I am giving this store 5 stars all because of the awesome representative at the phone department. I went to Best Buy to get a new Pixel phone. The representative was busy with another customer, but acknowledged me and told me she will get with me in a couple minutes. Once she was ready, I told her I was looking for the Pixel 10 pro XL. She checked her computer on the availability, grabbed a key, went to the inventory, and showed me the phone. Since I knew what I was looking for, she didn't have to advertise the phone to me. I told her this is exactly what I wanted, and I was ready to buy. I did need a thick protective case and screen protector. She immediately got the OtterBox case, but told me that they were out of screen protectors. I told her the OtterBox was perfect and she got the phone and the case for me, checked me out quickly, and we finished about 20 minutes later. I am sorry I forgot her name, but our representative was so prompt, friendly, and helpful. Plus, I was about to get the phone for 250 off and the OtterBox on sale too! Because of her and the great deals, it's a 5 for me! The rest of the store looks like your typical Best Buy, with the security staff at the entrance for loss prevention. This is your standard Best Buy. It's never too busy, but that's probably because this location is so difficult to get to. The traffic and the whole way to get in here can be tricky and of course it's always busy on the mall roads. The store itself is fine. They have enough staff so if you need someone they have someone, but if you don't wanna be bothered, they won't bother you. read more

I visited this particular location a few weeks ago. I went into purchase some ink cartridges for my HP printer. It took quite some time to find the location. The lady at the front just pointed a finger in the direction. Customer service is non-existent. I purchased a gas range. There were some problems with the installation. I found out quite quickly that you can talk to no one in the Best Buy store by phone. Managers don't take calls from customers. The only thing you can talk to is an AI representative, and in the middle of trying to find a real representative you're told you're going to be sent an application for employment and if you say you don't want it the call is disconnected! Nothing resolved no human contact just disconnected. They say that they price match Lowe's. however. when I finally after an hour got through to the price matching department I was told theydo not price match the installation charge. There was a difference of $180 between the installation charge from Lowe's and the installation charge from Best Buy. When the range finally arrived, the installation expert could not install it because he didn't have the appropriate kit with him. He said he would bring it back tomorrow and put it in. Not a problem. So I accepted the range under the stipulation that it would be completely installed the next day. Come to find out that the delivery company that Best Buy uses decided they weren't going to do that even though everyone saw that my address was on the delivery schedule and the and the notes to the dispatch company said it was promised to be fixed the next day. Too bad! Their response was they're just not doing it and theif first available date is four days later. So now I am without a stove for four days not due to any problem I created, not because they didn't have the part, but because the delivery company decided they just didn't have the time to do it. My daughter actually went to the store so she could talk to a manager, that's the only way that I got in touch with a live person From the store. But it really doesn't matter because they do not know how to manage their vendors and their response was there's nothing we can do. Never will I step foot in a Best Buy again and this is a warning to be very, very cautious if you purchase anything from Best Buy. Customers are not their priority. read more

Went window shopping with a friend here yesterday. While we didn't buy anything (yet), I was seriously impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of a few of the salespeople on the floor. So, I'd like to give a special shout out to Emerald, who introduced us to the Meta VR headsets. I'll very likely buy one in the future, thanks in large part to her presentation skills. I'd also like to give another shout out to two guys named Dominic and Ruben, who were indispensable founts of knowledge answering the multiple questions I had about Windows gaming PCs and OLED monitors. I bought a 65" Sony TV with installation from them. I was appreciative of the guidance the salesman gave me. He was correct in every way. The Geek Squad did a great installation, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything completely. It was a little more expensive than I had budgeted but it was worth it. While we were out, we stopped at this location to get my kids partners phone screen protector replaced as it had been broken. When we arrived, they went over to the geek squad counter and got in line. It took a total of about 20 minutes for them to get the screen protector replaced, which really wasn't too bad. during this time I went to look around the store a bit. It was pretty much like every other Best Buy I've ever been in. I was hopeful going into the gaming section, but they have severely cut back on their inventory and I couldn't find any games in the store that were interest to me. I really miss when they had the movie departments, but I understand why they got rid of them. read more

