SCAMMERS & THEIVES They approved a payment plan without paperwork, 1/2 now & 1/2 in2 weeks. Two days after purchase they stole it back & erased all evidence of the transaction. When I reported it stolen to the shop, the shop owner, "Only First Name, David" only asked for their remaining payment, regardless that it was stolen & they still held the title. Camera surveillance in my complex didn't see anyone walk out with the scooter, it must have been in a truck. I reported to the police & They said they could do nothing without the title. But after I told the scooter people about contacting the cops, they stopped calling. Called this guy up and asked him If he had a CDI and an ignition coil for a 150cc taotao. he told he had a "regular one" and a "high performance" one. I asked him what the RPM difference was between the 2 and he replied "The high performance has better RPMs" (I hadn't realized there were good and bad RPMs) Well, I new better but didn't want to wait another week to have the parts delivered so I headed out. When I get there the owner rudely greats me "What do you want?" I tell him I was there for the CDI and coil. he pulls out his "high performance" model and I tell him I think I'll just go with the standard. The HP model was twice the price. he tells me I should get this one, its better. I said no Ill just get the other, he tells me he only the hi performance. I again ask him the specs again he cant answer. So I said what about those pointing to a box of standard CDIs "what oh those are sold" I said fine. and how much? he had now tacked on another $10 to the price he quoted me on the phone. As he wrote out my receipt I told him a friend of mine had a TaoTao... and before I could finish my sentence he started telling me what crap those scoots were and that he wouldn't pay $1 for one. (does he know he features them on his web site?) I finish my sentence and explained that I owned the same scoot and was looking for a carbon fiber faring for it. After explaining to him what a faring was he said he could order it for me to which I replied "So can I, have a nice day" Now as some of you might have guessed the first thing I did was clock the new $60 "high performance" CDI. It clocked 500rpms lower than the stock one that came on the scoot. Since the receipt simply said "Parts ................$72.00" I wont bother myself with looking at this guy again so I just to Ebay and ordered a real HP CDI $8 including shipping. I'll keep my new $60 one as a spare. So if anyone wants to know how not to treat a new customer go pay this guy a visit. Between me and my buddies and our children we spend thousands every week on scooter parts. This is our hobby. I'm a Graphic Designer by trade, maybe it was the dress shirt and slacks that through him off but I've been building scoots and dirt bikes for 40 years I know what I'm talking about! Went to see if I could get financed for a scooter, becasue I need to be mobile. I opened the street front door & the guy says "I'm in a meeting!" Not hold I'll be right with you. Why have a street front door, if you don't want anyone walking in?? Makes no sense. Then when he finally gets up off his ass to come to talk to me, he acts like t was a pain in the ass to come talk to me. I will never go to this place again. On june i bought a scooter with them , price is too high even i show him an amazon price ( yes amazon sell a scooter too ) but this guy told me that he already build the scooter ( with rudeless attitude ) and with amazon i need to build it my self ( really ?!? ) anyway i buy the scooter and HE SAID scooter with warranty .. ( so i feel peacefull ) but last week my scooter just stop working , i call this guy for warranty bit he said it s a part warranty and labor i need to pay ... They don't even deserve one star. They were completely rude!! I confirmed the price multiple times over the phone before I brought my scooter down. And when I came to pick it up they told me a completely different price. They main guy was so rude and accused me of being drunk (which I don't even drink) because I was upset about the situation. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They are completely unprofessional & have no idea how to communicate. I will never go back there. They over charged me $60 for a belt. Which should of only been 15. I paid 75 for nothing. They refused to give me my scooter without the 75. When they told me only 15 on the phone. They are cheap and a scam ! WARNING !!!! DANGER!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. If i could give this establishment a minus zero star I would. Two weeks ago i purchased an electric scooter from this place. Already my back brake lights don't work. I called Moses the owner and he told me that my scooter does not have a brake light. I told him that my break light was working the day before. He kept insisting that i don't have a brake light. I asked him what was wrong with him. Everyone knows rhat rhere are lughts on rhe back of scooters. (I would never buy a scooter without lights, since i ride it at night because i work nights). The two days later my left turning light did not work. I took it to a mechanic and he told me rhat i did not have the right bolts, light bulbs and that the assembly of the scooter was done very badly and put my life in danger because the amperage spark plug is 30 when its supose to be twenty. At any rate the scooter did short out. Smoke everywhere, however, nothing wrong with the spark plug. The spark plug would've been the first to blow. The wiring was done correctly. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. This guy is a money grubbing deceitful liar. I'm going to report him to the Better Business Bureau. The good reviews thst you see about him are all fake reviews. All I'm trying to do is to not have someone go through what I have been through. I've had my scooter for 3 years and had my first breakdown. The owner worked for 2 hours in the 105 degree heat late on a Friday to make sure I wasn't stranded for the weekend. This guy is a crook. sold me a brand new defective battery for my scooter and on 3 separatet occaaions he placed the blame on me claiming that it was my scooter that was defective not the battery he sold me.his solution was to leave the battery there to charge for hours and then return. each time the batt would only hold an 8volt charge essentially dead. it wasn't until i asked him if he was in yelp that he finally replaced the dead battery with another one claiming it was brand new, no box or paperwork which it clearly wasn't but at least worked. and not before cussing me out calling me abusive names and being very disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend anybodody going to this place to purchase or repair existing scooter this man is very disrespectfu and is a liar and unprofessional he will hussle you and nickel and dime you for every penny. l am Jewish, but this guy gives jews a bad name. even worse than MMS scooters. read more

i had my scooter stolen and needed a written estimate to give to the courts and he told me to go on computer and i could print it . well i get home, go to website and i had a 50cc with an 80 kit in it so i went to the service page and it had no prices for service except hourly price so i called him and he tells me i have to go into shop. yea i wont be dealing with him again. he is rude and not helpful at all read more
