I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. Everything came out perfect. 10/10 for customer service, dry cleaning value, and size altering. Thank you for all your hard work.

I come here because they clean my vintage clothes, wool jackets, and men's suits flawlessly. I took a faux fur jacket to a different cleaner in the past, and they burned it; I had to give up that jacket and was so disappointed. I brought another faux fur item here with trepidation. Not only was it thoroughly cleaned, it was beautifully brushed into the correct shape. I was amazed!! They clean my vintage wool items with great care. I will always bring my dry cleaning here as long as I live in San Diego County, and they may cost a little more, but I am definitely getting what I'm paying for. And if you want someone to pat you on the head and tell you how nice you are, go to a therapist, not a dry cleaner. Come here if you want a good job on your special garments!

There was a lady at the counter for the dry cleaning area, which is a separate room from the laundromat area. They had a fairly quick turnaround for my dry cleaning and from what I can tell, they did a great job on mending the hole. It was a short visit, but I would come back if I need my dry cleaning done.

My husband had a few jackets done as well, and we were both really happy with the results and the overall service. One thing I really appreciate is that they send automated text messages when your dry cleaning is ready. It's such a convenient touch and makes pickup super easy. Perla helped us and she was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure everything was taken care of smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Since the laundromat and dry cleaners are connected, it's truly a "kill two birds with one stone" kind of place: you can wash your clothes and handle dry cleaning all in one stop. They could have just stiffed me and blamed me. But they took full responsibility and paid me for my loss. I give 5-stars because it is so uncommon these days to see good service. It is so uncommon to see a son step in and solve a problem so his Dad doesn't get "stressed out". It is so uncommon for people to accept responsibility without some blow out fight first, any more. The shirts collars were basically laying down when I put the shirt on...obviously have no idea how to press the collar, and as far as the pants...wow..do you not see a double crease!!! Seriously...so my fault...didn't realize until I was headed to work and pants looked like someone with no eyes put the crease in the legs!! That's just laziness...30$ wasted, but a lesson to be learned and shared...STAY AWAY!!!! You definitely can find better as I will, or at least just do my own ironing!!!
