We had a wonderful one night stay. Really enjoyed the electric fo fireplace especially as it was pretty chilly at night. The bed was comfortable. Initially I was a little worried about the location of our room as it was on the second floor directly across from the elevator near the indoor pool. I am a light sleeper so I was anticipating a sleepless night. After dinner my husband and I w joked the hot tum, the pool and spa was definitely the hang out spot with families enjoying the warm water. Met some lovely locals who are regulars to the area. Was presently surprised that the pool was quiet and empty by 10:30. Had a pretty restful night with very little noise interruption. All in all would stay here again. read more

Very clean, across from the Dixie Stampede, but the Main Street is crowded. The rooms are great! The pool is loaded with kids so as an adult couple we avoided it. The breakfast area is crowded, go early! If I went back to the area, as an adult couple, I would stay in Gatlinburg near the area with Ole Red and Jason Aldeans. But overall, the hotel is great for a family. read more

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, it was a very clean and quiet property. You are by the road so expect cars but nothing crazy loud. The breakfast was perfect, we went ten minutes after it started and we were the only ones there. The indoor pool was heated which was a really nice surprise. We have stayed in this hotel for several trips now with no issues up until this visit. We booked through Hotels.com where they have flawless reviews. So flawless that they didn't allow this following review to include photos of our discovery. I feel every guest has the right to know who they are sharing their rooms with. We checked in and all was seemingly well. My kids had woken up with two large bug bites on their legs. We saw zero signs of bed bugs. My daughter went into the bathroom at 4 AM to rinse off because the bites were bothering her so much. She screams and said giant brown bugs crawled out of the ceiling vent. We look and Google lens confirmed what we feared American Cockroaches. They were near our stuff and apparently taking bites out of us. I didn't even know they could bite! We photograph and show front desk. The manager is there and they reserve us a different room on their top floor but won't refund the night on the bottom floor, despite our discovery. They gave us laundry coins per my husbands request and we were without a room from for the morning from around 5ish until around 2 PM while they checked out the other guest and reset the other room. When we were unpacking this room and getting our clean laundry from the laundromat it is still daytime and roaches crawled out from the ceiling curtain skirting area along the wall towards my kids who were by the door. My kids have actually tested to be severelt allergic to roach feces so we immediately start to pack up our stuff again after just unpacking and this time were treated quite rudely by the receptionist who acted like we were inconveniencing them and seemed like they didn't believe us. Even annoyed. They called the room while we were getting our bags, my husband had only had time to walk from the desk back to the room ANGIRLY telling us to "GET OUT RIGHT NOW" or else he is going to charge us for the night instead of refund us. My husband scooped up a roach in a coffee cup to prove to them there was more roaches even 3 floors apart. We were refunded the second night but not even a partial for the night before considering the roaches and displacement for the morning and first part of the day. It was stressful finding another hotel last minute so late in the day during peak season too. I appreciated how the managers and the GM treated us in the morning when we told them about the roaches in the first room hence the 2 stars instead of just 1. But once the managers and GM were gone for the day we were treated very poorly about our discovery in the second room. My husband especially took this hard as he has always enjoyed this hotel up until now. We can't risk our families health and risk bringing home any stowaways. We won't be back here. read more

Biggest con- it's noisy. We were woken up several times by other people, their phones, and housekeeping. The 2 pools were heated but still on the chilly side, unsure on the kiddie pool, and the hot tubs were very hot but fantastic after a long day. The front desk sold a lot of pool toys if you were here an extended period of time. Breakfast was eh with watery oatmeal and powdery eggs, but biscuits and yogurt are safe. It was nice they provided takeout containers to encourage you to grab and go and make space for more people. There was parking everywhere... Cars along curbs where there weren't parking spots. There's a steakhouse next door but long wait times led us to eat at the deli next to the steakhouse. Caution there's another best Western across the street when finding the hotel, and the entrance is off the main road and don't take the side street because it doesn't connect to the parking lot. One towel had a gross colored stain on it so we went without a bath towel. Wasn't too impressed but it's a cheaper option for the area. read more

