I came here because I busted the front end of my Mercury Sable 2003. They took pictures and assembled all of the parts that I would need to buy in order to get my car looking brand new again. The parts, prices, labor, and everything else was on a paper that was printed out and given to me. They gave me options of 3rd party parts, OEM, etc. Unfortunately the total for all the damage totaled the car for how old it was. However, the service I received from GM Kirk was nothing less than stellar. Kirk has made me a lifetime customer and I will be back if anything on my car needs work. He was able to help me fix my door that was bent up and making a lot of noise, as well as gave me advice on my next moves going forward. BEWARE!!! The worst experience ever These guys had my 2018 Maserati MC GT for a minor paint correction. A scratch 2 inches. Had my car for weeks and I got a call on a "Rainy Sunday Morning" saying It was totaled while driving on the highway. Unbelievable!!! Kirk the owner promised not to worry, that he would take care of me. We agreed on the compensation and he hasn't returned my calls in three weeks. Please be careful or just go somewhere else. FX fixed my truck below the estimated price and the work was done on time and looked wonderful.

Was recommended to bring my sports car here to repair the front bumper. Scraped it on a parking median. The dealership quoted me $8-9k and they repaired it for half the price! It looks brand new. They then went above and beyond and buffed out some minor scratches from rocks and gave the tires a quick overhaul. Can't give enough praise to Kirk and his team here. I brought my car in with some pretty major scratches on the rear bumper and a pretty nasty scratch/dent on one of the rear doors. Despite having purchased the wrong Groupon (read the fine print!), Kirk worked out a quote for me that took care of everything I needed addressed. Kirk was very honest with what was needed to be done with my Toyota Highlander and gave us a good deal (dealer's pricing) as well. The repair job was completed on time and very satisfactory. Kirk and his staff have provided me the best customer experience I've had in the automotive world to date. There are no other shops in the area that can provide the level of skill and professionalism that they do. I own a Mercedes E550 on which I needed a rear diffuser installed to accommodate a custom AMG exhaust set up. Mercedes dealerships themselves would not accept the challenge and I searched far and wide for a shop that could tackle the job. After visiting and calling a half dozen local shops I decided to have a shop with outstanding online reviews do the work (install a Brabus front lip and carbon fiber Euroteck diffuser) and the final outcome (after two weeks) was such a disaster that the shop owner gave the car back to me at no charge with ill fitment and crappy paint work. My car looked a mess. For 8 months I lived with the fact that it was as good as it would get but kept searching. I found FX online, visited their shop on a whim, was greeted by an incredible staff which was professional and courteous (not to mention "a-hem" beautiful) and was introduced to Kirk. Kirk saw the shape my car was in, and less than 10 minutes later I was out of the door with an appointment and quote that was so reasonable (much less than the original shop) it made me less than confident things would turn out much different than before. That was 4 days ago. Today I dropped my car off 45 minutes late after calling in to apologize and ask if the appointment was still good (overslept). Not only did FX honor the appointment but less than 4 hours later (on a freaking Saturday) I got a call saying my car was ready but Kirk wanted to talk to me. Oh here we go...I just knew they couldn't do it I thought. Lo and behold - I show up, and I don't even recognize my car. What was once a pollen covered car with a crappy fitting diffuser became a dream of a vehicle, spotless from top to bottom, down to the tire dressing (yes, even my tires were shining). I hardly recognized my own car! Kirk comes out to tell me that my diffuser was a beast of a job with carelessly applied gunks of epoxy that had to be removed by hand, broken tabs, and screws that needed to be replaced. The original work was way worse than I thought. FX removed my entire rear bumper and did the work completely from the beginning. Not only did they correct the mess the original shop made but they installed the diffuser to specifications Mercedes themselves wouldn't or couldn't reach. There is a reason dealerships send cars worth $80k plus to these guys! They treated my car like it was a Maybach. Oh and what Kirk had to tell me was the diffuser only needed a polish and not repainting which I had offered to pay for in addition to the installation - which they did - at no additional charge! This is carbon fiber...painted black, which they polished, by hand, at no charge! Please pardon the long review but for any potential customers - please know - there is no place other than FX that will ever touch my car from now on. I made another appointment on the spot to have my calipers painted. These guys make the impossible look easy, with grace, courtesy, professionalism, and above all -honesty! Kirk actually showed me the cost on the computer for my repairs and didn't charge one dime more than the system showed! FX provides such a high level of value that even dealerships go here...and they treated me as if I was no different than a dealership myself. Do yourself a favor...if you have a car in need of any type of repair, bring it here and you won't be disappointed! I drove away wondering what I did to have such a great experience. FX is such a great shop I almost hate to write this review because my petty side wants my car to be the only one looking this good. On second thought, yeah...don't take your car here...ignore this review...these guys are horrible. Yeah...just terrible :) Yes it's petty. Don't judge me LOL. Oh and they have Groupon specials too. After all that, they have the nerve to run Groupon specials? Who does that?!?! You guys are the absolute best! I can't thank you enough! I've been out to my car 8 times today just to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Matter of fact, let me go admire you guys work one more time :) read more
