It's broken 3 times now and all 3 times this service center told me to go rent a car bc they have no loaners for me, even tho I pay $3400/month for a lease. SERVICE DEPARTMENT Brought in my 911 I purchased a year ago CPO for a recall back up camera, and experiencing recurring issues with passenger side door speaker for the 3rd time and hoping it's finally fixed, decided to get oil change done while the vehicle is there and honoring Porsche Woodland Hills price, (-$200) , returned back 3rd day to pick up and noticed the interior passenger side panel where they worked on the speaker issue was scratched and it appeared that an exacto blade left a big mark and when I mentioned it to Carlos Lazo he said he would look into it and the next day sent me a picture of the panel from a video that's unclear to view and said it was like that when you dropped it off according to his manager and have yet to hear back from anyone else from the service department. Mid as hell dealership experience, everyone was pretty much nice enough to keep their jobs. I just bought a 2014 Cayenne to use as a mountain car and there was some open recalls. The turnaround was really good, about a day, but they broke my key and somehow lost the damn emergency key? So they kinda repaired it, but when I brought it to everyone's attention, they just looked at me like I was an idiot. The dealership charges 700 dollars for a new key and 400 for installation and then they have the nerve to look at me like "oh, your broken key isn't a big deal get over it". I will only be coming back for free recalls of course, thank god for independent mechanics and youtube DIY videos. That's dealership folks! Go to your local mechanic who will charge you 50% less than dealership and won't break your damn key!! read more

There's definitely something going on with the Beverly Hills dealerships in general. You hear "Beverly Hills" and you expect a certain level of prestige and service, right? Unfortunately, my experience was kind of the opposite. For a bit of context, I've dealt with Mercedes of Beverly Hills before and it was honestly the worst service experience I've had. Now with Porsche, I have a new Carrera GTS and I was in the area when a check engine light popped on. I knew it was probably just a minor glitch, maybe a software thing, and I figured since I was close by I'd just swing in and ask if they could run a quick diagnostic to clear it up. Well, they basically told me they were too backed up and that they'd need the car for a couple of days even though I asked for a simple diagnostic. That just didn't sit right with me, so I drove about half an hour to Porsche of Woodland Hills. And guess what? They had it sorted in 45 minutes. It was indeed just a minor code and they cleared it right up. So the bottom line: I'm pretty disappointed in the Beverly Hills Porsche service. You'd think with that name they'd have a higher standard, but my experience was way better elsewhere. After all, the reviews speaks for themselves. You do not feel like you're walking into a high end car service center. Staff doesn't seem like they care about customer service and they don't even go over the items you're being charged, even though it's in the thousands for basic maintenance. They did loan me a car, but wasn't even a Porsche and never refunded the $300 hold for the rental, I had to call after I noticed it in my card. Good thing I did, otherwise it would have just feel through the cracks! Also, the "snacks" and drinks were very basic. I had more options when I had a Lexus and their service center was top notch with friendly helpful staff. Do better Porsche! We're already paying 100% up charge as it it. read more

This is my 4th Porsche. I all drive them less than 6,000 miles per year. In my current 911 started having battery problems. Never had that before. The car is under warrant and I purchased the optional warranty coverages. Service told me that the warranty, including the additional warranties, would not cover the battery replacement ($1,500) because "...I don't drive the car enough..."??? Absurd: I drove all my Porsches the same amount and never had a battery problem. Hence, it can only be a deficient battery. They confirmed that the battery was no good and yet they are disingenously hooking their hat to the absurd "...not enough mileage..." Lesson learned: never buy the additional warranties. Also, quit your job, live far away from the office, don't travel on business and vacations because you should drive your car more so you can get Porsche to be honest with you in case you need warranty work. This is sick!!! Don't buy a Porsche. You may lose your freedom to drive it as needed. read more

Every medium sized town in America has a stunning Porsche dealership and service department, but in "Beverly Hills," you get run down rinky-dink buildings, overworked and stressed out staff. The AC was leaking on me in the waiting area. The Lexus dealer has a barista, just saying. The mechanics are cool and knowledgeable, but my car was there for over a month for very little work. Unethical. I would avoid this dealership if you are not local...and even then I would avoid based off how I was treated. I was working with Mike Yoakim to purchase a used Porsche. We had agreed on a price subject to the Porsche passing a PPI. I researched and found the closest independent shop I could find. I paid $500 to have the PPI done. I reached out to Mike with the results of the PPI the same day it was done still interested in the car. I gave him the result of the PPI and he ghosted me. I followed up today and he (may have been someone else as it goes through their system) responded they sold the car to someone else. Completely unethical and rude. We had an agreed price and they knew I had paid a decent amount of money having the PPI done. read more

