I think it took the owner no less than 3 minutes to respond to my message. He came by within 10 minutes and made me a copy of my key. Believe the reviews in here! This guy is legit! For about 1/3 of the cost what the dealership would charge you for the same car key cut and programmed why not? I'm very happy with mines.