I'm only giving them 3 stars because it was a decent place to stay but there were some things that I wish I had known about beforehand. We chose to have our towels and garbage changed out daily. They did just that. The room was clean and great for our short stay. However, our room was right outside of the indoor pool door. We heard kids screaming all day until about 11pm. We have no problem with children having fun, they are on vacation too. But, this is something the front desk should've discussed with us when booking. Would've been nice to know. Also, housekeeping begins wheeling their large bins for linens passed the doors at 8am. It's a very loud and woke us up earlier than we planned. Be sure to not plan a trip during Rod Run unless you are visiting just for that. We went out for dinner and by the time we got back a bunch of cars were pulling into the hotel property, parking and walking the sidewalks to look at the old cars. We had to park across the property from our room. Not a huge deal but inconvenient as we had to be sure to put a rear view mirror tag in our truck to ensure we didn't get towed off property. read more

This was a super hotel in a super location. If we ever are lucky enough to return, this is where we would stay. The location is close to most things you'd be visiting. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in each room. The free breakfast is great with eggs, meat, cereal and waffles plus more. The room is nice, the beds have some kind of heavy plastic on the beds under the sheet. It crinkles up and you can feel it through the sheet. They should get the kind that are washable. The pools are very nice...but no restroom near it! The housekeepers are Wonderful! Very helpful, so is the maintenance staff. The microwave was unplugged and I couldn't get it plugged in behind the cabinet. He was able to move it! They have a nice breakfast, but they get kind of crowded. read more

The location is superb: it is right in the middle of pigeon forge. Many cool spots are walking distance. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, while not a dump, we regret booking and staying here. We cut our stay short and moved to another chain (better quality for the same money). This is an old property (Best Western is an ancient name that is tying to keep up) that has been refurbished top to bottom. Nice try, and again it is not a total dump; the property IS neat and clean. Two and a half stars is more accurate. Yelp forbids the mention of a typical dumpy chain to compare, nor can I mention where we fled to, but any seasoned traveler can figure that out. There is no room safe. The shower head is a Petri dish of activity. Gross. COME ON. Are you cleaning at least? The bathroom has a drop ceiling. Not good for the shower steam that creates humidity (the ac here certainly does not function by removing humidity). A nice living space for roaches and mold. Also, this "look" is for truly dumpy accommodations. The water gets nice and hot. The water pressure is low. Speaking of water, the outdoor pool is occupied by a nice loud crowd through 10:30pm. Everyone everywhere in the facility gets to hear them hooting and hollering, and then the crowd continues that behavior as they go back to their rooms. The room AC is a humidifier. Nothing more than a swamp cooler. It feels as though we are camping. And the final item is the toilet. It is tiny, as in CRAZY tiny. Perfect for a petite female or a small child. A normal-sized person - especially a male, if you catch my drift, will not fit on this thing. It must have been purchased from a pre-school. As I write, I turn back to the wheezing and Jurassic air conditioner. We left the "fan" function on because SOME air flow is better then the stagnant air in here. It is as though I stepped back 40 years in time and am staying at an average place for BACK THEN. The room's color palette and overall design will definitely make you feel like you woke up in The Old Days. Unless you are desperate, and NOBODY has space (not even a manger), there are so many other choices within 10-20 minutes that this place is just not relevant. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We came the past weekend with our three year old to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. When we got into the room we were hit in the face by the smell of vomit. It was horrible. We called the office to see if we could switch rooms and we were told that they were completely booked up, but that they could have maintenance come out and run a machine that could get rid of the smell (kind of gross, but being our only option we agreed) we had to be out of our room for one hour for the maintenance guy to service the room so we left and went out to dinner. Upon returning to the room, the second we opened the door we experienced a terrible horrible chemical smell. Almost like burning rubber or plastic. My three year old covered her nose and repeatedly said "it stinks, mama!" Already mad and exhausted by the situation I tried to leave the door open and fan the room. Of course that did nothing. It was already late and the hotel was booked so I didn't really have a choice but to try and get my daughter to sleep. I couldn't sleep at all. The chemical smell was so strong and so bad (and we also still had the vomit smell, too) that I actually got so nauseous and sick that I had to run to the restroom to throw up twice that night. Immediately in the morning I called the front desk to tell them about the issue and inform them that I wanted to check out a day early. Already exhausted by the horrible experience and our trip ruined. The front desk woman was kind and I asked to speak to a manager. She gave me Robert's name and number and told me he would be in first thing Monday morning. I called first thing Monday and I was told his office door was closed but that they would tell him I called and he would call me back. Robert the general manager never called Monday. I called again Tuesday. He was unavailable because he was "out in the property." I asked the woman to please have him call me back that day, because he never returned my call the previous day. She said that he would, and of course Robert never called. I'm so upset. We were so excited about our trip. This is terrible customer service. To be given a room that smells like vomit and then to have to leave the room for an hour only to come back to an eye burning chemical smell that is so bad it makes you physically sick. And then to be expected to pay over 200 dollars a night for that? So ridiculous. Poor management by Robert who can't even have the decency to have a conversation about the situation. We love staying here! It's priced fairly for the area, and you always know you can expect a very clean room, modern design, and comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast offers a lot of variety and the staff is always accommodating. The showers are accessible and large and the bathrooms have a huge dressing and vanity area. The little fireplaces are cute, although we didn't use it given it's the summer it was still nice to have in the room. We love how they have indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The staff is always friendly. My only qualm is with parking. If you're not back at the hotel by dark, it's difficult to find a parking space at the hotel to access your room during your stay. I'm not sure if there is an overflow parking lot, but we've stayed here several times and it's always a challenge to find parking after coming back from DollyWood or The Island after it gets dark. Our door at our 3rd floor room was a little hard to close, you had to really make sure it clicked because it wouldn't shut on its own. Was mainly a concern for my children who were eager to open the door trying to access the pool. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back here very soon. read more

