Quiet possibility the worst service I've ever received at a deli. It took several visits with the same results before I finally decided to put up a review on here. It hasn't been just a one-time thing. The girls they have working behind the counter are absolutely clueless. No sense of urgency, organization, situational awareness or efficiency. They just stand at the register, holding onto it and staring off into space. Multiple times I've gone in to order a sandwich, the sandwich is put in a bag and left on the table behind the register and it just sits there, usually for a good 10 minutes. The girls at the registers don't even turn around to check and see if there are orders ready to be sent out. Awful service. I've food in food/customer service and there is always SOMETHING that can be done. Don't just stand there! These are the same people that want a wage of like $20 an hour. Yikes. read more

First time to order from this place while in the area for work. Spacious place with ample dine-in seating. Easy reading menu with some great sandwich and salad creations. I opted for the small chef salad. It was made fresh to order while I waited. I so wish French dressing was available---that is my fave for a chef salad. I asked for Italian dressing and got balsamic---a o.k, and although I do love balsamic--just not the right dressing for this particular salad. Beautiful salad with great fresh ingredients. I ate 1/3 of the generous portion anyway with balsamic--which was super good. I am saving the remainder of the salad for lunch domani, for which I have already packed the French dressing. I've been really impressed with my takeout from here. I always order Uber eats and it's super quick. I've tried the salads and the chicken cutlet sandwiches and everything is always fresh and tasty. I believe I got the pioneer sandwich, the bread was fresh I got mine on a Portuguese roll and my friend got got hers on a regular roll. We thought that sandwich could use a little seasoning though. We also ordered the Buffalo chicken salad and it was good. The order online website is very easy as well. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was amazing. The young woman who took my order was great. She greeted us when we walked in and was very helpful helping me decide on my sandwich. There is a small parking lot and plenty of seating indoors. I came for the iced coffee (seriously, it was good!) but stayed for the sandwiches!!! I got the Goodfella sandwich and fell in love! I just happen to be passing through town during lunchtime and felt like a nice cold sub on this warm day. The parking lot was full, but there wasn't much of a weight at all. I ordered the Godfather and well I sat and waited at the counter. I looked around and noticed how clean this establishment seem to be. That's big points to me right off the bat. Within just a few minutes my sandwich was ready and what a sandwich it was. A huge delicious sandwich, Boarshead meats and cheeses, that I only ate half of and decided to bring the rest with me to go. There really is something to the proper assembly of a sandwich, it's not just throw some meat on some bread. The proportions were perfect, and it was dressed properly, not to dry and not dripping with enough oil that it runs down your forearms. I don't know why this place doesn't have a better rating. I had a hardboiled egg salad sandwich on a hard roll. The roll was fresh and it was very good also. Staff is nice. Interior is very clean with plenty of seating. There is also plenty of parking. I would definitely go back. They sell pastries as well and different drinks but I didn't have either. Our total was about ten dollars. They also have tons of salads and a grill menu. We were kind of in a rush so we will try that stuff another time. read more

This deli's sandwiches & wraps, along with its service, are hit or miss. They can't cook eggs, I'll say that. When I ask for eggs over-medium, they have served them to me almost raw--three different times. And when I ask for "soft" scrambled eggs, they're overdone to the point of being rubbery. They need to train their cook how to make eggs properly and learn how to apologize when you tell them politely that the eggs were poorly cooked. The staff, with the exception of Jessica, who is a very caring teenager, is composed of very arrogant millennials with their stereotypical characteristics. They are disorganized, VERY SLOW, they don't know how to have eye contact, how to really listen and they have those "I don't give a damn" and "I'm better than you" attitudes. My orders are oftentimes incomplete or disjointed. A lot depends on who serves you. --- Some of them bring the food to your table, others just put your food in the countertop--the inconsistency and transactional demeanor is frustrating. Their location and parking is convenient & I live close. But it's not the place I'd go out of my way for to eat at--not at all. It's more of a need since there's no other deli close by.
