Came in for a screen protector & was pretty happy. I noticed a small mistake in the protector so I came back the next day (within 24 hour policy) and had a new screen put on. 2nd protector was done by Vlad. We are in process of moving to Arizona and we needed a new Tv and everything that goes with a new Tv. My kids told me about Best Buys new policy - they will match prices. So I did my research online, so I would know which tv I wanted to purchase and then I went into Best Buy in Gilbert. I told Tim (the one who works in electronics) what I wanted and he was happy to match the prices that I had found online. He didn't make me feel like I was a royal pain. He also helped me find all of the components that I needed to complete my tv setup. I will be going back to Best Buy not only because they match prices but, Tim was so easy to work with. read more

Will never buy from here again! Just a word of advise to everyone. Be careful with your purchase here. We went into store to purchase a TV that we researched online and knew we wanted. The employees at the store asked if they could help and we said yes, explaining what TV we wanted and asking how we could go about this. We assumed it would take no longer than 15-30 minutes since all research was done at home. Wrong... The first response we got was "I don't know, with an eye roll".... Well we finally asked them if we could find someone who did know and they took us to a register. There it took 4 employees none of whom ever made eye contact or cared at all that we were there to finally get anywhere. It took over 3 hours before we finally got a receipt, a delivery date, and where leaving the store. It was the worst experience I have ever had and felt like we took up their night trying to buy something. Keep in mind it only took 3 hours because they didn't know how to purchase a tv for us that wasn't in store currently and they said their computers "wouldn't work". So we get home and we get all our confirmation emails and are very excited. We were told to answer the call the next day anytime from 6am-9pm so they can schedule delivery. So we wait. We sat at home and waited for the phone to ring. Nothing.... At 8:30pm I call the number and tell them we are waiting for a call for delivery time tomorrow and even though it is still before the time can we do anything. I give them my name, phone number, purchase number, everything and they transfer me 3 times. Finally someone says to me "we have no record of this purchase and it will not be delivered. You did not buy a tv"... Well the thousands of dollars on our card say otherwise. Customer service says that they can not help and to contact the store. So we call the store and they tell us "oops sorry it didn't get processed correctly". So now we have cleared days of our weekend waiting for calls and a TV that will not come. We are out the money and nobody knows what to do. They only advise they have is to call back tomorrow and "see" if they can do anything to help. This is a holiday weekend, we had plans for children sleepovers, movie nights, etc.... We could have gone to Costco and purchased one out right to take home. Instead we trusted best buy and now appear to be out thousands of dollars with a receipt and nothing to show for it. I have never seen a bunch of employees who could care less about their customers in my life! Ironically, this happened to my friend and now it has happened to us so obviously it is a very common problem. Be very cautious and I would not ever tell anyone to buy from best buy unless you take home with you that moment! read more

Visited this Best Buy today for ink and to look at audio head phones. The music sent through the head phones was loud and gangster. Not a sale here on that one, I want to hear real music. Lots of employees standing around talking to each other not much in the way of customer service. This company is leaving me flat these days when I come to their store. They want to be a bigger online presence then a brick and mortar store, and the inventory they carry shows it. They are starting to look like the old Circuit City chain. read more

We shop at this store often. I had a really poor experience with Best Buy many years ago and swore I wouldn't shop there again. At my wife's request I gave them another try and have not been disappointed. I always receive good service at this location but in a recent visit, one employee really went over and beyond. I approached the Geek Squad section of Best Buy to ask some questions about alternate home networking options. We had the great pleasure of meeting Dwight and he really was super friendly and helpful. Although we are not a paid Geek Squad customer, he took the time to speak with us, answer all our questions and even escorted us over to where all the home networking hardware is to provide us with some recommendations. He joked around with my son and made the overall experience very pleasant. Thanks again Dwight, we really appreciate you taking the time to assist us and my son is thoroughly enjoying his new computer on our new network!!! read more

