I bought the Top Golf Summer Pass this year and I am so excited to be a regular here this Summer! Top Golf is a fun and exciting activity to do with my friends and family. I can chat, work on my swing, and enjoy food and beverages from their many menu options. The hosts are always friendly and attentive to our needs, checking in on us regularly. I can't wait for a fun filled summer at Top Golf!

Took a small group here yesterday and had an absolute blast the food was amazing and our server was completely on point friendly attentive and made the whole experience even better This is one of my go to spots to unwind and blow off some steam and it never disappoints I have even hosted birthday parties here and they always go above and beyond to make everything feel top notch Already looking forward to coming back soon honestly stop reading this and just go

We checked in before 7:30 and were initially placed on the first floor. We immediately asked if it was possible to move to a higher floor, and were directed to a manager--who denied the request without even checking availability. That already set the tone for the experience. Things didn't improve from there. Our waiter brought a drink to the wrong person in our party and didn't card them. We had to step in and clarify that they were not the same person. It was honestly a bit uncomfortable and came across as careless and unprofessional. On top of that, we specifically asked to split the bill between drinks and the game for each person--something that's advertised as easy to do for groups. Instead, it was handled poorly. Everyone ended up being charged separately for their drinks and then again for the game portion, making it confusing and frustrating to sort out. This is only my second time at this location, and unfortunately it feels like they dropped the ball again without making any effort to fix it. Definitely disappointing.

I had so much fun here! The different games are great, angry birds was so fun. Our servers Efron and Evan were top notch. They were on top of it, funny and kind. Can't wait to come back!

We love it here. My son (who is 3) begs to come here because he has so much fun playing golf. We (the adults) love sitting back and enjoying the snacks. It's a win for everyone. We both have the membership and it has been an amazing value, allowing us to visit and snack monthly. Definitely check this one out!

I had a lot of fun hitting golf balls and their food. Went here for a birthday party with a big group and we had a tasty charcuterie party platter, guac and cheese dip with chips and salsa. The buffalo chicken dip would have to be my favorite, it comes in a cast iron so it stays warm for a while. So good. They have plenty of floors and games to play other than golf so it makes it an inclusive entertainment place for everyone. They also have an outdoor roof with fireplaces to stay warm in the evenings. Service was great, we had one of the waiters grab our drinks.

The service was great, a waiter/waitress came by every so often to see if we wanted anything. There is no call button or anything, so you do have to rely on them walking by or coming up to the table. The food was mid, nothing to really write home about. The donuts were the best thing of the night with the warm raspberry jam. The worst thing was the buffalo chicken potato skins. It just had an off putting texture, we just weren't fans. The games were fun! I for sure cannot golf, so it's nice that some of the games are friendly for even the beginner golfer. We'd probably come back, maybe with a bigger crowd, it seems more fun. Great alternative to bowling!

Service was super infrequent, food slow to come out. JAX location 10x better. The golf system was flawless and had lots of games vs JAX. Thanks to the team for getting Cubs game on one of screens. ....the location was very clean and nice/current. Plenty of parking. Added new forgiving driver to each bay for amatures, but they ditched the hybrids. Food was good.

Fun fun fun where you have a free bean toss game as well as Top Golf games that are very high tech. There are many many cameras that track each golf ball you hit. It's a great place and you can order food and drinks. I did not like the nachos or food much. Tater tots were good though. The nacho avocado sauce was more a mayo and not real avocado, and the toppings for the nachos were not good or fresh. You are coming here for the experience and not the food so I would recommend you eat somewhere else before or after. Staff are lots of fun and nice. They provide golf clubs and you can bring your own.

Overall was a great experience for my first time!! Definitely would recommend for a date night/group settings! The drinks, games, activities, food, and desserts were all great! The service was great and she always made sure to recommend things for us and checked in on us! She also let us know when last calls were happening for food/drinks.

**Shoutout to Lejla** I'm going to start by saying Topgolf is definitely a fun place to get out some energy and enjoy yourself. The atmosphere in Schaumburg can be disappointing for some. It's the 21st century and people need to realize there's other groups of people out there besides the ones in their own particular bubble. Visited this past week in the AM and had a server by the name of Madison(didn't bother letting us know her name) Started off with one hr of game, a couple of waters, a couple of drinks, and buffalo dip. Asked for some hot sauce too. Then went on to order wings which were too big and wet when biting into even though they were extra crispy. We sent them back and decided on the tacos. I guess they were pissed and decided to take their sweet time bringing them out. At this point there was 15 minutes left of game which I decided against extending because I figured we'll eat our tacos and head out. Nope. Took them 20+ minutes after the game was done to get the tacos to the table. The energy was off and of course Madison needed to get help. Now the tipping point was when the server working next to our table looked over and rolled her eyes. I'm guessing she didn't believe anyone saw her because she seemed extremely shocked when I called her out on it or she's an excellent liar. The manager on duty, Lejla, was amazing. She refused a tip and even extended an hr of gameplay to use on a future visit. Although I appreciate her kindness, I'll be avoiding the Schaumburg location for now. Madison service was a 3/5, I truly believe it was her co-worker who was sabotaging her because Madison would've gotten a great tip. I could be wrong though. I hosted a birthday celebration back in June at this very location so it's disappointing to experience rude and spiteful behavior. Also want to note there was quite a few bees which can be pretty hazardous to someone allergic(see

