So cute inside ! Clean and smells nice too. They also have a couple claw games or coin machines. The gentleman behind the counter was patient and nice and able to explain what was in each item and help me pick from a few options i wanted. If I'm nearby, I'll def be back!

    how sweet :)

Stopped by after a friend's party at the nearby park, such a hidden gem! The cafe was decorated so cutely, with many plushie claw machines and toy capsules! They have various photo spots, as well as a wall featuring Polaroid films of past customers that they display! I could feel the love and care they have for their customers :) Their menu was quite extensive, so I had trouble choosing between the options (this is a good thing). I was recommended the strawberry milk tea, which was just what I was craving! Rich and flavorful tea, creamy, and refreshing strawberry bits! The total for my drink + honey boba was $7.50, which is around the average cost Service was excellent, from being greeted with bright smiles as soon as I walked in to having my drink delivered within 5 minutes. Both employees were friendly and helpful! Their bathroom is also very clean and spacious, which I appreciated I believe they also sell ramen? I saw a poster but didn't order it so can't be too sure

Came here with a friend to study since it was a good midpoint for both of us and looked interesting online. The shop itself is pretty small, but it wasn't busy when we arrived, which made it a nice, quiet spot to get some work done. The interior has a cute, K-pop-themed decor, which gives the place a fun and cozy atmosphere. Service was fine -- nothing really stood out, but everything went smoothly and my drink came out quickly. I ordered the mango matcha latte, which tasted pretty standard. Nothing bad about it, but nothing that stood out either. What I did appreciate, though, was that the shop had plenty of seats, accessible outlets, and working Wi-Fi -- all the essentials for a productive study session. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're looking for a quiet place to hang out or get some work done. Drinks are fine, atmosphere is pleasant, and it's a comfortable place to relax for a bit.

Left to right, Matcha, Strawberry Pineapple Slush, and Thai Tea with pearl boba.

Ordered a strawberry pineapple slush at 75% sweetness, matcha at 100%, and thai tea at 75%. The only drink I didn't like was the matcha. It had a chalky and slightly sour taste. The other two drinks were great! Service was quick and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely go back to try the other milk teas, lemonades and slushes.

I had a Fivestars reward for a drink with one topping at BesTeas Boba, and it was only good for the next couple of days. BesTeas is a little far from me, and I wasn't sure if I could make it the next day or the day after that. I don't give boba shops 5 stars that easily, and if BesTeas holds steady at 5 stars after two visits, that's saying something. The gentleman at the front (perhaps Luke again?) was quite a charm at answering my questions about the cloud and milky smoothies. The cloud smoothies have sea salt around the interior of the cup, though Luke mentioned it wouldn't add *that* much sea salt flavor to the smoothie. There are three smoothies that have a heart symbol by its name: Matcha Cookies & Cream, Cookies & Cream Smoothie, and Mango Yogurt Smoothie. However, the Cookie Cloud was calling my name, and I chose it after asking Luke about that one. For the topping, I went with Crystal Pearls, which are more colloquially known as crystal boba. It took a couple of minutes for his female co-worker to prepare my Cookie Cloud with Crystal Pearls. There's plenty of decor around the boba shop to admire and take some photos with, including a floral backdrop by three stools and a table. There's a sign telling customers to not lean back on these stools, and you really shouldn't lean back on those stools anyways. After receiving my smoothie, I sat at one of those stools and took a sip. Whoa! All of a sudden, the smoothie made me forget about the tough week I just had! The flavor was so strong, and the smoothie's ingredients were of such high quality that I felt like I was floating in cookie heaven! That is, until a few other customers came in after me and started chatting with one another in a manner that kind of disrupted the me time I was seeking. That was quite a damper, but I definitely can't deduct a star for that reason, especially on a return visit. The sea salt made for a nice add-on, even though it didn't add much to the taste profile, like Luke said. However, it did add some flavor to the drinking water I added to the cup after finishing the smoothie. The crystal boba was perfectly QQ, complementing the Cookie Cloud very nicely. In addition to their drinks, BesTeas also offers ramen as well as a kids pack, which includes a kids size boba, macaron, churro, fruit cup, and a free toy all for a grand total of just $7. Near the front door, you can find an official letter from the CEO of Yelp, Jeremy S, congratulating BesTeas Boba on having the best reviews on the platform. And they truly deserve the "People Love You on Yelp" honor from the outstanding service at the front to the high quality ingredients used in their drinks. There's also a "People Love Us on Yelp" certificate near that letter, and it includes Jeremy's signature. Quite an honor to have this honor bestowed upon them despite opening just 2 to 3 years ago! They were also recognized by Restaurant Guru as a Top 10 Best Cafe in Norwalk. Well, if they got the recognition from Yelp as one of the best businesses in town, that shouldn't come as a surprise. They also have a claw machine with some cute little plushies inside. It costs $1 to play. As cute as these plushies are, I didn't even bother since my confidence level at maneuvering the claw is pretty low. I usually don't drive this far just for a drink, but I'm glad I made an exception here! None of the other boba shops closer to me that I've visited before have done one better. I do hope BesTeas Boba opens a second location closer to me, but I can understand if they decide not to if it entails spreading themselves too thin. If they do open one closer to me, I'd definitely spread the word to my peers and encourage them to try a drink there!

