We had a complicated issue that needed fixing. We wanted to use Schlage Encode Plus lock on a door that was pretty thick (2.5 inch). Most other locksmiths said this couldn't be done without a specific part. However, Jin used a special method where he cut a whole through the door and fitted everything in perfectly. Jin is the absolute man! I had a bad experience with a previous locksmith. I was locked out of my apartment and hired Speedy Locksmiths to come and help me. They absolutely destroyed my door and charged me an insane price to get into my apartment. My dad's front door lock bit the dust recently, locking him out at 9:00 on a weeknight. I called Beverly Locksmith, and Jin arrived within the stated 20 minutes, wearing a mask. He got the door open quickly, installed a new lockset, keyed it to the old lock so we didn't need to make new keys, and lubricated the deadbolt for good measure. He was pleasant and professional, and very upfront about the (reasonable) cost. We kept saying how much we appreciated his coming out at night, and he kept thanking us for the business. Extremely patient and nice. I called last minute and waited for me in the parking lot. Job was done quick and no frills.

He came to my house and change my locks. He tried to charge me more money then it should cost and i supplied the own locks for the door. I am having problems with my door now where it sticks. He didn't change all of it and he left old pieces and took my old locks with him. I now have to go buy another lock and get someone else to fix it. I want my money back. Before he came and initially fixed the key fob for my car and i was quoted a a price well over two hundred I informed him that I had received a lower offer after declining his services. He then told me to " name my price". I informed him the lowest I was quoted was 175 and he stated that he would charge me 160. He later stated that he only takes cash and due to this the payment was 180.00. Things went well he came and fixed the key fob and I thought it was over. My car alarm began to go off at all hours and last night the alarm began to sound as I was driving home. When I initially realized that the alarm began to give me issues I informed Jin of this he inquired if I had checked the battery. I informed him that I did not feel comfortable needing to purchase a battery since it was less than a week old that he provided the key. He stated that he would look it over and requested that I meet him in Korea town after contacting him through the day Jin then never replied for me to meet him later that day. After not being able to contact him I went and purchased a battery for the fob myself and hoped that all was well. Which led into yesterday's events. Of the car alarm now sounding as a I drive. Today he came to assess the car and was adamant it wasn't due to the key replacement stating that I needed to have the car looked at my an alarm company. I explained that the car had no previous issues with its alarm system prior to him providing me with the key. He said never has anything like this happened and became very argumentative. I then requested my funds to be refunded and I would give me the key he began to tug at the keys in my hand. I will never recommend any one to this company is a HORRIBLE man to work with do not use his company I now have to make sure whatever he has done to the car can be rectified. 1 star is too many stars 0 stars do not recommend read more