Always fun Reserve the bay of your choice ahead of time. Food is okay.. not very great. Plenty of options of game themes to choose from. Great for kids, families, birthday parties, or leisure.

I recently came here with my family to celebrate a birthday. I had been several times before so I knew what to expect. It's a very fun activity for a group, but it can be pricey. I was surprised that each player needed to pay $5 to add their name to the screen. This was in addition to the hourly rate. We had pre-booked online and already entered our credit card information, however, they still made us give a physical card to put on file. When we questioned our assigned employee about these policies, it sounded as if he was reading off a script. Very impersonal and odd policies. Nonetheless, we complied and started our game. Our party had people of all skill levels and we had a fantastic time. Our favorite game was Angry Birds where you try to knock down pigs. My 88 year old grandma was even able to give it a try. We ordered a hummus platter and wings and both were good, but not memorable. I would definitely come back on a special occasion.

How are the heaters working this time of year?

We were there last week during the recent snow storm and it felt comfortable under the heaters while it was about 25-30° outside.

It's going to be 25 degrees tonight. Do the heaters really work that well when it's that cold?

Yes, they do. We had an event here end of last year and it was cold outside. I was amazed we were warm the entire time in our bay.

How much time should we plan for a round (5 people)? The bays rent per hour, so is one hour enough?

This really depends on your group and what you decide to play. Like bowling, it's all at your own pace, and some of your group might be super competitive and know what they're doing, while others might need to be dragged off their seat.… Read more

Do you need to wear golf shoes?

Nope. While you might want to wear something practical, you do not need special shoes.

How long is the walk in wait on the weekend in the winter?

Anywhere from 30-90 minutes...The earlier the better.

    Are there heated bays?

Oh yes! Still wear a winter coat and gloves, but yes, they have those patio heaters

Do you need to reserve a bay if you come midday? Can the walk in wait get bad?

In the summers, reservations are highly recommended just because you really never know what the walk in business will look like. The walk in wait can get up to 4 hours.

The NA mojito was delicious. Food was expected for suburban pub fare but the menu having a vegetarian menu in a QR code was great for my friend. Fish and chips came with two very small pieces of cod. It was not worth the price point and did not have malt vinegar. The really appalling part of the visit was the raucously drunk businessmen at the end of the bar who were loudly bragging about putting their drunk friend into his jeep in front of the restaurant and letting him drive home. The men also took it upon themselves to touch my friend and I and get upset when we would not entertain his conversation and kept telling him to leave us alone and not touch women ever. The bartenders did nothing during this confrontation and continued to serve old fashioneds to these clearly inebriated men. Ambience? It's a suburban stand alone restaurant that looks like the granite counter section at a big box hardware store. There is a lot of potential for this place but we were sorely disappointed at the lack of care for safety for patrons and drivers.

I have driven by the area for so long and never knew they were located in the strip. I guess Rep's was the sponsored post-game place for the local mens hockey league at one point. We came on a Friday night, 7/25/25. It is split in two sides, with one being the dining room and the other being the bar. We sat in the dining area, and it wasn't real busy at all, though the bar seemed to have a small crowd. We were seated quite fast, almost felt rushed. The food came quick also, which I suppose isn't a bad thing but we weren't trying rush through our meal. The wait staff was friendly, though it felt like we were pin balling through waiters everyone other time something came to the table. We tried this pineapple cider and it was really good. Quite refreshing I'd say. ACE is the brand I believe. Cheese Curds - Interesting combo with the jalapeño and garlic. Not super flavorful, but the ranch dip made them tolerable. My buddy wasn't a fan. Pretzel Bites - The flavor was pretty solid. Didn't try them with the beer cheese but they were savory for sure. Tater Tots - Pretty much on par as your average fried potato nugget. Nothing outstanding. Cheese Pizza - An OK pie , not too greasy. I added some oregano which brought out much more flavor, though otherwise I'd say it's mid. Old Western Burger - Buddy said it was good, but it was really big. He had to cut it to make easier to eat. Overall not the worst food, but I think that we were both expecting more. We came back a second time and we found out that the food service ends at 9, which sucks a little because we eat late sometimes.

