    This is a very nice Best Buy, it's hard to see from the street, it's behind Duffys Sports Bar. This Best Buy has a very large camera selection. That is a big draw in my mind! The television selection seemed smaller than the Best Buy in Winter Garden but I could be wrong...it may be that it is displayed with less wasted space. The salespeople were very nice, mature, friendly and very willing to help. All in all I'd say it is worth the drive to go here.

    I received excellent service at this Best Buy. The store was clean and organized and the employees were friendly. I generated a pick up order that was available within the hour. Parking was a breeze and there was only one customer in front of me when I entered the store. I had my purchase in hand within a few short minutes and was completely satisfied with the process. I will definitely shop here again.

    "NYSE: BBY - Investors Relations - Are any of the Wall Street Financial Analyst recommending this stock reading the thousands of the recent Best Buy negative reviews here and other credible rating sites? We had been long term Best Buy fans, and we buy appliances /electronics for several properties nationwide, the last three weeks' experience with the simple delivery/installation of a washing machine to a Florida location tells me one of their key value added for many of us customers - their installation services and their customer support are in disarray and maybe unable to keep up with the rise in demand - but that is not an excuse for Best Buy's senior executives to turn their head and let he long term value of the brand be eliminated for their shareholders while the stock price continues to rise in the short term. I shared our experience with their EVP / Chief Customer Service executive (Alison)  with the hope they can use our "late night talk-show worthy nightmare of an experience to identify where the problem areas lie and fix these asap.  While someone from her office followed up soon after that, it is now over 3 weeks we purchased online what we thought was a simple buy, deliver and install. In brief: 1. Installation folks, after having notes on the problem with the first installation in the order write-up, had 2 failed installation attempts and when asked if they read the notes prior to getting here were told: "Oh no, we read the notes on site".  We are still waiting for the 3 calls promised by their customer support team  ust on these. 2. After the 2nd failed installation, one of the installers suggest we scrap the washer we bought and buy one that comes together with washer and drier at 2x the price of our initial purchase, but in the interest of time - which we now had run out of - we went ahead and canceled original order and purchase the LG laundry tower that came together with all their suggested hoses, installation parts. 3. Last night's 3rd Failed Instalaltion - After getting to the home at 6pm (window we had to be there for was 12 - 6pm, and then changed to 2-6pm), the installer now tell us that they cannot install because we need longer hoses, and leave the unit, and mark "installation complete" in their report to headquarters - even after I talked to one of their customer supervisors, Phil, who assured me that he would get this situation resolved and would get his supervisor involved. Promised another call that has never come, and We have a Best Buy product that we were told to buy at 2x the original product we bought, and now sits without an installation that we paid for, and zero calls from local customer support or headquarters customer support folks. And after just reading the many other reviews here and the other sites, how can Wall Street Analysts have a strong buy on NYSE: BBY if the customers on the ground are telling them the real story here? "Live Chat Support" is "Keep Passing the Buck Chat Support" -Attached you will also find copies of a Live Chat Support Group that seems to be dealing with the increased number of complaints on installations by forwarding customers to the next agent and then to the next agent and then to the next agent - Below are 5 screenshots of some of the over 5 times we encountered this. NOTE: Please be aware of some of the very positive reviews that seem to reappear / repeated at several of the stores by "local guides"

And, of course, it occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that the company handling my warranty would not be available for at least a few days, I searched out to companies that were available 24/7. Orlando Appliance Repair was one of those companies. Upon calling, the customer service rep put me in touch with their field-rep, Igor. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost. If a company can be this prompt and respective to new clients calling on a Sunday afternoon that they would end up not be getting business from that day, I can only believe that their actual work would be first-rate and I would not hesitate to connect with Orlando Appliance Repair for any related needs in the future.

He explained the problem and ordered a part. He scheduled an appointment to return the next day to complete the service call. The next day, he showed up on time and completed the repair. It's been a few days and the problem is fixed. I am not sure if the fee was reasonable. It's the first time I've had to repair an appliance in over 10 yrs. I am very satisfied with the results and the ease of the process.

I paid for a washer and dryer online and was quoted a monthly price, but I was still asked to come in and fill out more paperwork. When I got there the price they gave me was $20 more than what was quoted online and I still had to pay an extra fee for the next week. I just went with it. When they delivered my stuff they failed to bring a certain part that I needed for the dryer, I called every other day to get them to bring it but it took them almost three weeks. They are always adding on hidden fees, there is no online system in place to let you know exactly how much you need to pay and when, they just call you a day or two after your "due date" and tell you that you have a late fee, even though they failed to call on the day of. And every time they called, they tried to rope me into paying for the entire month, versus one or two weeks, telling me that I'm down to pay monthly. I never agreed to that. They are unprofessional and all over the place. The last good review on here was for five months ago, I'm guessing they have new staff who don't know what they're doing. I forgot to mention that when they come to my house they knock on the door like the police, I told them that I have babies in the house the first time they did that. I write reviews of every place I do business with or visit, this will go everywhere if it will save multiple people from the headache and force a business to do better.

Since it has been less than a year we contacted an office send in pictures and this was their reply-from Mary Patton-We submitted the warranty claim; unfortunately, we cannot replace the countertop because the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect. The Countertop has a LIMITED lifetime warranty covering original workmanship defects. You have a one year warranty covering original workmanship defects in topside and edge band surfaces. As with ANY stone/granite surface, chips and cracking may occur. If you are interested, we can sell you a replacement countertop at a reduced price. The fact that there are two similar cracks at corners suggests a stress or fabrication issue rather than a single accidental impact. Yet they can't help me. Don't waste your money as they are not cheap! Still waiting on them to reply to my last email.
