I was visiting Scottsdale from out of town and decided to try Better Buzz Coffee, so glad I did! My coffee was great, but honestly what made the stop memorable was the service. Wesley was awesome! Definitely w world a difference from the buzz's in Encinitas San Diego. Can't even compare! I was so excited for buzz's to come to scottsdale but truly underwhelmed by the lack of knowledge of the staff in making the signature drinks (they don't taste same) and the avocado toast is terrible. In San Diego, it's chunky and bread is fresh and thick. Here it's just a spread on thin dry bread and isn't fresh at all ... truly sad that my fav San Diego spot is not here in Arizona /( Staff are more concerned with socializing than helping customers. Great visit at Better Buzz Scottsdale. I tried the Banana Best drink and it lived up to the name, smooth, balanced, and really well done. Paired it with the chili sandwich which had great flavor and a solid build. Cookie at the end was a nice touch. Team was friendly, quick, and the overall vibe felt dialed in. Went back and had a much better experience. We got 4 iced drinks all had normal amounts of ice. I got the Moroccan Iced coffee and had it had wonderful flavor. The staff still seemed a little overwhelmed so it was a bit slow and difficult to get attention when you needed something fixed. Hopefully it's just growing pains but seemingly could benefit from more help and leadership. read more

Went through the drive through with my guinea pigs and the nice baristas (shout-out Ash!) gave me "pup cups" of arugula! The guinea girls loved it; I got the Dream Big Quinoa bowl, which was AMAZING! I also got an OG açaí bowl, with extra honey, and I added coconut as well. Nastasya encouraged me to try the matcha tea latte with coconut in it instead of vanilla, and it was DELISH! My little sister got the snickerdoodle latte, which came topped with cinnamon sugar sprinks! The drive thru went fast and efficiently, and Nick and Ash made sure I got my order quickly! The manager, Edith, also popped her head out to say hello to the guineas! Their Best Drink Ever was the best drink ever and I went back the following day because I could not stop thinking about it. SOMEHOW, their cinnamon cream cold brew was EVEN BETTER. She's really knows how to get personable which I believe more coffee stands should incorporate this as it reminds me of Seattle area coffee stands.
