I wanted to get a Nest smart door lock installed on my outdoor metal gate but was concerned it wouldn't be possible given that the door did not have a deadbolt lock or the ability to easily add one. I called Jin and he came to check out my situation. Without any doubt, Jin assured me that he could install the smart lock I wanted. I almost couldn't believe how confident he was about it that I had to ask again if he was sure because it seemed almost impossible without an existing deadbolt on the door. Don't go anywhere else, especially not to those automated machines in Ralph's; they charge a little more than 7 times the price that Beverly Locksmith does for a single normal key. Can't remember the details, but I think the machines in Ralph's charged more than $7 for a key. Wow! Blown away by this mans work ethic. We got locked out of our shop on a Sunday late evening. The key we forgot had both our shop keys and our car keys attached so we were out of luck. I'm an idiot & have been locked out of my apartment NUMEROUS times. This man has been my savior! Both times he was able to open up my very difficult door, never taking more than 30 minutes. I called Mr. Jin in the morning and he was able to drive over that afternoon to my new condo to replace the deadbolts and mailbox lock, all completed within one hour.