We stayed here and this is the worst motel we have stayed at. The room had a terrible smell and there was chunks of food all over the carpet when we checked in. Over the entire 3 day stay we received no towels or wash cloths and the room was never cleaned. The Worst part is the room was infested with bugs and I mean ALOT of bugs, when I complained the company blamed COVID?! How can COVID cause bugs in a room and you would assume there would be more cleaning not less. I will never stay here again. read more

Room - The room was absolutely stunning! We got the King Suite with a Walk In Shower; it also had an electric fireplace and hardwood floors. The bed was pretty comfy, the pillows too! I will say bring extra blankets because it was pretty chilly. Hotel - The hotel is in a really good environment, we could walk to most restaurants and such. We were right next to a Texas Roadhouse so it wasn't hard to choose dinner the first night. The only downside is you can hear children/adults screaming from the indoor pool, like it echos. But it didn't bother us too much. The pool was pretty warm and the Whirlpool was aaamazing!! Staff - The staff was very helpful and friendly! Free breakfast comes with your stay and it was pretty decent. Overall - We would definitely come back! It wasn't too pricey and for how much we paid it was amazing! If you want to buy snacks and such in the lobby, make sure to bring at least $20 with you because the snacks and drinks are pretty pricey. Overall, I highly recommend!! read more

We were driving through and stayed for one night. This is a motel style with 3 floors. No worries if you are on the third floor because they have a fantastic ramp to get your luggage to your room instead of using the stairs. This motel caters to families. The pool is in the center of this U shaped hotel and you will hear kids swimming in the pool at night and doing what kids til they fall asleep LOL! We did our laundry here which was great. Room was a bit dated but spacious and clean with everything you need. Everything worked great. Fantastic water pressure in shower. Great location on "the strip". There are plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Because of covid they are not doing the usual breakfast but will give you a to go bag. Super nice employees. read more

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. We checked in late on Friday night and the room was hot so we slept on top of the cover, not disturbing the bed. We went out all day Saturday and came back late Saturday night. We only turned on one lamp and climbed into bed. When we woke Sunday morning my wife discovered she had been sleeping in a huge stain of someone elses dried blood. I complained and was informed that management did not work the weekends I would have to call on Monday. I called 4 times, each time a different excuse why he couldn't talk to me. I am looking into a lawsuit for endangerment and mental anguish and all they had to do was talk to me. DO NOT STAY HERE read more

