Do NOT use this place. They are horrible. I have had several bad experiences here. The worst experience I've had to date happened today. After spending 56 dollars on laundry (and separating whites, lights, and dark clothing - 3 dollars each to do this), purple was stained all over my clothes (see picture). I called to explain the situation and the owner was incredibly rude and told me it was my fault. They did not offer a refund or anything. Charged me over $70 for a really small bag of laundry. I've always sent my laundry out, and it's never a cheap deal but this place is the biggest scam I've ever seen. I've had folded laundry that didn't even smell clean and have hair balls between them plus I keep getting random underwear that's not mine. They do a crap job! Do not recommend. read more

I got two of my dresses dry-cleaned here and the prices are pretty reasonable ($14 each, which is a dollar cheaper than other places I've seen). I was able to pick my dresses up in two days, and they looked great when returned. No complaints here at all! read more

I used to live in the building. Alan, the owner, is a very friendly and hardworking guy. Normally when I give him my laundry in the morning and it is ready by night. Even when I needed simple alterations, he is able to get them back to me same day. Of course the price at this laundromat very competitive. I don't think there is same day dry cleaning but I have been getting them back the next day. If there are any spots the dry cleaning missed (which has never happened to me), Alan always re-clean them for free until the customer is satisfied. Now I have moved a few blocks away I still use Sincere Laundry. On Sunday morning I texted Alan, 15 minutes later a very sweet lady is at my door to pick up and a few hours later I got my clothes back all nicely folded and wrinkled free. read more

Took me a bit to find an inexpensive but quality dry cleaner in the area. They do a good job and they're friendly when you come in. Never tried their free delivery service because I live so close but I would assume they do a good job. read more

Stopping over in NYC after a European vacation and the clothes were getting a bit ripe. laundry service at the Edition was more than the clothes were worth so we looked for a nearby laundry service and found this gem. Got there at 6:30p and asked for an early morning pick up... "no problem." laundry weight 9.5# and he rounded down to 9#'s. called at 8am and the owner said we were good for pick up. Amazing! I have to change my rating from five to two stars after the owner/operator was less than honest with my girlfriend. He told me that they wouldn't charge me if they couldn't get stains out of two dresses of hers. Well, they charged me and, when my girlfriend went to pick up her dresses, he told her that he told me that if the dresses goto the factory for dry cleaning, we have to pay, even if the stains don't come out. $32 later, stains aren't out, and I'm upset that he invented this story.
