To be very fair, the place isn't the cutest or most hip. BUT i adore the ladies here. Looking at the comments makes me a little sad because the ladies here work HARD and their work is fantastic! Be nice and kind and they will love on you back! The language barrier is something that puts people off but be patient and considerate and your nails will come out beautifully. It's a little crusty looking when you get in, always packed and busy. Service is not too bad I can understand how stress they are and why that would make them look or act salty. The pedicure was weird because they actually didn't use the spa machine thing like seen on other post here. But she did a great job on my nails. From crusty to classy real quick. I've wasted $90 - $60 bucks on a full set, I only spent $32 and I think she did a great job, I love the color and size. She would get up a lot to help other and girl I was in a hurry but I didn't want to rush her so I stayed calm. They need to get more ladies to do certain services not one lady doing multiple things. read more

Extremely poor service. I called in advance to set an appointment. Linda asked that I come in 30mins later than agreed-upon and so I did. Upon my arrival she checked me in and had me wait for more than 20 minutes. During my 20 minute wait two people walked up and services were rendered. I had asked three times during my wait Whether I would be serviced and reminded them I had a set appointment. After my 20 minute wait she asked me to wait another 30 minutes. Why take appointments if they are not going to honor it? Very disappointed. read more

I must admit, it's not the most prettiest looking salon but I am specifically rating their wax services. You cannot beat these prices. $7 for eyebrows and $5 for lip. They actually use the good soft wax! None of that sticky honey looking wax that is a dread to get off. Then turned around and she could only do a pedi. She did it in a bucket. Also she didn't do a good job at all only filed and painted my nails nothing more. I went here as a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed! This 5 star is for the service I received which was a mani/pedi. I went during the second wind of Covid closures which allows them to be open but outside. I love how she took her time to cut my cuticle, clean out my nails and even cut the sides if needed to give a better nail shape. Polish was applied perfectly, she took her time and cleaned up around the edges with a brush and acetone (this is important to me, I hate a messy job) when applying the gel nail polish on my fingers she would take out any fibers that would appear, there was even a moment where she saw something that I couldn't see and plucked it out. This tells me she cares about her work. I didn't go inside due to Covid, but if you do visit just be mindful you are getting your service outside. They have barriers, face mask and shield. Be kind and grateful that they are still open to provide services for you. read more

This place is expensive I think they could of done a way better job then they did. The lady that was working on my nails stopped in the middle of doing my nails because one impatient lady came in wanting a eyebrow wax and didn't want to wait so instead of finishing my nails first she just stopped what she was doing with me and walked the other rude lady to the back all to have that lady unsatisfied and telling her she was not going to get a tip that she talked to much.
