Once our meal was ready, we were missing two shakes. a young man said he would grab them for us, but he never came back. Ari came back to the counter, and we told her we were waiting and she got them right away for us. She gave my kids some fun packs and was very helpful. I even saw her once again in the dining room during my meal, and she offered to clear our table and made sure we were taken care of.
