I came in with a sample dress that I needed to get taken in at the waist and taken out at the upper back -- the mom pinned everything and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. I picked it up 6 days later and couldn't be happier. She put two triangles of fabric under both armpits to make it larger at the top, and took the waist in seamlessly! So I think I am finally moving to a new cleaner and place for tailoring. I took in a jean jacket for my wife and she wanted patches sewn on since the iron adhesive is never good enough. When I took it in they told me they would match the colors and come out good. Well the final product was not that. She went to pick it up at around 11 am since she was nearby since they told us Tuesday pick up(was dropped off last Wednesday I think). It wasn't started yet and told her to come back at 3 pm. So she went around 4 and the job was not done well. You can tell it was rushed. The stitching was not around the patch it was just thrown on. Very disappointing for the price. Take a look at the pictures and you'll see how rushed and that it doesn't look good. When she asked about the stitching quality, the response was "That's the stitching." I had overall good experience here but this was poorly handled and a few dress shirts dry cleaned recently were not up to par from before. read more

Nice owners/employees is the reason for the 2 stars. They are overpriced for the suit I brought in. Also, they didn't get the dried slobber from my daughter off my suit jacket. So overpriced and wasn't fully cleaned... Just bought a house in the area and won't be returning to this cleaners. This customer was disappointed. Side note- got a price for a runner to be cleaned and they wanted to charge more than I purchase for the rug. Rug cost me $150 and they want $250? I'll just buy a new runner. Seamstress: Great tailoring. Shoes: Terrible shoe cleaning, totally ruined my leather Jeffrey Campbell buckle boots.. it cost about 45 + dollars. Long story short: They sprayed black paint on the toe. I went to a leather expert shoe place in LA to fix and they warned me it may not be fixable because of the permanent weird spray they used. The shoe is cracking and creasing where the cheap paint is clearly seen. Ugh just totally Heart broken. read more

They jacked up their prices I believe. Because I have a bad shoulder I decided to have them wash 4 very narrow curtain panels and iron them. I had my friend pick them up and saw it was $60. But this dry cleaner located next to vons market in Huntington beach, I wanted to let people know how great it is. First off I been customer here since my twenties and now I'm reaching my sixties. The father owns this place and now Josh the son is in helping and managing. This new management and the customer system they have is something new and fresh. They are very humble and smart in way they handle orders. Very fast turn around they always ask if everything was satisfying. Try to help caring out the orders to the car if it's too heavy for seniors, redoing the cleaning if wasnt satisfying for the customers etc. Always on time promptly kind service. Superb cleaning all around laundry to dry cleaning, they have everything items done on premises so no worry about losing your items. The cost is fair, and they are willing to adjust and give discount searching for better service. Another service is with alteration. They do great job with fast service. Minor button jobs to expert wedding dress alteration suits tux dresses you name it they are professionals. Only negative thing I can find for this cleaner is they are too busy most of the time and always trying hard to meet your needs and I feel bad. I will never leave this cleaner for any other service. I brought in a pair of pants that I need for work. The seam had split in two different places, and a button had popped off. I needed the pants fixed today since I have to wear them for work tomorrow! The gentlemen told me the seamstress wouldn't be in until 100. I was amazed that he said she would have everything ready to go by 600pm! When I returned at 600pm, not only were the repairs made to perfection, but they were also cleaned and pressed! I am so grateful for the wonderful work they do and how fast it was ready. I needed a zipper repair on some favorite shorts and brought them to Lido with hopes of salvage. The woman who helped me reassured me that she could easily repair the shorts within two days. She skillfully removed the old zipper and replaced it with a much better quality zipper for a perfectly reasonable price. I've looked at her stitching and can see how much effort it really is to remove and replace a zipper - so many different seams must be removed and then sewn back together skillfully or the front of the shorts would just look all wrong. She knows what she's doing and I'll happily return for all my tailoring needs!
