I finally made it to a Better Buzz Coffee, I had to see what all the BUZZ was about. When I pulled in around 7am on a weekday, there weren't any parking spots available, so drive thru it was! And my experience was great, the people working are SOOO friendly. Lots of items on the menu, I narrowed it down to the Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap and the hot version of the Pumpkin Best Drink Ever. Ok this place is super good. I had their crunch wrap and the Carmel vanillla latte and both items were delicious. Staff was super friendly and helpful and they were very quick even though the line was super long. My only issue is how the drive thru and parking area sit. It is super close so when you are in the drive thru the people parked can't get out. It makes for that to get very congested. The service at this location is always timely and friendly. I got the coconut matcha with coconut cold cream and as usual it was fantastic. I always order half sweet. My husband got the best drink ever coconut and he absolutely loves this drink. We will both be so sad when it leaves the menu as they are both seasonal items. This place has nice indoor seating although we normally just order and leave because we are always in a hurry. I would recommend coming with a group of friends and chilling in the cafe or even just come yourself for reading and enjoying a coffee. Ok I wish this was in the Midwest because this was freaking good quality. I have never heard of better buzz growing up in Downtown Minneapolis and I was very impressed with the quality of the matcha craft beverages they had especially on their summer menu. I really wanted to try the açaí bowls but I just finished a workout and their avocado toast looked like the perfect lunch! I added a hard boiled egg and some bacon on top which i highly recommend. Hands down though if you're looking for something savory I recommend the ham and cheese croissant hit out of the toaster oven. 10/10 I'd order that every time. Super flaky and soft. I'm a big matcha fan so I did try the coconut matcha. It tasted so good with the coconut milk. I should have stirred it a bit more because the bottom was a bit sweet but I think you can't go wrong if you like coconut milk and matcha. Their salted foam coconut latte cakes Best Drink Ever was pretty good! I actually liked this more than the matcha since it didn't taste as sweet and I loved the toasted coconut flakes on top. There was also plenty of outlets if you wanted to work remotely here. They do blast music so I'd recommend noise cancelling headphones. Bring a light jacket too because the AC was blasting inside. I went here for a Yelp Elite event. I think workers can definitely make or break a place. The 2 workers that assisted me were super nice, and not that fake kind of nice. 10/10 for service. When I asked about menu items, they were knowledgeable and patient when my mini was indecisive. I had one of the summertime Coconut drinks, I think it was called the "Coconut best drink ever" and I like coconut, don't love it, but this was legit. It wasn't overly sweet. The coffee was robust in flavor without being over the top. It was smooth and literally a perfect iced coffee when it's over 100 degrees out (according to my car anyway). But this was so good, I didn't add any extra espresso shots but you could if you wanted. I thought it was amazeballs as is, but definitely would try it with a bit extra, bc I too, can be a bit extra. Kiddo wanted the lavender tea latte. She thought it had a nice flavor. I took a sip and it wasn't bad at all, lavender just isn't my flavor of choice. Sandos- I had the "Better Breakfast" sandwich. Yes I was starving so sometimes it makes things hit different, buuuuttttt. Omg. This was literally exactly what I wanted. It was a hot pretzel bun (and who doesn't like soft hot pretzels) with havarti cheese toasted on there, with crisp non-greasy bacon, an egg, and arugula, with a garlic aioli. The garlic aioli wasn't overpowering, it was nicely accented with the peppery arugula. When I was ordering, they were like, do you want to add avocado? Obvi yes, I didn't even know that was an option. Kiddo wanted the ham and cheese croissant but they were out. Next time we'll just have to pop in earlier bc it was busy. She got the bacon ciabatta instead. She gave me a bite, and I like ciabatta, don't love it, but it was still good. It tastes like the ciabatta from Costco, but idk if it's from there or not. The spicy chipotle aioli wasn't overpowering not too spicy at all. She loved it. Muenster cheese, crispy bacon with egg, she was in heaven and said she would definitely get it again. This location has a drive thru, we were going to park and go in but there were no spots open until I literally was in the drive thru. So I have no idea about the interior, but I do like the bee theme. One thing that would be super cute is if they sold sugar cookies with royal icing, to look like bees or their logo or something. When we were there I just wished they had them bc I was totally craving a sugar cookie to top off my order. #sweetlife If this location was closer to me, I'd be back a lot. Waking up this morning with a request to get some seasonal coffee offerings from the one called J-Wow, I crawled out of bed, got ready for Sunday Funday, and off we went to get buzzed at Better Buzz. I got the Blueberry Pancake Cold Brew while Joyce got the Miso Sweet and Salty Caramel Latte with coconut milk. Both drinks were light in flavor but balanced. While I didn't get much of a caffeine kick, even though I had a cold brew, it did its job for a socially packed Sunday. I've been enjoying this San Diego coffee chain. So, for all of us eggnog latte-loving folk, I'm so happy to report that Better Buzz has this drink on their holiday menu! And it is YUMMY. I just ordered it hot and the staff was so kind to explain how it's made. I've always been curious how much ACTUAL eggnog is in this latte. At Better Buzz, they use a 1:1 mixture of eggnog and milk, which is steamed and added to the espresso shot(s). So, you really do get a good creamy eggnog taste, but it's not too heavy. With many of the large chain coffee shops removing eggnog from their holiday menus, it's so good to know I can still get my go-to holiday drink at Better Buzz. read more

