At last minute, my friends and I made a reservation to try the Portland dinning month menu. All of us got the $55 menu option and we walked out so full due to generous portion and delicious bread. Cozy family style restaurant with friendly service.

Nice to see a classy, cozy restaurant in the heart of burbs of Beaverton. I've eaten a coupe times here both times on a vendor business meeting, IMHO bit pricey but decent, good service and good wine, not to many places that meet double need of good food, close and ambience for this kind of thing and this fits the bill. Appetizer plate was good as was the off duck special of the day. Others had the on menu hanger steak, good. The pizza was disappointing it was a unique not my taste from our pizza connoisseur's opinion and I just ate at Pizzeria Bianco... and I agreed, LOL

I gnawed my way into Bethany's Table fully prepared to critique--and left wondering if I should relocate my entire dam nearby. Let's start with the wood bar. Folks, this isn't just furniture; it's a lifestyle choice. The grain? Immaculate. The polish? Smoother than a freshly peeled alder. If bars were judged by beavers (and frankly, they should be), this one would win Best in Show and be promptly protected by a small but passionate rodent union. The service deserves a standing ovation--or at least a respectful tail slap. Attentive without hovering, friendly without chewing your ear off. Every server moved with the quiet confidence of someone who knows you're about to have a great meal and is slightly proud of it. And the food--oh, sweet river reeds. Each dish arrived looking so good I briefly forgot my natural instinct to hoard. Bold flavors, thoughtful execution, and not a single bite wasted. If excellence were chewable, this would be it. Bethany's Table doesn't just set the table--they raise the BAR Five stars, two paws, one very happy beaver. I'll be back...

Came in for some pasta. Food was good and so was the service. The star was the warm break and butter with finishing salt. Weren't crazy about their dessert offerings.

First off, I was so excited they were open for a special Dads and Grads brunch! I mean $30 for adults and $12 for kids and we were so satisfied and full! I truly wish they were open more often for brunch! Trust me, we'd be here routinely if they were! The price may seem high to some but when you consider it included coffee, fresh fruit (berries, grapefruit, nectarines, and cherries - just to name a few, an assortment of pastries, and choice of main dish, it truly was a deal! Our waiter, Justin, was so funny (and attentive) too! And with two toddlers, the restaurant was more than family friendly to our group of nine! And lastly, the huevos rancheros was absolutely to die for! Spiced just right with a wonderful hint of lime flavor - a definite must try!

After 3 days of craving great pasta, I FINALLY found it at Bethany's Table. And thank goodness! Staff were very kind and engaging. Based on my observations, this is a place for the locals. Ambiance is warm and calming. Although it does sound loud on the other side of the bar area. The sherry chicken liver mousse is absolutely decadent! The Caesar salad was good. The salad comes with the right amount of cheese and dressing. The croutons are large and delicious. And CLEARLY I loved their house made pasta! I had the spicy sausage rigatoni. It is spicy and the sausage is similar to a soppressata in terms of flavor and consistency. I will be back!!

I think we have found our new favorite restaurant in the area that features incredible pasta etc. We visited Bethany's Table last Wednesday, and we had a wonderful visit. My wife hade the Cacio e Pepe, (a bit strong of truffle) our daughter had the wonderful Sunny Bella and I had the remarkably presented Lasagna. Everything was excellent. We started with an excellent bottle of L' Ecole Frenchtown 21. We then moved into two appetizers, the Arancini that was filled with short rib and rice. The flavor was so good. Then we also shared the Fried Artichoke. It has been a long time since I have seen that on a menu, and it was fantastic. The lemon aioli was a great accompaniment. My daughter and I did share a Caesar Salad and it was perfect. I did not like the $2 split charge. We did not need separate plates. The accompanying bread was incredible as well. The server Joseph, was friendly and very engaging. He was training that evening, and we could see why, as he was extremely knowledgeable.

Super cozy extremely flavorful food and the best servers. Will be headed back to this place. We had the steak bites which were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The spicy shrimp and polenta. The carbonara was amazing and rich with handmade noodles. Altogether the perfect balance of rich and savory food for a filling dinner all under $100 for two people.

Yes I love a Willamette Valley Pinot or a Washington Cabernet, but I get a lot of those when I'm visiting these areas, which I do frequently. At Muse you can enjoy a red from France, Spain, Italy, as well as local. Lots of whites and some bubbles, too. You can do a tasting of three half glass pours of your choice, or order a glass. Some nights they have tastings that they have preselected. Last night, based on Alex's recommendation, after telling him my preferences, I had the 2021 Crozes-Hermitage from Paris. It was a bigger red, but so smooth. Next I went with the Rioja Gran Reserva which was more fruit forward. Another winner. Their cheese and jam plates are fabulous, the cheese especially delicious, and pair perfectly with the wines. Simple, balanced, and executed well. The wine pairing complemented everything nicely without overpowering the food, which I appreciated. I basically chilled in my room after checking in and took the time to relax before my reservation. I walked over from my hotel which took under 10 minutes. The perfect amount of time to work up an appetite. The last time I was here, I did the tasting menu with a couple of friends. This time around I was by myself which meant it was less food. I chose the seat at the very corner of the bar. I had a full view of the kitchen and the chaos. Plates of food came flying down my corner. I went in so hard in the beginning and crashed so hard at the end. I couldn't hang by the last one, but saved room for the dessert. They ended up wrapping my leftovers along with the snacks I didn't finish. I went to town on all the food the following morning. Just like last time, the dish that stood out the most was the pasta dish. One of the servers caught me mid shimmy after I took the first bite. I have to mention how amazing the service was. I'm always impressed when a busy kitchen staff has their shit together. It's poetry in motion. How they don't crash into each other when so much is happening. Every person who dropped by my corner was so nice and friendly. Most importantly, I didn't feel rushed. The post meal calamansi treat was a nice touch. It woke my senses. I'm glad I had dinner early. By the time I was finishing up, more patrons were checking in for their reservations. I walked back to my hotel with my bag of leftovers and a j to enjoy on my stroll to end a fabulous Friday. See you again next time.