Really liked the mango snowflake at Besteas Boba -- light texture and real mango taste. Macarons were good too, nice and chewy. Overall solid spot for a cold treat and I'll be back.

I got thai milk tea with double boba it was soo good and my son enjoyed his chocolate macaroon. Both workers were very nice. It did take a little time to receive my drink, but it was pretty busy so no worries! The store is super cute with some cool arcade games, it is a little tight inside when lots of people are there.

    Carolyn M.

Cute shop, but not the best quality boba drinks. Boba was hard and stiff. Drinks are made with generic syrups. It doesn't compare to yi fang, Wushiland, tastea, share tea, the classic Taiwanese etc shops. It's a convenient shop for the area but I'd rather drive to next city over.

BesTeas Boba has quickly became my favorite local boba shop -- since my first visit in February of this year. The quality of their drinks are spot on. "Crimson Peach" used to be my favorite drink when Cha2o in Cerritos, CA was open (in the past). BB's "Crimson Lady" tastes exactly like it and I therefore haven't tried any other drink ‍ I'm exactly like my mom--once I try something that I really like. I usually don't try anything else But I am open to trying more of their drinks Staff members here are also very nice and friendly. I've never had an issue with placing an order when I'm here. I'm always redeeming the promotions that are advertised on FiveStars and they never give me an issue, so I thank them for that. They have a small photo booth that you can take pictures at while waiting and right beside it is a plethora of BTS photos that are placed on the back part of their prep area for the drinks. I like how bright it is inside here (without being overly bright--if that makes sense). They play good music and it feels very cozy here. Their seats (chairs and booth) and tables are primarily wood based but they are still comfortable. The color scheme of the interior is also nice as well. I like their rose wall/decoration, it is very pretty. I've always had pleasant experiences here and I will continue to support this business. I will definitely bring a friend here one day. Please check out BB if you haven't already! You won't regret it.

Dirty milk tea and strawberry banana smoothie with popping boba
    Fumiko U.

My daughter's favorite. Dirty milk tea for mommy and Strawberry banana smoothie with popping boba for the little. Delicious and refreshing after golfing down the street. Tried a couple drinks so far since we have been here a few times already. Mango yogurt smoothie and banana smoothie were also good tasty options. Staff is always pleasant and the location is clean.

    Morning Sunshine
    Timothy T.

BesTeas offers your standard drinks along with some of their specialties, which made it so hard to choose from (it's a good thing). I went with their Morning Sunshine, which is their mango lychee peach tea. Although I got 75% sweet, it was still too sweet for me so I can't imagine 100%. I'd say 50% is a safe level if you don't want too sweet. Anyways, it's a fun boba shop cause I think they also sell hotdogs like the ones spinning at 7/11. Great boba shop but kind of in a random shopping plaza. It felt a little dead outside but it was a pretty cool spot once you step inside. The staff was nice and welcoming.

I ordered an iced caramel latte, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The espresso was rich and flavorful, while the caramel added just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the drink. I also loved that they use coffee ice cubes, it kept the latte from getting watered down, and honestly, I thought it tasted even better as it sat. The staff was friendly, and our drinks came out pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The only downside was the atmosphere. It's a very small shop with seating for maybe 20 people inside, plus 4 small two-person tables outside (without any shade). When we visited, almost everyone else was working on laptops, so it didn't feel like the best place to sit and chat. The music was also fairly loud and mostly K-pop, which didn't really match the coffee shops aesthetic and made conversation a little more difficult. Parking was probably my biggest complaint. There are only four dedicated parking spots, and the surrounding residential street parking was completely packed. I ended up parking in the chicken restaurant's lot across the street. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the coffee, it was genuinely one of the better iced caramel lattes I've had. If you're looking to grab a quality drink to go, I'd highly recommend it. Just be prepared for limited seating and a challenging parking situation.

Okay, the Dirty Nutty should be illegal for tasting this good. Definitely recommend getting this if…read moreyou like your coffee on the sweeter side! I was a little worried it might be too sweet or milky based on the name, but the balance was actually really good. You still get a strong espresso flavor, which I appreciated because I hate when a specialty latte just tastes like flavored milk. It's sweet, nutty, creamy, and still very much COFFEE. I would 100% order this again. They have instructions of how to drink this the right way. I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon because I was looking for somewhere to get some work done, and this ended up being such a nice find. It wasn't very busy, the atmosphere was calm, and they have free WiFi and tables available. Seating is a little limited though, so if you're specifically coming here to work for a few hours, I'd recommend getting here earlier to secure a spot. Service was also super welcoming. It's a perfect blend of peanut butter everything with the espresso still coming through soooo good. I usually order my drinks at 50% sweetness so I took a gamble on ordering it just the way they make it. It was a good sweet! Not where I'd have to toss it sweet. I'm thinking about when I can go again...maybe tomorrow. Service is nice and fast. Those pastries look so crunchy and delicious, too.