Oh so yummy! This place kept us energized for our girls weekend in Scottsdale. With dozens of delicious caffeinated drink options, there were also plenty of pastries and small bites to choose from. I tried their 3 Seed avocado toast which was fine, nothing soon crazy. I'm glad the toast was huge as we were climbing Camelback mountain in a couple hours. This toast and an ice matcha kept me through the three hour hike in the dry Arizona heat! I also tried their cold brew with vanilla foam another day which was fine. My last treat was a pistachio croissant. I asked for it warmed but they forgot. The pistachio filling was lackluster but the flakey croissant offered a nice texture. I appreciated the subtle sweetness and nothing was overdone. Wish they had a Better Buzzed over on the East Coast! read more

I don't live near here, but wanted to find out what the buzz about this San Diego chain was all about. This Phoenix location is the first in Arizona for Better Buzz Coffee. I came here not too long after their opening when the lines were still a little crazy. I feel that they were efficient in moving the line as best as they could. Better Buzz Coffee serves a variety of handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks, teas, cold brews, smoothies, pastries and grilled sandwiches. The location has a drive-thru or you can sit and enjoy your drink inside. They have a lot of merchandise like hats, shirts and mugs, They also sell their coffee products to make at home. Better Buzz Coffee offers a number of flavored canned energy drinks called Buzz Energy. I was intrigued by their Moroccan Spice and Horchata Lattes, but opt for their classic Best Drink Ever. I wouldn't call it the best, but I did enjoy my first drink from here. I read that they are opening a location in the East Valley (closer to home) and look forward to trying some new flavors there. read more

I stopped by just a moment ago with my husband and kiddo. I will say I'm very disappointed with this experience and I come here often. About 1-2 times a week if not more. Better buzz locations are not near me so I actually go out of my way to come here, they are all about 20-30 minutes away from me. This location is the closest to me. I always order the Snickerdoodle Latte with the cinnamon cold foam with 1/2 decaf and oat-milk with caramel drizzle, my son gets the mango smoothie without the energy and my man gets the killer bee with cream. The guy at the drive through window kept messing up my order when I asked for him to repeat it so I had to tell him like 3-4 times the order again. I am also in a hurry today so I really did not have much time to sit here and keep repeating. However, the last time he repeated it, it was finally correct. Then I get my order and my man is missing the cream in his coffee. I am missing my cinnamon cold foam, my son's smoothie cup broke in his hands with a slit down the middle of his cup and his smoothie got all over him and in the truck. The service was just not it this time around. Highly disappointed to be honest. This is my favorite coffee shop and this just put a bitter taste in my mouth. I know Better Buzz is better than this.... I would have turned around and went back in line or inside to get this all fixed but I was in a hurry and this just put me in a bad mood and decided to just forget it. Cashier associate helped me look for powder I was interested in buying, only to change my mind. Give this girl a gold star for being patient & personable towards me, who didn't have her ish together. My favorite on my 1st visit was Best Drink Ever. This visit, my new favorite is the Mocha de Mexico. Which I spilled when I tried to leave. A girl being interviewed as this was happening sprung into action to help me clean my mess. HIRE THAT GIRL! She is who you want on your team. For the staff that immediately asked if I was ok, did I get burned, you helped ease my embarrassment. Not to mention other staff behind the counter that came to ny rescue with a mop. I was prepared to buy another as this was my mistake. Before my flood of coffee was even cleaned up, someone assured me they were making me a new one. And didn't even charge me which truth be told, I didn't expect. A heartfelt MAHALO as we say back home in HI. You exuded what we know in the islands as the Aloha spirit. I've been ordering this pretty regularly on DoorDash (and trying different coffees) and it's been great every time so far! The substitute gf bread isn't too dense and tastes delicious, egg and bacon are cooked well, and sauces add good flavor. The coffees are always rich in flavor with good varieties on the menu. Although I wish there were straws included in the delivery orders at least for blended drinks as they're a bit thicker.