There were seven of us and we all converged from Buffalo Grove and Vernon Hills. Jimmy D's doesn't come up on your normal burger place lists in and around the area, but we saw a post somewhere and knew we had to check this place out, especially if it ended up being across from the future home of the Chicago Bears. We'd probably end up hanging out there and wanted to make sure it was a good enough place to hang and be a part of the action, whilst not paying for said action. Anyhoo, we all pulled up to find a nice parking lot next to/behind the restaurant. It's a cool place with a couple entrances (one in the lot and the other from the street). It's a nicely adorned building and has the requisite sports decor on the inside with plenty of televisions to watch many games at once. There was plenty of seating for our group as it was quite empty on a Monday night and there wasn't any game of note when we were there. We called ahead letting them know our numbers and they accommodated us with a reserved table. They were attentive and constantly refilled out waters and sodas and brought more beer when needed/requested. The service was friendly and attentive. We were there for the burgers of which there are four options: the House burger, the Fried Egg Burger, the Mac Daddy, and a Black Bean burger. However, stipulations for being in our club is that you can only order a red meat-based burger. We did order the buffalo sauced wings as an appetizer to share. They were sauced nicely, not too hot, and quite good. I would definitely recommend getting them if you visit. I also ordered the cream of chicken soup. It was a perfect option for the cold night and I rank it among one of the better cream of chicken soup options in the suburbs. While not a sommelier of cream of chicken soup, I do rank it quite well: I think it matches Jameson's Char House for quality, thickness, and flavor. Mama clearly knows what she's doing with her soup. I opted for the Mac Daddy burger. It's prepared with: black angus beef, boom boom sauce, house mac n' cheese, bacon, fried onions, sliced jalapeños, toasted brioche. I normally don't opt for the special/signature house sauces as I've been burned before by these so-called "recommended" house sauces (I'm looking at you, Lucky Burger, with your terrible "dijonnaise" sauce - ugh, don't get me started on THAT sauce). However, I was told it's a hot sauce for the burger and figured it wouldn't overpower everything else on the burger. The mac n' cheese was a tad creamy, but so what, the bacon, fried onions, jalapenos, and boom boom sauce cut into the creaminess a bit and it worked. And it didn't overpower the flavor of the burger, which I thought it would, but somehow didn't. I really liked this burger, the bun held up, the bacon stayed crispy, and jalapenos and sauce added a nice kick but not overwhelmingly so. I would get this again. The sandwiches come with housemade fries or tots, but I know that if tots are offered, you can (generally) never go wrong with tots (I'd point out Puck's Pub but they closed and did the world a favor in doing so). Everyone generally liked their burgers and would return again. In our 5 point scale, Jimmy D's District got a 4.25. They have a nice brunch menu and drinks to match and I want to try them out someday. Let me know if you're going and I'll meet ya there if available.

Food & drinks I tried: Buffalo mac & cheese Cream of chicken with rice soup The Mac Daddy Burger with Greek Fries Apple Walnut bread pudding Espresso martini Mapleberry breeze The Mac Daddy Burger deserves respect lol It comes with their boom boom sauce, mac & cheese, fried onions, bacon and sliced jalapeños on a brioche bun! The buffalo mac & cheese truly surprised me. It's covered with an ale cheese sauce that is full of flavor and on top, there are buffalo chicken crisps! So good! The Greek Fries were my other favorite! It has a roasted garlic aioli, crumbled feta and oregano. I could eat an entire plate of it with no problem! On Fridays and Saturdays in the evening, there is live music but outside of the live music, the environment is lively, the service from everyone was pleasant and attentive, and there are TVs everywhere, like literally! I can totally see why this place is a neighborhood favorite and if you visit, you'll understand why too! Stop by and tell em that Bri from Planes and Plates sent you!

It's been a few years since we went to the Donkey Inn. We stopped going for a while since their…read morefood was inconsistent. However, this time, everything was great. Their menu is huge - lots of different options. But I can only speak to what I had. My fellow diners were pleased with their meals - a Reuben made with turkey and a burger in a lettuce wrap. Both had sweet potato fries. Both said their meals were good. I decided to try their skirt steak. It comes with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables but I substituted tater tots for the potatoes. The skirt steak come smothered in grilled onions and mushrooms. I have to admit, it was pretty good. It was not the quality of steak you would expect in a steakhouse like Morton's. But for the price, I thought it was quite good. The vegetables are steamed and not spiced at all. A little salt and pepper made the difference. Lastly, the tots were crisp and very tasty. The service was good. And, the booth was clean and it wasn't particularly loud, so we were able to talk. We won't wait as long to go back to the Donkey Inn again,

They have too much on their menu they can't handle....
