Honda parts and all work was completed at a reasonable price. When the work was complete I couldn't believe my eyes. Their attention to detail is unmatched. I then brought the vehicle to the dealer for a non related safety recall and had the entire shop checking out the changes as they knew it wasn't your typical 2019 Honda Pilot Touring edition. If you are looking for average work there are many shops out there to choose from. If you want a top notch job at a reasonable price, done in a reasonable time, look no further than FX Collision Center. read more

I called them on a Tuesday and they got me in the following day. I dropped off my vehicle and was helped by Kirk. I was amazed by his wonderful customer service skills. He was professional and very friendly. You can tell he loves his job and helping clients. He answered all my questions and even offered to fix a dent on my rear bumper for a great price. Every time I visit this one of a kind shop, customer service is amazing. The work done to my cars is very professional. My girlfriend couldn't be happier on the job they did on her car. I also asked for info on things I wanted done to my car and Alvin came in telling me about all the options I have and now I have more ideas on what I'd like to do to my car. I came here because I busted the front end of my Mercury Sable 2003. They took pictures and assembled all of the parts that I would need to buy in order to get my car looking brand new again. The parts, prices, labor, and everything else was on a paper that was printed out and given to me. They gave me options of 3rd party parts, OEM, etc. Unfortunately the total for all the damage totaled the car for how old it was. However, the service I received from GM Kirk was nothing less than stellar. Kirk has made me a lifetime customer and I will be back if anything on my car needs work. He was able to help me fix my door that was bent up and making a lot of noise, as well as gave me advice on my next moves going forward. BEWARE!!! The worst experience ever These guys had my 2018 Maserati MC GT for a minor paint correction. A scratch 2 inches. Had my car for weeks and I got a call on a "Rainy Sunday Morning" saying It was totaled while driving on the highway. Unbelievable!!! Kirk the owner promised not to worry, that he would take care of me. We agreed on the compensation and he hasn't returned my calls in three weeks. Please be careful or just go somewhere else. Was recommended to bring my sports car here to repair the front bumper. Scraped it on a parking median. The dealership quoted me $8-9k and they repaired it for half the price! It looks brand new. They then went above and beyond and buffed out some minor scratches from rocks and gave the tires a quick overhaul.