Our internet has been terrible the last week and working from home, I needed to get this fixed ASAP! After going back and forth between Spectrum and Netgear, we stopped by Best Buy to grab a new router. We talked to Joey and he gave us lots of advice and helpful suggestions. Due to the lack of support from Netgear, we went with Joey's recommendation of an eero router and due to Spectrum's lack of support, we went with Joey's other recommendation of an ARRIS modem! (Our internet speed has been 3 mbps the last week when our plan with Spectrum is supposed to be a gigabyte.) We were skeptical, but willing to try it. After hooking up everything, our internet is SO FAST!!!! Joey's advice, knowledge, and passion to help saved the day! After connecting all of our devices, our internet is over a gigabyte fast on our internet's speed test! Can't speak highly enough of Joey, the geek squad, this Best Buy, eero, and ARRIS. You can always tell when a chain is going under... Best Buy is no different. Customer service is mostly staff who don't know anything about the products they are selling. They will most likely recommend the wrong product if you don't know what you want. Do not go here expecting help. 80% of the staff are poorly trained. This is a very nice Best Buy, it's hard to see from the street, it's behind Duffys Sports Bar. This Best Buy has a very large camera selection. That is a big draw in my mind! The television selection seemed smaller than the Best Buy in Winter Garden but I could be wrong...it may be that it is displayed with less wasted space. The salespeople were very nice, mature, friendly and very willing to help. All in all I'd say it is worth the drive to go here. read more

We had been long term Best Buy fans, and we buy appliances /electronics for several properties nationwide, the last three weeks' experience with the simple delivery/installation of a washing machine to a Florida location tells me one of their key value added for many of us customers - their installation services and their customer support are in disarray and maybe unable to keep up with the rise in demand - but that is not an excuse for Best Buy's senior executives to turn their head and let he long term value of the brand be eliminated for their shareholders while the stock price continues to rise in the short term. I shared our experience with their EVP / Chief Customer Service executive (Alison)  with the hope they can use our "late night talk-show worthy nightmare of an experience to identify where the problem areas lie and fix these asap.  While someone from her office followed up soon after that, it is now over 3 weeks we purchased online what we thought was a simple buy, deliver and install. In brief: 1. Installation folks, after having notes on the problem with the first installation in the order write-up, had 2 failed installation attempts and when asked if they read the notes prior to getting here were told: "Oh no, we read the notes on site".  We are still waiting for the 3 calls promised by their customer support team  ust on these. 2. After the 2nd failed installation, one of the installers suggest we scrap the washer we bought and buy one that comes together with washer and drier at 2x the price of our initial purchase, but in the interest of time - which we now had run out of - we went ahead and canceled original order and purchase the LG laundry tower that came together with all their suggested hoses, installation parts. 3. Last night's 3rd Failed Instalaltion - After getting to the home at 6pm (window we had to be there for was 12 - 6pm, and then changed to 2-6pm), the installer now tell us that they cannot install because we need longer hoses, and leave the unit, and mark "installation complete" in their report to headquarters - even after I talked to one of their customer supervisors, Phil, who assured me that he would get this situation resolved and would get his supervisor involved. Promised another call that has never come, and We have a Best Buy product that we were told to buy at 2x the original product we bought, and now sits without an installation that we paid for, and zero calls from local customer support or headquarters customer support folks. And after just reading the many other reviews here and the other sites, how can Wall Street Analysts have a strong buy on NYSE: BBY if the customers on the ground are telling them the real story here? Made an appointment to address a computer issue. The tech (geek) who assisted us couldn't have been nicer. Well informed, efficient & nice.

We were in the market for a new camera, and found the one we wanted at this location. Online order, and the next morning we went to pick it up after being informed it was ready. This particular location works really well with the curbside pickup. They have their own parking lot, and it just allows for a much better flow compared to the Best Buy in Winter Garden Village (luck of the draw on that one). You pull into the parking lot and they have cones set up directing you around the outside. A customer service employee takes information and sends you to the next area. This is based on needing to purchase from the store or having an online order to pickup. We were quickly greeted by another employee who took our last name and the 4 digit code for our order. It took awhile, maybe 5-10 minutes to get to this point. Once she located the items, she quickly returned and put them in our car. With a quick check of our license, we were in our way again. I really do like their online ordering and pickup system. read more

Today my husband and I went with our appropriate measurements and our mind to look for and possibly purchase a TV. We were looking for 85 inches and needed Samsung. Needless to say, we looked around at all the TVs. Measured distance of viewing and stayed in the TV department for sometime. I am giving this Best Buy a 2 star as we ended up leaving and never talked to anyone about the TV. Despite us being there for sometime and actively looking, not one associate asked if they could help us or if we had questions. Other people, that were younger, came in and out and associates asked if they could help. Mostly they were looking at sound-bars and sound-systems. Very disappointed in service. I can't speak to value as no one offered to help. I would recommend the leadership team provide some customer service education and make sure associates don't only target certain groups to help. I know there are other Best Buys around so I will go to another one to see what type of service they offer. Disappointed. Not because the item wasn't in stock when the website said it was. Not because I was charged for a new product and received a returned product which was missing some stuff. But because of the general apathy of the employees. I asked three employees for help and was ignored. When I asked the cashier to check that everything was in the box she ignored me, the second time I asked she said it was unopened and I would be charged for a new item. The box was clearly opened and items were missing. The girl at customer service was very nice and helped me get my money back, but other than that this place definitely needs a new manager or hiring manager, so that an acceptable standard of customer care is met. read more

