My family has been eating here for a couple years now and up until last night I had no complaints. But last night wow wow wow. We ordered over the phone my husband went to pick up our order. I had the beef shawarma plate. The first bite I took I gagged. There was lamb meat in my plate. I was so disgusted I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. I called the store and the guy did not once even apologize or offer me a new plate or a refund. Instead he said "why would we give u lamb it's more expensive then beef" really that's the answer I get!? When I made the call I wasn't angry accidents happen. By when he said that to me then continued to explain that it's not possible my blood started boiling more. I'm the one who took the bite I know the difference between beef and lamb and he's trying to tell me I'm wrong. If it wasn't for my husband telling me to drop it we just won't eat there anymore I was ready to go back and throw the plate in his face. Very sad that poor customer service can turn away a long time customer and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Never again will I eat here. Management really needs to hire better staff those who know how to speak to customers the proper way.