Best buy: the future circuit city. And I'm not happy about that but they're choosing to sink their own ship via selling out to sponsored products that suck (don't get me started on their home security bit). My 4th time visiting them in a decade and every time had to go somewhere else. This time is because they won't sell any of the 10 other memory card companies except for SanDisk, which is far from the best. Who's buying these high end products and putting poor memory cards in? The same people who buy a cell phone case at their mobile phone store (paying way to much). Last time Mavic Air battery, which they can't even get any thing in from dji for it. And the cherry topper? Refused bathroom access on Nintendo switch release night after waiting in line for many hours, ever hear of a bladder infection? Not sure if it's even legal to refuse it but really shows how much they care there at San tans wonderful circuit city, I mean best buy. read more

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a best buy. I went in with the intention of buying a new TV. Had researched online and went in to the store to see the one I wanted in person before buying it. After looking at the TV, I went up to an associate to have them get the TV for me. The two associates near the entertainment section proceeded to belittle me and attempt to make it seem as if I did not know anything and that I was stupid for purchasing this smart TV. They then lied about the specs of the TV stating that it was only a 60Hz TV and tried to get me to purchase a TV twice the price of the one I was getting. They lied about the specs because they assumed I knew nothing and were trying to take advantage of me for a larger sale. I decided to leave the store and went to purchase my TV at another location. I will not be shopping at this location any longer as this is how their employees treat their customers. read more

This store is really hard to spend money in, no matter how hard I try. It is almost as if they prefer you to shop elsewhere. I went here this afternoon, cash in pocket to buy a Samsung tablet. I looked online, they had it at the store. So, I drove over, played with the tablet and waited for a salesperson...and waited some more. Its Monday at 300PM, they werent busy. Finally, I went and looked for somebody. Found two salespeople visiting about Fantasy Football. I hated to intrude, but I asked one about buying the Samsung S2. He went to get me one...he was gone 15 minutes, it may have been longer. But, I know it was 15 as I took a call and it was a 15 minute call. Needless to say, they didnt have the tablet. He offered to call around, said I could pay him and pick it up at another store. Heck no. It took him at least 15 minutes to check his store, I cant imagine how long this step would take. Just real aggravating and time consuming here. Bad customer experience start to finish. I am done with these guys. read more

I bought a lap top from the location by the Chandler mall and had awesome service. Not at all the experience that I had with the "geek squad" at the San Tan Village location. I called ahead and made a reservation to have them look at my lap top (I couldn't get my ipad to sinc with my iTunes). There were a few customers being helped so I waited in line. Neither of the employees acknowledged my presence in line. When it was finally my turn I tried to show the employee what I was seeing when I tried to sinc my ipod. He took about 2 seconds and told me that there was something wrong with my ipod or my cord. I tried to explain to him what I was seeing at home. He cut me off and repeated himself and told me that I needed to go to the Apple store to have them look at it then walked away. It was a waste of time. I have never had a good experience with the geek squad. Sadly, this is the treatment that I have come to expect from the geek squad. read more

My husband and I went to Best Buy to purchase a new computer along with the accessories. We had had our old computer keylogged which was the reason for the purchase. Because of our information being stolen, we also had new bank cards and a new bank account. The bank had put a $1,000/day limit on our new account because of the fraud perpetrated upon us.. We wanted a new Vaio computer but Sony had stopped making computers so we asked the advice of the sales persons helping us at Best Buy. We ended up buying an ASUS computer and it is just awful. So, I'm sure the sales persons laughed all the way home that day. Then to top it all off, because of the $1,000/day limit on our bank cards, my husband and I had to both use our cards to divide the expense of the new computer and accessories in half so the bank would approve our purchase. Our first use of our new bank cards and the only place we used both cards was to buy the awful ASUS computer at Best Buy. Four days later, someone at Best Buy had cloned our new bank cards and someone was using them in Tucson. I immediately cancelled the new bank cards and filed a police report and called and talked to one of the assistant managers at the Gilbert Best Buy store where we shopped, and he said he would do nothing until the police contacted him. I don't know what happened but I agreed to testify if someone was arrested and I've never been contacted by the police to go to court. I can only assume the crook(s) still work at this location since nobody went to jail. I got my money back from the bank but somebody is still a thief. So, my advice to shoppers is to pay cash if you decide to frequent the Best Buy at this location. read more
