I asked to have two brand new men's pants taken in at the waist two inches. Instead of taking it in in the middle, which is a universal expectation, the tailor took it in above the pockets and completely ruined the pants. When Lisa, a woman that works there, saw the pants, she looked at the man who did the tailoring and asked why he did it like that, saying that that is not how you take in pants at the waist. I also got a second opinion from a third party tailor, who was flabbergasted that the tailoring was performed in this manner. The third party tailor opened the pants up to see if she could fix it, but said that they had already cut off cloth and that it was irreversible. When I asked to have the cost of the pants reimbursed, he absolutely refused. I will never be coming back here again. read more

Do not use! I brought in a very nice cashmere and wool coat that was a Christmas gift from my wife for a simple cleaning, and what I received back was shocking. There was unexplained scratches all along the side, large press stains all over the coat, and a large whole in the sleeve. Although the owner initially said he was responsible, he completely changed his tune and tried to say all of these problems were already there, which is definitely not true. Very mixed reviews of this place. Two times it was fine, no issues, drop off and pick up same day and fast service in line. Once I was there while a girl was waiting for them trying to find her dry cleaning. They didn't. She walked out without any clothes and literally just lost everything. Came in, day after I dropped off laundry and had to wait 10 minutes for them to fold, does this mean my clothes have been sitting crumpled from the dryer over night??? $15 minimum credit card is absurd, stupid, and does not make sense. I understand credit card fees but this applies for American Express and charges UNDER $5...not $15. This is NYC, no one has cash and I have a huge selection of laundromats..aka I easily won't return. read more

I will never go back to this garbage place. Cleaners are a dime a dozen in NYC and this place has one of the rudest people I have ever come across working their while consistently losing items of mine as well. I planned on picking my laundry up after work on Monday but the employee closed early. No problem. I called Tuesday to confirm the hours, which she did but she had to leave early Monday. I head over at 6:30pm Tuesday to find out she closed early again. Still without my towels and now leaving for a trip Wednesday, I arrived at 7am and go figure, the same employee strolls in 30 minutes late. I express my frustration and she calls me stupid. Wow, I thought I had done my research on here for dry cleaners but I must have crossed my reviews because the dry cleaner/ laundry i read about had tons of great reviews and thought it was them. Took a bunch of dry cleaning in and they burned actual holes in my silk blouse, there are spots on other blouses where there weren't any, and most came back wrinkled. I could not be more disappointed because I invest in pieces that I want to last. They won't last one dry cleaning if you take it to these guys. Very disappointed. Terrific! Great prices, very, VERY accommodating. They were very pleasant over the phone and the delivery woman was all smiles and very nice. My clothes, sheets and comforter/pillowcases were all done - same day - within 2 1/2 hours. They came back clean, smelling great, all dry and perfectly folded. All for under $20. I brought a brand new dress here to be dry cleaned and they ruined the dress to the point where it was not wearable. When I came back to get a refund or have it fixed, they took it back and ended up using scotch tape to piece it back together. I had to come back again since obviously they hadn't fixed it and the manager "Michael" yelled at me on the phone and insisted that nothing was wrong with the dress. After much back and forth and weeks later, I was finally handed $25 in cash as a "refund." This barely put a dent in the cost of my now ruined dress and they never even apologized for their mistake.
