The Italian bread was perfect because it was fresh with that slight chew in the crust and slightly dense to hold up to this messy sandwich and the generous mayo really makes this sandwich. My first bite was like WOW this is fu%king delicious and a more like a gourmet sub compared to the well known chains. I don't mind paying a premium price for something that is better than most sandwich shops. Overall I'm impressed with this sandwich quality and quantity vs taste. For entrees we got: BLT, Blacked Fish Tacos (with extra bacon), Pesto Encrusted Salmon, and Salmon Power Salad. A note about the Pesto "Encrusted" Salmon.