This place is a stain on Porsche's reputation. They use the glamorous "Beverly Hills" name while it's nowhere near that city. From the totally unprofessional, nonchalant employees to the unjustified markups on service prices, this place feels more like a rundown Honda service center than a Porsche. I brought my SUV for regular service and they overcharged me (I called two other Porsche service centers nearby after the fact and confirmed that they were charging well over $100 cheaper), gave me my car back dirty (while they promise you they'll wash it), and provided a subpar courtesy vehicle that was dirty as well. It really is a shame that this place has the name Porsche on it. I'll do everything I can to never go back there, unfortunately it's the closest service center to my home, but I'd rather drive an extra hour than giving them my business again. read more

These guys took in my 2013 Cayenne Diesel that I repaired the DPF on and was struggling to clear the code on it. They gave me my car back with the code cleared and told me to drive it until the light wouldn't come on. I drove for over 900 miles until it finally passed smog. But when I went to change my oil, I noticed they never put my splash guard back on after the service. I know this as the only screw left in is the only one you would leave in if working on the DPF. I had just replaced 3 missing screws before taking it in after the splash guard had no problem staying in for 4 years without those screws. So it didn't just fall off. I have called, emailed and spoke with the folks there and never heard back. If you lost it, replace it. It's a pretty big thing to lose... Any response would be nice. Oh and they wouldn't let me talk to the mechanic who did the work. read more

This was the worst dealership experience in my life. I bought a certified pre-owned 911 with only 10,000 miles. It needed $2500 worth of repairs within one week of purchase for issues that should have been detected during the inspection. They did not respond to calls or emails. I always cringe when I have to take my cars here. Unfortunately it is the closest Porsche dealer. I don't ever feel like I get the best customer service, and there is always push back. Car is always "operating normally" here when still under warranty. I've had numerous bad experiences here and now I feel like a review has to go out. The CPO warranty is worthless if they can't resolve issues, and there are a couple of outstanding ones for me for several cars. The bottom line is that I don't feel like they genuinely want to get to bottom of finding out what the issue is with the car. It's much easier to say car is "operating normally". The fees are also outrageous. Who charges more than $700 for an oil change, including labor of more than $400 for an oil change. Take your Porsche elsewhere. read more

When we walked in to the dealer front desk Jennifer and the other girl I don't know the name stared at us. No even say hi or greeting. 2. My boyfriend asked if they have car accessories. - they just just said no I found out service center closed on Sunday later. 3. Before we left I wanted to use a restroom quick because we drove 30 mintues. So I asked nicely if I can use a restroom to the front desk girl. She asked my name for using a restroom. WHAT FOR ? using a restroom? I was confused but I gave my name to her then she wrote down on list ? or piece of paper. Also she asked me if I have a covid symptom !!! I was wearing my mask by the way Double mask. Oh! just because of I'm Asian they think I have a COVID?! I said no. Matter of fact me and my boyfriend got tested COVID-19 TESTED 2 DAYS AGO it's negative! We are very cautious and take care of ourselves we go get tested every 2 weeks since last year. Luckily we are healthy and good. They even made me temperature checked before I used the restroom. 4. The restroom was very nasty and dirty. No water to wash my hand either. sink was disgusting! I can't believe there was no water !!!! Specifically DURING GLOBAL PANDEMIC we should be sanitize and clean every time we need it. 5. I noticed two girls front desk they made my boyfriend feel very uncomfortable. He is African-American they rolled over their eyes on him asking stupid questions. *Horrible place, GOD SAKS IT'S A PORSCHE ! !! WARNING -- SCAM !! I would not recommend this place, nor Porsche in general in any capacity. I bought a car here following my move to LA in August of 2022 and I have not seen the car since September of 2022. It is the end of June 2024. My car was sent in for suspension repairs in September 2022, and I was promised that the repairs would be completed by January 2023 at the absolute latest. It has been over a year since the promised return date of my vehicle, and I still don't have it. The biggest issue in all of this is that the reason why this has taken so long is because Porsche's employees are incapable of ordering the correct parts for their own vehicles. They have ordered the wrong part six times to date and have not so much as offered a courtesy vehicle after holding my car hostage for almost 2 years. After speaking with them for months about the vehicle, they continue to refuse to offer any satisfactory, appropriate, or lawful mitigation of the issues they have caused. This place has entirely tarnished my respect for Porsche. I wish I had never gotten a vehicle from here. read more
