Its more humid inside than outside during the summer, and naturally in the summer the smell gets worse. There is no climate control. If it rains the parking lot is unusable unless you have a canoe. In the winter time bring ice skates. The elevator is a disaster, it is constantly broken down. The staff are kinda of rude and creepy. This whole place should be condemned. So if you don't want to keep things of value than this is the place for you.

I will split my review into two pieces - junk removal and yard cleanup. Junk Removal: B Again, this guy wasn't cheap but we needed a few (heavy) things out quickly and he got the job done and fast. As commented above, my knock is about having two bed frames remain in our house. Yard Cleanup: D Our neighbors tree fell into our backyard due to an ice storm. The tree was picked up but we needed help picking up a fence that was broken as well as other debris in the yard. We were charged $100 for the cleanup and the only thing that was done was removal of leaves in our yard. The next day, we gathered the rest of the mess and couldn't help but feel like the job was half done. I recommend making sure you're on top of everything before he leaves. Overall, will get rid of your junk fast, but cannot recommend the yard cleanup. There is definitely a need to babysit the process.

I worked with Geraldine for the initial virtual walkthrough to get an estimate of the costs. She was amazing. They have a local moving company in San Diego that they work with. On moving day, the movers came and picked up our stuff and put them into 4 wooded crate containers. We opted for the crate containers because we needed to put our stuff in storage while we shopped for a house in CT. They drove our stuff out to Newtown, CT where they put our items in storage. From the on, I worked with Kyla on billing and let her know when we were ready to have our items delivered to the new house (about 2-3 months later). We paid for a portion of the bill upon pickup of our items and then the remainder upon delivery. We also paid a monthly fee for few months of storage. The overall communication with the company has excellent. The movers on both sides were great. Roberto, our lead delivery person (2 guys) that delivered our items were great as well. They were quick and asked to make sure where things should go. Absolutely recommend for local and long distance moves! They made it much easier to move cross country!

Today I had a sofa delivered to my apartmen. Dealing with the management setting up the move was seem less and the quote was reasonable. I requested the two guys who moved me before. The manager made sure they were available. So glad they were. Goran and his team were efficient, friendly, pleasant, charming and on time! So glad I discovered Perfect Moving.
