I love coming to one zo boba. They have so many options to choose from. They have green teas, coffees, slushies a little bit of everything. Some of my favorite have been the white grape refresher and strawberry green tea I love adding lychee jelly to them. I also tried the dalgona coffee it was a bit too strong for me. Location is very small and they only have a couple of chairs and a table to sit at. Service is great drinks come out super quick. If you plan on trying the croffle the biscoff one was amazing.

When you walk in, there's a glass display of lots of toys, figures, plushes, labubu's, etc. There was no other customers there so I was helped immediately. I had a few questions and adjustments, and they were taken care of. My buddy is a fan of mango, but hasn't tried much from the boba world...well I fixed that. Now she's a fan! Great drinks. Great service. Will be back again.

There is a small little glass enclosure that sells different knickknacks and blind boxes. Ordered a Taro milk tea boba with no sweetness and was made pretty well. Not powdery or artificial flavored. They offer multiple different flavored Boba that they make in house and I got the "one zo" add on (comes with, honey, Taro, and strawberry Boba). They have the same consistency as normal Boba but have different flavors. Interesting concept. The Boba itself was OK, not as Q Q as I would have preferred but I would still be back!

I got the black sesame milk tea with honey boba. I love the boba here because it's the perfect chewiness. The drink itself was also the right amount of tea/black sesame flavoring. My only complaint is I wish they had an option to do no ice. It was so easy to order with the kiosk and our drinks came out in five minutes! The ambiance was so cute and they had some tables to chat/play games. It would definitely be a good study spot.

One of the better boba spots in Whittier, especially since there aren't too many options in town. The fruit teas are really good, the baristas are always nice, and the music choice is a vibe. Only downside is parking can be a little tough since it's in a busy plaza, but overall still a great spot. read more

What can I say about One Zo (Whittier) they're absolutely my favorite place whenever I'm craving boba or something refreshing or sweet to drink they're my go to. We were excited to try a new boba place but there were lots of issues unfortunately :( We ordered at the kiosk which was nice as it gave us time to look through the menu at our own pace. We ordered 2 drinks and a red bean egg waffle. There was nice ambiance, with KPop music playing in the background. However, while we sat down to wait, the cashier told us that unfortunately there was no red bean for the waffle. He told me we could refund it or choose some other toppings. I asked what other fillings there were and went with taro. Unfortunately, it was overdone and burnt at some parts for my taste. Then he said there was no oat milk for our smoothie. I told him we didn't order a smoothie lol. He called the name and told the man that there was no oat milk and if almond was ok. Shortly after, our drinks were ready. But I had also ordered oat milk in mine. I double checked the ticket to make sure I ordered oat and yep it was there. So I asked "does this have oat?". The lady replied "No, almond". I was shocked! Why didn't they ask me if I wanted a different milk like they had asked that man? Also, I immediately thought of my friend who is DEATHLY allergic to almonds. Imagine if she had ordered and they just said "welp we're out of oat here's almond" without saying anything!!! I only knew it had almond because I asked! How scary! I'm just baffled they didn't ask me nor tell me they just decided to make my drink with a different milk. This can really harm people! On a brighter note my boyfriend ordered the Pineapple Blitz and he liked it so lol. The matcha brown sugar I got was just aight. Idk if I'd come back. If I do, no pastries, and definitely nothing with milk lol! read more

Service: I've been twice and used door dash to order both times. Drinks have been ready before the estimated time for pick up both times. I love quick service. Ambiance: The boba spot is in a slider suite in the Groves at Whittier plaza. It you're driving too fast, you'll miss it! But it's cute and fun inside. My wife and I strolled into this shop in the middle of the afternoon and were in and out in just a couple of minutes. I ordered a mango slush with boba and before I knew it I was on my way. The drink tasted great and quenched every bit of thirst I had. What else can someone need out of a boba shop? Overall, Chami Tea Bar gets a big thumbs up from me and I'll definitely be a returning customer in the future. As long as the Toy Depot stays open, I'll be coming back for more!

For that reason, I feel it is important to provide a factual account of what occurred. I visited the restaurant to place several combo orders. During the ordering process, the employee assisting me asked if she could briefly step away to get some water. I agreed without issue. When she returned, her demeanor and tone came across as annoyed, frustrated, and dismissive. In an effort to make the ordering process easier, I suggested that we complete the orders one at a time so that it would not feel overwhelming. I also commented that the interaction was not great customer service. The employee immediately responded by stating that she suffers from panic attacks and suggested that my comment meant I was uncomfortable with her medical condition. I explained that I had no knowledge of her medical history and that my feedback was directed at the customer service experience, not at any personal or medical matter. The discussion then shifted away from the order itself. I was told that I was shaming and invalidating her medical condition. I reiterated that I was addressing the service I was receiving and had no way of knowing anything about her medical history before it was disclosed to me. During the conversation, the employee raised her voice. When I calmly asked that she not raise her voice at me since I was not raising mine at her, she responded, "I will raise my voice if I want." The employee also made comments suggesting that I believed I could speak to people a certain way because of "corporate" culture and stated that "here we are all equal." I had never mentioned my occupation, employer, position, or social status at any point during the interaction. These comments appeared unrelated to the issue being discussed and were based on assumptions rather than anything I had said. Despite the disagreement, I still intended to complete my purchase and continue placing my order. Instead, the employee turned to another staff member and stated, "Cancel their order. We're not serving them." I then asked to speak with management in hopes of resolving the matter professionally. The employee scoffed and informed me that she was management. Shortly thereafter, I was instructed to leave the establishment. My concern was never that an employee may have a medical condition. My concern was the manner in which a customer-service concern was handled. Customers cannot reasonably be expected to know an employee's medical history, and feedback about service should not automatically be treated as a personal attack. Professionalism requires addressing concerns respectfully, even when there is disagreement. I visited on a weekday, so it wasn't busy at all. Service: You can either place your order at the kiosk or at the register. There was only one worker at the time, but she's quick & efficient. Drinks: My go-to lately is the Seaside Green Thai Tea. I really enjoy how their Thai Green Tea tastes. It has a floral, sweet, and strong tea flavor. I sometimes get their coffee. It's strong and does the job. Their menu became a bit overwhelming bc they now offer so many seasonal drinks. Pricing: Krak Boba has their own rewards app. The app is really easy to use. My only pet peeve is how the coupon's expiration works. For ex, if a coupon says it'll expire on 6/16, it will literally expire once it hits midnight of 6/16. I was given a 50% off coupon that expired on 6/16, and of course I visited on 6/16. I didn't realize it already disappeared. Other than that, the app is helpful when mobile ordering, looking at menu items, and receiving points.

The employee at the register when picking up my drink (fair skin, glasses, multiple piercings) avoided eye contact and didn't acknowledge me at all. I had to try to flag someone down, and I wasn't the only one other customers were doing the same. That said, the other female employee who took my order was friendly and kind, which I appreciated. I get that it was busy, but a simple "I'll be right with you" or even eye contact goes a long way. Customer service and communication were definitely lacking during this visit.
