I had to try to flag someone down, and I wasn't the only one other customers were doing the same. That said, the other female employee who took my order was friendly and kind, which I appreciated. I get that it was busy, but a simple "I'll be right with you" or even eye contact goes a long way. Customer service and communication were definitely lacking during this visit.