This Best Buy sucks. It's never that busy and finding assistance is like pulling teeth. Even signing in and joining the queue doesn't help, you'll be standing around waiting for help for a long time. There is a bit of construction around their parking lot, but was no big deal navigating, & there is still plenty of space in their lot. It was odd to see the store front boarded up, assumably from the riots a couple months back. But we went in to a friendly greeting and direction for taking care of our return. The store is, as usual, clean and spacious. The customer service area was taking care of customers, and no one waiting in front of us, so we had about a 30-second wait until we were greeted & asked to step over. We stated our need, & were quickly taken care of by a friendly & professional associate. We looked around a bit afterwards & were approached asking if we needed assistance. All associates wore masks, & hand sanitizer was readily available throughout the store. My least favorite thing about this location, is it's location - it's generally pretty busy around the mall. Either way, it is the closest location for us, so we will continue to shop here when online shipping isn't practical. read more

Whether you really need to buy some electronic or just wanna browse around, this is a nice Best Buy. There is plenty of stuff, from computers to dishwashers. Its right next to the Mall at Millenia, so its a quick stretch if you are in the neighborhood. It does have the downside of any Best Buy store, it is not really easy to find an employee if you need help, and, no matter how busy the store is, there is rarely more than one cashier open. Went in with my brother to buy some pokemon cards for his son. Learned that they were on discount, so I decided to get some for myself. My brother bought his haul, but when I went to buy mine, some fat, balding, ginger at the front counter refused to sell to me. He said that "Best Buy didn't sell to resellers". Interesting, because I told him quite clearly that they were for me. He told me that he wasn't selling to me, so I told him it was fine, and Best Buy would never get another dollar from me. If he's upset that customers are buying product and he won't be able to scoop them up with his employee discount after his shift, well that's his damn problem. I went to this Best Buy with a specific object in mind. Finding a store employee, he directed me to the area and took the time to answer my questions, just as I expected. When the staff saw a small line forming to checkout, they opened another register and got us moving quickly. I have no negatives about the store to mention, but was surprised at the front entrance being boarded up. The cashier informed me that it was that way from the riots, when all the windows were broken out. When asked if anything was taken, or if the rioters made it in, she said no, there were heavy metal doors that blocked the entrance. Still, it left the impression that the store was either in the path of destruction or that the danger still looms large enough that they haven't wanted to fix it. read more

My carrier set back delivery for a month, so I called the Best Buy Mellenia Mall and they were quick to help me get exactly what I needed, without the 30 day wait. The iPhone tech was on point and transferred all of my old phone info to my new phone in a very fast amount of time. I think I was there less than 30 minutes max. Nice clean store. I stopped in to check and see if they may have some toner I needed and was disappointed at the lack of selection at this particular location. Especially since it's from a brand of printer they carry. I normally shop at another location that is larger but considering the location of this store you would think they might carry more product. However I won't count them out completely. I gave visited here before and other successful shopping trips for other electronic items. Sadly I was never approached by any associates despite the fact that I circled the printers several times hoping to find what I needed looking disheartened. The one nice thing happened on my exit. As much as I did love buying from Best Buy in millenia, it has become a nightmare in the last few orders. We have to the visit the store extensively to receive items that weren't put back in the bag, it's a hassle to return to the store and to receive items I didn't receive previously. all items were placed on counter where they take the alarms off, but one of the items weren't placed in bag. I was treated like crap, for mentioning I didn't receive a item. We've Order items in store but aren't available, so we have them delivered, but the packages always end up being opened, broken, or soaked. Which leads me to having to call customer services, but customer services proceeds to tell me go to the store to speak with them in person at customer services in store. But they have no idea what they're doing, making me waste my time, gas mileage, and money . This leaves you frustrated because they don't pay attention. the lack of not listening before acting is ridiculous. It's insane how the managers have no accountability at all, they tell the employees what to do and the same employees are clueless to start with. the employees seriously don't have any idea what do in the first place. It's irritating having to go to the store and waste hours. It's not an over exaggeration i've spent hours, trying to get something so simple completed. Bad attitude at customer service... went to return an acer computer we won at our trade show last week without a receipt to get a store credit and the lady refused to honor the price which I can understand but then she refused to credit the sales tax on top of offering the lowest price. Regardless of having the receipt or not, sales tax was paid on the product and it's against the IRS code to confiscate the sales tax from a consumer because if I have to go buy the product with store credit, I will be charged the sales tax no matter what I buy and the product I am returning, Best Buy will sell it again and charge the new consumer sales tax on this product again, that's double dipping and it's unethical business practice. I think this Best Buy near millenia mall has employed some very unethical people and she took the store credit refund card and gave me the product without doing a proper cancellation of sale, my feeling is she will just keep the store credit for her personal use from how shady she seemed !! read more
