The employees spend a lot more time interacting with each other than the customers. The worst part though, is after spending over $150 my nails immediately began chipping and breaking. I've been getting dip mani for years and almost never have chipping or breaking. This time it began the very next day. When I went back they acted as if they were going to fix them then charged me full price for another terrible job. They are thin and weak and I doubt they will last the week. Oh and I had to sit and wait for a half hour while the only girl working did her coworkers nails. This place has gone downhill terribly. I do not recommend anyone waste their time or money.

Somehow I thought I had gotten "really good" at doing it myself, but that was delusional. So this was my first professional cut since then and I'm SOOOOO happy!!! Jaimie, the receptionist is also a doll! She fit me in last minute and her hair looks great too! They also offer facial waxing. Will probably get my brows done next time.
