This review is solely based on my experience trying to schedule an appointment. I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 star only because Betty was actually very responsive while requesting a quote and setting up an appointment. However, only 10 minutes prior to the appointment she informs me that she is unable to come due to a personal matter. I was very disappointed I did not received notification earlier (even 1 hour earlier would have been much more professional). I am not confident that she would have even provided a cancelation text if i hadn't messaged her earlier that day to let her know she can park in the drive way when she was expected to arrive. I suspect my message reminded her of the appointment she no longer was able to attend. Ultimately, we went with another local service that provided personal text, automated text, and email confirmation after securing an appointment date. There are other professionals out there; you do not need to settle. read more

We wanted to go with a local cleaning service but we ultimately did not end up using her services due to scheduling and communication issues. This review is base on our experience trying to schedule a initial cleaning with her. We first reached out about a week out before our ideal date to schedule a service for a Friday. She was thorough and looked up our place up plus had us take pictures of the current state before providing an estimate. I thought her pricing was reasonable and we agreed on a date (or so I thought). We followed up with her regarding a time, but received no responses. No big deal people get busy and we were quite flexible as long as it was that Friday. We follow up with her the Tuesday to confirm Friday and to ask, again, about a time. She responded that day no longer works for her and suggested Saturday instead. We already had plans on Saturday so we told her the time we will be available- 11 am. She asked if we could do 8 am instead. We said no, 10 am was the earliest we can be available. Silence. So considering our earlier exchange, we started looking for a different service. Friday night, she gets back to us and tells us a team will be showing up the following day at 10 am along with payment instructions. We told her we longer needed her services since she never confirmed a time. (Fool me once...) We went with one of the franchised businesses and scheduling was a breeze. Overall, its been a frustrating experience and we will not be considering her services again. read more

I needed a last minute move in cleaning for our 2 bed 1 bath home. Betty response rate was great and she was very communicative. Her prices were average to others but she was able to send a team over in 2 days time so we were so appreciative as we have a 1 year old and 4 year old and moving is so stressful as it is. Sadly upon move in it appeared her workers; Betty wasn't present, had only done a mediocre job and missed major cleaning points. The appliances and bathroom were spotless and for that I was very grateful. The cupboards were still dirty inside, as were the fronts of them. The entire house has dust and dirt all over the baseboards and other areas that should be covered in a move in clean. I was left with no choice to clean it myself as we had already moved in and needed to unpack. When I reached out a few days later she said I should have told her sooner and she would have sent them back. I tried with vain to explaining we had moved in directly after the clean and I had to fix their wrongs. She never responded back until I told her I was going to leave her this review. I am a property manager and a full time mom, I know the hustle but sadly Betty doesn't put her customers first. read more

She did a move out cleaning and got rid of some annoying grease stains I've had on my kitchen walls for over a year. We needed an emergency clean to get our house ready for move in. We specifically addressed areas that really needed a scrub down (i.e., the cabinets in the kitchen) and that we were okay if our boxes and other areas are left untouched. They did the best they could with the mess that we inherited from the house before we could move in. I did however take off two stars because I felt like I had to go back and clean the cabinets because we found the previous owner's old food and stuff in it and clean the moldings again. read more

Need to edit this review because, at the time I wrote it, we had not moved into the house that Betty or Daisy just "cleaned". We recently moved into a rental, so it was empty and in semi-clean condition. My regular cleaner was busy and the owner allowed us to move in earlier, so I had sought Betty's help to dust all the shelves, mop and thoroughly sanitize because the house had been vacant for 5 months. This would've been an easy task since there are no furniture, nor obstruction to hold her back from accessing areas that are easy and hard to reach. Instead, I found spiders and spider webs, thick dust on problem areas and unwiped down top shelving. I was so disappointed. Nevertheless, I reached out to Betty/Daisy to rectify the unsatisfactory service by admonishing her to come back. She responded but didn't show up. I ended up doing the bulk of the work that I had paid her to do. My Yelp reviews are consistently for amazing or worst service. I can't keep a 5 stars on here, because then it'll be deceitful. I hope that Betty can look into improving and showing up or call when she can't. I'll keep the 2 stars for the positives I pointed out on my original review below. ----------------------- Called her yesterday, needed her today. And she came through. 0 star- Requested a specific service for cleaning the bathroom and windows and fridge without dusing or vaccuum by text message. Only ONE maid arrived 15 minutes late and kept insisting on doing a standard cleaning and dusing despite us showing her the text messages we had with Betty and our agreement. The maid also kept saying she has another appointment after us and need to go. It looks like that the maid had a standard cleaning agreement with Betty while we had a different agreement with Betty. In time of disagreement, she only responds the calls from the maid and not the customer (us in this case). She only calls when she needs the payment. We have tried her services twice and disappointed both times with how the service and time is handled. Do NOT recommend if you need specific need, very dissatisfied. Good only for standard cleaning but we can find that cheaper from other service providers. read more

I waited for Betty and I got a text message from her that she was running late and held up so she rescheduled me at 2 pm, and 2 pm came and she texted me again if we can rescheduled to another date . I advised we already agreed to the time and date. I waited all day for her and if she can come at a later time then, she responded "does anytime work" , and after that went completely MIA. No call or other form of communication from her . Luckily I was able to find someone else who was able to do the job for cheaper also and did a great job. I would not recommend Betty at all. Complete disappointment , I waited all day for her and she never showed and didn't even text me back to reschedule . I had reached out to them on Thursday evening and they were able to schedule the cleaning on Friday - in such short notice! The price was very reasonable and competitive, and Betty was flexible with the rates when I mentioned that we had recently did carpet cleaning and that the rooms were in a pretty good state.
