I lost my car keys and called Beverly. The locksmith the was able to meet me at my car in under an hour. He charged $180 for a new computer key. A regular key runs $160. The price is great for the convenience and he works in under 30 minutes. He assured me that his prices were lower than his competitors. It's kind of a strange thing to have a preference when it comes to locksmiths. But think about it. You're locked out. At the very most you're vulnerable and freaked out, at the least you're inconvenienced. There's never an opportune moment to be locked out or stranded. So is it weird to have a favorite locksmith? Hell no! This guy has always been there to help me out. I have a number for a smith sitting on a sticker under my door and I called. They said "not today" another number stuck on the buildings community area wall. "Not now" called Beverly Locksmith and he said, "sure! I'll be right there!" They are always friendly and expedient. They understand what kinds of locks they're working with and use the least intrusive ways to tackle the problem. It only took him about 3 minutes to get the door opened for me. I've saved their contact to my phone now. No reason to ever call another service. All these locksmiths in downtown have better things to do. I've learned that my own stupidity and negligence aren't on a scheduled 9 to 5. It took me longer to walk him to my unit that it did for him to get the door unlocked. This review is geared mainly to people in the property management field, but I just wanted to leave a few words of my experience for our locksmith who services many of our buildings for the past 10 years. I work in property management for a few high-rise buildings in Los Angeles totaling around 800,000 sqft. of office and retail space and Jin does a great job servicing our needs. He's very organized with the master systems and always does a great job for us. He's also very familiar with all building codes and always completes the job to the comply with them so you won't run into any issues down the road. His prices are competitive and he is always good with his appointments with us, but he can get pretty busy because he has a lot of business,but that's a good thing since it proves he has a lot of repeat business as he does very professional work at a very reasonable price. If you are looking for a dependable locksmith to service your commercial property I can't recommend Jin enough and even though I'll be leaving the property management field, I will continue to recommend and use him for other locksmith needs with my new company. read more
