One of my biggest regrets in life was allowing this orthodontist to convince me to close the gap of a missing tooth by shifting my existing teeth, which resulted in a slight overbite. I remember him mentioning this end result like it wasn't a big deal, and I naively said Ok. What good orthodontist would ever recommend or authorize treatment that results in an overbite? Now my top teeth sit slightly over my bottom lip. He was always very kind, which is what's even more frustrating, but in hindsight, it feels like his suggestion to close the gap was to get me to do a longer invisilign treatment and I didn't know any better. read more

He constantly reassured me. It would be OK. He didn't listen to my Needs. Rose was awesome. Sid misled me you know I like the guy. I just thought that it wasn't right that he said that he was gonna be moving the teeth, but there was oldest relaying to his assistant, which assistant was great, but he should have me work with his assistant from the beginning wasting time and then rushing me and then when I said, I was scared that there was a real issue. One of my biggest issues were being overlooked and he said no no it'll be fine and as soon as I had a problem, he just did not give me service and just basically did not want to fix it and he just put on the show with some nonsense retainers that he gave me as if that was gonna fix it created a whole new big problem for me that I'm dealing with to this day and he just wanted me to sign something to not hold him responsible or else he didn't wanna even help me at all they seem even though legally he is liable and he can't even do that but just a little things that he did really turned me off as a person to the deceptive kind of things he was doing, which was totally unnecessary. He could've just been honest with me and he would've been fine and he could've been patient with my situation and instead of doing this relaying stuff I should've been talking to Rose after speaking with him or all of us together so I seen some weird kind of things going on here. I was not happy with and at the end I got screwed. I didn't get help on my situation got even more complicated and I just had to deal with this on my own what he did wasn't helping. read more

Dr. Molayem is a very experienced Orthodontist and a very gentle and kind doctor. My 10 year old son is currently under his care for orthodontic work. I needed a second opinion for my 7 year old daughter and Dr. Molayem saw her, examined her teeth, reviewed her X-rays and gave me his recommendation which was so valuable to me and put me at ease! I truly appreciate it! They even didn't charge me for seeing my daughter. The Doctor, the assistants and the office staff are very friendly and truly helpful all the time. My son, Cássio, just got his braces off today, and his teeth look amazing! We started seeing Dr. Molayem when Cássio was 10 years old. He had a severe overbite and crowding, and we were worried that he would need to have surgery to correct it. Dr. Molayem assured us that surgery was not necessary and that he could correct Cássio's teeth with braces. Cássio wore braces for two and a half years, and we are so happy with the results. His teeth are now perfectly aligned, and his overbite is gone. His smile is beautiful and white, and there are no weird ridges or white spots on his teeth. Dr. Molayem and his staff were amazing throughout the entire process. They were always friendly and helpful, and they always took the time to answer our questions. We never felt rushed or pressured, and we always felt like we were in good hands. We two emergencies while my son had braces and they handled both of them immediately. One was when he was hit in the mouth with a football, and was bleeding and they got us in on a weekend to make sure that everything was ok and suggested a mouth piece when paying flag football. Also another time his bracket came off, from eating something, and they got us in the next morning to fix immediately. No Charge! I have referred 3 different families that we know to Dr Molayem. This review is old but needs to be shared. I came across this yelp page and wanted to voice my frustration. Years ago , my father and Dr.Molayem had a business deal which instead of payment. He agreed to treat me and help with braces. Almost 2 years in , he said it will cost more than expected and refused to see me until paid in full. I was only 16 years old with a mouth full of braces needing adjustments. Other doctors refused to see me for liability issues . Since, I was under care of another dr. I still have nightmares about the situation. Too bad this was many years ago and I was a minor. He deserves a lawsuit for abandoning patients half way in-between treatment. This review is almost 9 years in the making, and I could never describe in any amount of words the satisfaction I hold with the work of Dr. Molayem and his team at Beverly Hills Braces. I got my braces when I was 10 years old, back in October of 2012, with one of the most complicated cases of misplaced teeth that most Drs. have ever seen. After years of check ups with Dr. Molayem, more oral surgeries that I can count on one hand, and growing up from pre-teen to teen to young adult, I have gotten my braces off right before my 19th birthday with (as my friends and family like to compliment) a beautiful smile. Dr. Molayem has always been professional, while still expressing care for his patients, and carrying out a brilliant job. The ladies behind the front desk always were eager to know the latest in my life and made my stressful process as easy as possible. It took a lot of trial and error to find the right orthodontost. 3 top doctors said that my son needed to have surgery to take out on his front teeth. For Dr. Molayem, that was not necessary. With his talent, he fixed my son's smile without surgery. Sid, is amazing. Yes, Sid! Because he's OK with the relaxation and abandoning the formalities of being addressed as Dr. Molayem. The kids like him a lot, but of course he still is in their mouth, so no kid is going to be completely in love with anyone in dentistry, but nevertheless, from a parent's point of view, he's truly amazing. He not only allows the parents to come and watch him practice his orthodontia on your kids, but he also invites you to take a look at what he's doing along the way. He explains everything and is never irritated because you're asking, but rather on the contrary, delighted to give you insight. On the coin, he's also a very gentle man. He approaches everyone with a smile. If you haven't met him, he makes sure to introduce himself. Next time you arrive, he greets you nicely again. So yes, I recommend him highly from the perspective of interpersonal communication as well as bedside manner. As for his orthodontia work. It goes without saying that he loves his craft. Anyone knows that one who loves his craft, generally does amazing work. This is the case with Dr. Sid. All his work is artistry. Yes, you're going to have a bit of discomfort and initial pain at the beginning of any orthodontic installment, but he minimizes that by asking along the way about your comfort level. I saw 4 orthodontics for consultations before Dr Molayem. All of them told me that I need to get a surgery to fix under bite and straight my teeth. I've known Dr. Molayem for over 10 years now. My first time going was when I was in the 8th grade and needed braces, trust me I was no easy fix. However, he and his team were always kind, caring and just warm whenever I needed them. I had them on all the way till the summer before 11th grade. When I say they were perfect I mean perfect! A few years passed and I didn't wear my retainer like I should have so I had to go back and slightly readjust the four front teeth again.
