    Classic sourdough loaf
    Harry Q.

Just wanted to leave a quick shout out to Isabella and Bet on Bread. As a fellow sourdough bread baker, game respects game. She's on a whole other level though by milling her own flour and doing things the right way with minimal ingredients and TLC. The classic sourdough and ancient grain sandwich bread are our favorites but everything is super tasty. They offer a super convenient online platform for ordering to pick up your bread at a farmers market all throughout the week and all throughout the valley. If you haven't tried Bet on Bread, you are missing out.

Great folks who make incredibly delicious sourdough bread. My favorite is the cheese jalapeño, but they're all excellent.

Ordered an ube coffee. Beyond amazing. Also got two strawberry cheese cake doughnuts and a mango mascarpone doughnut. Normally not a huge fan of filling doughnuts but these were perfect. Not overly sweet filling with a fresh taste. The lady who helped me was the sweetest and even gives kids little juice boxes. Not expected but so nice! Can't wait to go back and try more.

Very small interior, but a vast selection of treats. They offer donuts, cookies, even banana bread! Unfortunately with my evening visit, all of the donuts were sold out. Again, I came for the cookies so not a problem. I chose the Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie as well as the White Chocolate Chip Ube. I took them home as take out. Despite cooling down a bit, they stayed pretty warm (I still microwaved for good measure). These cookies are incredibly gooey, not at all cakey, and just sweet enough to still be flavorful. Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

After so many years of coming to Suzuya. I must say, they are very consistent and by now I think I've tried every regular item and plenty of yummy seasonal items. We love the salads when we're avoiding sugary stuff & pair it with a straight forward Matcha. For the desserts/pastries, my family loves the strawberry cake for birthdays. Me, I don't like cake unless it's cheesecake & they have a variety. Personally I do love the Yuzu Panna Cotta (ya I prolly spelt that wrong). && the macaroons are super great, ima MAC kinda guy, so a variety of flavors is a W! For the vibe inside! I love the music not having lyrics, super chill jazzy upbeat. So it's easy to concentrate for conversations, reading and online work. It's always very clean, constant flow of customers, some apparel & grab n go items. The colors are a soft wood, white and green plants all around with some gold accents and a clean appearance of staff, with positive attitudes. If I wanting anything more from the biz, it would be a reward system & larger sized drinks. I know bigger drinks aren't necessarily good for us, so I get it :-/ haha. Either way, 10 out of 10 biz!

Thank you, Mike, for taking the time to respond. I appreciate your acknowledgment of the other…read moreservice issues I experienced. However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.

Mango mochi: We had to try their famous mango mochi. They only limit to 2 per customer. One was the size of half cut mango. The mochi was soft and good. It was chewy with melt in your mouth texture. The cream was delicious. It was the star of the mochi. The mango was sweet the first time we tried. The next day when we came back, the mango was very sour that even the cream couldn't help cover the sourness. Mochi beignet: We got the powder sugar and matcha powder on the side since one of my family member didn't like matcha. We also got the chocolate sauce on the side with additional charge. The beignet was light and fluffy with a mochi filling. It came out fresh and hot. It was quite plain in terms of flavor. Even with the chocolate sauce it wasn't anything special. Overall, it was interesting experience. Someplace to try at least once. I did saw on IG that they expanded their menu and included strawberry mochi which I would try when I return to Vegas. They do have a line but it was quite quick. The mochi was also prepared quite quickly. When we visited over the summer, there was no service charge. It looks like they implemented the 6% service charge recently so be aware.

The place is small and the air circulation wasn't great, it felt pretty muggy inside. The line moved fast and smoothly, and it didn't take us long to order. We got the 6-piece Moignet, a Yuzu Lemonade, and Taro Cake. If you order other items along with the Moignet, they call your number twice. The first time, they called our number to pick up the Yuzu Lemonade and Taro Cake. Then they called our number again when the Moignet was ready. With all the hype and expectations, I was really looking forward to try it. But on my first bite, the outside of the Moignet was hard, and there wasn't much mochi inside. Second bite... same thing. Definitely not as good as I expected. The Taro Cake was okay, and the Yuzu Lemonade was refreshing. Well, sometimes it really is all about the hype! I tried it, I reviewed it, and I checked it off my list.