The location is great, right off of the main strip. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The staff responded to our needs promptly and even gave us some good food suggestions. The pool was clean and never crowded, although we didn't have a chance to get in. The reason for the three stars- for this hotel to be in a popular area the parking is not all that great. As soon as we arrived we both said "we better get here early tonight so we can have a parking spot". The guests. I know common sense is not all that common but listen. There are just some things you don't do. Guests allowed their kids to run up and down the walkway screaming and yelling at 7:30 in the $&@$ morning!!! I'm on vacation and I DO NOT want to hear your kids, especially when I didn't bring mine! On two different mornings car alarms were going off REPEATEDLY!!! I understand that it is not the hotels fault but it still happened and it made me not want to come back. As far as the room, it was clean, had a mini fridge, jacuzzi bath tub, nice spacious bathroom. (So super easy to pack/unpack the car) Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment Free breakfast was basic but good, and the staff was constantly filling it up. Pros: - The room was nicely renovated and comfortable. Nothing about it made it seem like a budget hotel (other than the outdoor corridors). It was just as advertised. - The breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast (scrambled eggs - probably egg mix, sausage, biscuits, gravy, peaches in syrup, toast, waffles, cereal). It never changes, though. - The wifi was pretty decent for free hotel wifi. I was able to run Netflix without any problems. - The location is very convenient. It's right across from the Dixie Stampede, close to Patriot Park and Dollywood, and also at the south end of the Main Street so heading to Gatlinburg seemed faster because I didn't have to battle the traffic. Cons: - There is limited seating at the breakfast area, so be sure to go early or have a bit of luck on your side. Overall: A great hotel option for Pigeon Forge. One star for the water pressure in the shower - was the best thing about this place. The rest of hotel basically is a one. This isnt your typical "hotel" this is more like a motel with hotel prices and with outside room entrance. Three floors. No elevator. If you need accommodations its a ramp up. Stayed two nights. House keeping replaced the towels but never made our bed. What a surprise when we came back after a long day out. The adjoining rooms doors were loud when open and shut and you can hear everything in the parking lot. Wouldn't stay here again. read more

This 3 story Budget hotel location was great, right off of the main strip. The room and bathroom were clean. The room was large with a decent size TV. Free WI-fi - it had a mini fridge and microwave & coffee pot. The beds were very comfortable but could use some new pillows. I booked tur AAA and it was a easy check in with a friendly office staff. The Breakfast was just as good as any other hotel I have stayed at however in seating was not very big. The indoor pool area was nice and warm and a good sized. I have stayed in Best Western hotels before and always been pleased. Not this one. Frig was unusable because of terrible noise when running. Heating/Air Conditioning unit didn't work well. Breakfast area had about 6 tables for too many people. Couldn't get to sit down unless you got there before 7:30 am. Swimming pool full of kids that seemed unattended. Parking after 8 in evening very difficult. Couldn't use hair dryer unless all other electricity shut off or fuse would be blown. It was clean and bed was fairly comfortable. They did seem to be renovating rooms which made it noisy during day. Would not stay here again. read more

No rating Last night as my children and husband and I had showered and ready to lay down for the night. We found a bed bug on our pillow. Reached out to the front desk and about 10 to 15 minutes later a guy comes in and says that they front desk wanted to see the bug and to make sure what kind of bug it was! He leaves the pillow on the floor the bug was on and stated that the front desk would reach out to me! What 10 minutes later the front desk calls and says they can move us to the 3rd floor at 11pm some last night! Then told us we could come to the front desk in the morning to talk with a Manger! Brings us to today the Manger moves but we have to wait until Monday the 10th to talk to Manger that could help us with any thing else! Our check out date is Monday the 10th of August. I was very confused on why she couldn't help us besides moving rooms if she is the Manager! We can't just up and move Everything is booked for the weekend! Am very unhappy and not satisfied at all about our 1st night here and nights to come! The looks we are stuck until Monday! Yes we moved rooms! But if 1 room had them their are more we just can't see them! And we think about the COV19 its now like are yall really cleaning these rooms like they need to be and suppose to be! I want some of my money back on what we paid for the weekend!! And am not happy Not 1 bit! Sorry would have been a start to making us feel a lil better!
