And forgot the banana on top of that. I was so excited that pumpkin was back but got let down- the drink didn't even taste like pumpkin? Don't love this place. I am from Southern California and better buzz never misses when I'm back home. I was so excited when they opened this location, I was thinking I would be a regular. However, it was upsetting, I've had items mixed up, coffee not taste right. I sent an email and they did tell me management was changing so I hope things are better now! This is the best coffee shop. I'm not certain but I think it's organic and high quality. I can tell you most coffee messes with me but Better Buzz drinks (coffee, espresso, tea) don't. I rarely give out 5 star ratings - business has to be exceptional. This Better Buzz location hits all the marks! We were greeted immediately by friendly barista - helped in making our selections. They have a great selection of pastries that they warm up for you. The location has plenty of parking, the store is bright with lots of seating and a drive thru. Service was quick and the drinks / pastries are very tasty! We had an almond kouign-amann , choc chip scone , a chili crunch breakfast wrap and seasonal drinks. My daughter is signed up for their reward program and gets great offers often - yet another positive. read more

Our favorite coffee shop from California has arrived!! so glad they added this spot to Scottsdale. Anything "coconut" from there is our favorite, but especially the coconut buzz! I hate to give one star but after three visits, my experience hasn't improved. The only drink that isn't overly sweet is the Best Drink Ever. Drinks aside, it's the service here for me that I can't stand. My first visit, since I've never been to a Better Buzz Coffee before, the cashier couldn't tell me anything about the menu... My other two orders I decided to just go through their app. However it was my last mobile order that was ridiculous! Don't have a mobile order pick up area if you're just going to hold onto the drink behind the counter! I stood at the mobile order pick up area for five minutes before I asked about my drink. Turns out it had been ready sitting by the drive thru window.. It shouldn't be the customers job to micromanage their drinks- especially when they mobile order. After loving this place in San Diego, we were excited that it opened here. We've been three or four times now and the coffee is great. The ambiance is super cute and many people were working with laptops or conversing with one another. Only downside is that the restrooms could really use some TLC. Floors look like they rarely get mopped and toilet paper all over by the trash can and elsewhere. Also, floors throughout the entire restaurant were dirty while the girls behind the counter continue to chat amongst themselves rather than clean. My favorite coffee joint from Southern California has made its way to Arizona! I celebrated with a best drink ever, it was as good as I remember. The young lady at the drive thru did an excellent and thorough job with my order and everything in between. I wish my iced drink was slightly cooler - I could tell they poured the hot espresso right over ice and when I took my first sip my espresso (while fresh) was also lukewarm! Just a quick thought! I was so excited to try this location because my love of Better Buzz is strong! Anytime in the San Diego area it's my first stop. When the opened up in Phoenix I was there as well as Tempe and their newest in Surprise....You get it. So today when I arrived and I was greeted right away by multiple employees I was happy. The location has a cute set up with a couch and chairs, high tops and a few smaller tables. There is a drive thru if you're in a hurry. Parking was pretty simple and I had no issues there either. I ordered my go to Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew and an iced matcha tea latte. The location was clean inside and pretty busy what you come to expect at Better Buzz. My name was called quickly and as soon as I had my drink I was a bit bummed at how much more foam there was to cold brew. While a bit taken aback I cared more of the taste at that moment because I'd looked forward to it the entire drive over. Unfortunately the flavor was not there. The brew tasted a bit over watered yet sour if that makes sense. I drank about half before I got home where I poured the rest out. Hopefully it was just an off day, but today was a let down for me. I've been waiting for his one! Tasty, fast, and clean. I've been to the location in Phoenix but this one is way less hectic and quick service. Definitely will return! I was so excited for buzz's to come to scottsdale but truly underwhelmed by the lack of knowledge of the staff in making the signature drinks (they don't taste same) and the avocado toast is terrible. In San Diego, it's chunky and bread is fresh and thick. Here it's just a spread on thin dry bread and isn't fresh at all ... truly sad that my fav San Diego spot is not here in Arizona /( Staff are more concerned with socializing than helping customers.
