Instead, we walked away feeling completely unwelcome. Before leaving, I brought the experience up to someone who worked there, and the only response I received was, "I'm so sorry." There was no attempt to understand what happened or make us feel differently about the experience. It's really unfortunate that in 2026, people can still walk into a business and feel unwelcome because of the way they are treated. Customer service and simply acknowledging people who walk through your door should be the bare minimum.
