Mr. Jin was incredibly dependable, a quick worker as I had enquired about having him help me install a keyless lock on an antique door on a Saturday evening, and he was able to install the lock on Sunday morning. He made sure the lock worked and even swept up the wood shavings from the drilling. (BTW, he likes a nice cup of coffee, too!). I've had only a valet key for my car for a few years, having lost or broken all my other keys (with chipped transponders). I recently acquired my parents' 10+ year old Prius only to find that the key was not working. It was a huge pain to use the key without the smart key function and I immediately looked into getting a new one programmed. I was initially put off because this shop is in a sketchy parking lot populated by intimidating day-drunks that hang out by the liquor store. SO, definitely call the number on here first and the owner will meet you nearby. Anyway. The gentleman who owns this shop is a really good guy. I wanted to get a spare smart key for my 2008 Toyota Highlander but not pay the ~500$ that the dealer bends you over for. Anyway, this very nice man (whose name I shamefully never got) quoted me at 250 for the fob and the programming. He looked through the spare smart keys he already had but none of them worked, so he ordered me an oem fob. I gave him a $50 deposit and he texted me a receipt. When the fob arrived a few days later he texted me and then DROVE TO MY HOUSE 10 minutes away from his shop to program it. We sat in my garage and he got it to work after some unanticipated hang ups, which he could have but didn't charge me more for. I'll always use this dude. Always. read more
